But how this business is run is extremely unprofessional. They rarely answer their phone, do not respond to emails at all, and they make appointments that they cannot promise. I've dealt with the manager asking me to move my appointment with her because she didn't get time off at her other job. If she knew she would be working elsewhere that day I'm confused as to why she let me schedule an appointment in the first place. I've also dealt with the manager saying an appointment wasn't in their system, when I spoke with her literally the day before, and a confirmation text was received. When I asked for the owners contact info, I was told that she would contact me the next day. It's been almost a week now and I have not been contacted; which is unfortunate because if I was a business owner, I would want to know if my business wasn't being ran appropriately. I'm a brand new customer and all of this unprofessionalism happened within a single weeks time.
