This was my first time getting my nails done professionally so I didn't know what to expect, but I would have to say that this wasn't it. My friend and I did a walk in appointment on 4/18/26, and while I understand it was busy during that time, our nail tech seemed very rushed and didn't seem to care. After a long day of shopping, I decided to walk in for a pedicure before my flight back home. At first glance, I was not expecting much, but I was thoroughly surprised. Annie serviced my pedicure and did such a great job helping my poor little feet. Her smile and attention to detail really won me over. She noticed how ticklish I was and did her best to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I'm so sad that I don't live here because it truly is a hidden gem! This was our first time here and it was a great experience! We were walk-ins and had almost no wait. I had Annie and my daughter had Tyler, they were both so kind and did amazing work. I got a fill with cut down and deluxe pedicure, both with gel polish. My daughter got French for her basic pedicure and her manicure (gel for hands). Annie also did my eyebrow wax, she was gentle, precise and helped my eyebrows look like two again (my skin is very light and super sensitive so don't mind the slight redness lol) This place is under new management so if you haven't been recently you should definitely revisit and get your moneys worth from caring techs who listen to what you would like and DELIVER!! When the first time I came here I didn't make apointment yet but they still take me in , so I understand that I have to wait , I respect that is so normal even if you go to some where for dinner . Yes, when I'm in ,they service very nice , take care my nail first and my pedicure teach come after like 10,15 minutes , I so enjoy my feet in water . this place is so good! I got a manicure and pedicure. it was heaven sent I also got a full set of acrylics and it did not cost an arm and a leg and they look so good!!! I showed a reference photo and they did it even better than the original photo They cleaned up my feet throughly and well. my toes looked the best they've ever looked even though i was a walk in appointment, they took their time with me! also the staff were perfect and sweet. the employees there are very nice and welcoming but, the acrylic nails i got done weren't very good, after my appointment my nails were throbbing in pain. she also cut them way shorter then i wanted and the nail shapes weren't even at all, she applied the acrylic bead way too thick and the french tips i asked for weren't even either. but the pedicure i got was amazing, i just wouldn't get acrylic done here again. read more

I would love to give 5 stars. i really would. but unfortunately i have to give 2. i went here with one of my friends. i wasn't originally gonna get my nails done but i did. and i went for a spring set because why not. (it will be in the videos) it was good. until i noticed my pinky was crooked? and as i was looking through reviews another girls pinky was crooked! i have had them on for 5 weeks now and i took some off with no problem. but my left pinky the one that is crooked hurts really bad. i tried to take it off until i noticed my real nail is coming up. i will be going tomorrow and asking them to take them off for free, nothing i do would have made that happened. plus i am a bed rotor and barley do anything anyway because this weather sucks! some employees were very nice! i enjoyed it until i didn't. I've been to several salons in the area and this is where I've settled. I've had a consistently great experience with every visit so I've been going now for the past year. From the greeting at the door to the time you leave everyone is doing everything they can to insure you are comfortable, relaxed and getting a great mani/pedi. I've had special nails done for the holidays with design and regular every day nails done, and they've accomplished them all. Price is about the same as all of the other salons in the area, but the experience and service is significantly better. read more

Not from here but need my nails fill and change and get pedi as well. The place is clean and spacious. It's very nice all the seat are in great shape almost new. It's was during the week so it was not busy at all but then I came when it open. A young man did my pedi he did a great job he shows me a menu to pick what service I wanted. I choose $35 service. My nails was done by an older man he did a good job as well. Both came out really nice and I'm happy with it. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. I usually spend $70 in the last few years but I spend $100 so you know the market is crazy! I don't mind paying a little more as long they do a good job. I had appt for 3:30pm. 3 people working. 1 giving a pedicure and 2 doing full sets nails. I didn't get to even sit down until 3:50pm where I sat till 4:00-4:15pm The gal did a sloppy job putting a full set on me. She missed a nail during filing. She did a horr4job with polish. When done she walked away. My nails were wet! Now what? I said I need to put my nails in a dryer she said "no, not gel polish." So...evidently if you don4get gel polish you are to walk out with wet nails. Never again will I go there. I will also be telling all my friends. Very bad service!! Despite saying on Yelp that they require masks, they do not. Many people simply cannot spend an hour in a mask and should not be excluded over this. I'm glad to see their policy has been changed to a kinder and more inclusive one. They made my simple French tip nails look horrible. the woman had to cover up mistakes many, many times. the people who work there are not concerned whatsoever with how your nails turn out. The biggest issue is that my horrible nails came out to 58$, and I of course paid. I ended up paying with my debit card and when I got my text alert from my card that a transaction was made it showed they charged me 69$... but on my copy of the receipt it still showed I only paid "58$". I asked for a gel French tip with almond shape. She shaped them, and I looked at them and asked her to smooth them out. They were all crooked/uneven. She tells me that she will do it later? Ok. Moving onto the actual painting of the nails. Every nail salon I have ever visited in the past have painted the tips & use remover to shape them evenly... nope. She attempted to HAND paint the tip resulting in each nail being painfully crooked. Not to mention there was bubbles/dust under the polish which she saw, tried to fix twice, and when it kept happening she just painted over it and left it. I stopped by and asked if they could do a polish remove and repaint and was told yes, in a half an hour, just add my name and # to the list and they'd call me if they could get me in sooner. So I went to JC Penney's and walked around a bit and checked back but still not ready. I walked around some more and then sat on a bench outside the store.
