This place is trash. We made appointments the day before. I specifically asked for mani and pedi- I wanted them done at the same time because of my schedule. When I got there, I sat down. The tech didn't even introduce himself. He found out I was from California and berated California the entire time and kept making snide comments. I asked several times about having the pedicure done at the same time and I was told that they couldn't do that because "we're not like California people come here to relax"- although I saw many staff and we're sitting around doing nothing. when I was done, I asked for a receipt that was itemized and they refused to give it to me. They upcharged my nine year-old niece and cut her cuticles so badly that she was bleeding in two places Upon check out at the desk, I insisted on a receipt which created dialogue with a man who wouldn't even look at me. He had tattoos and he was very short with me. He behaved like he didn't wanna be there when I kept persisting with the conversation. A customer started cursing me out telling me to get the F out and calling me several names. The staff did nothing to stop the situation. Tech left paint on my hands on my fingers and when I asked him to remove it he got the clippers out and started clipping my skin with the paint attached to it. went here 3 times (1 full set and 2 fills). Always felt like the nail techs were rushing. Each time there was mistakes (crooked, nails not pushed back, etc.), but I never lost or broke a nail and I work with my hands. However, the biggest issue was taking the nails off. The acrylic was a hassle to soak off, and very gooey (mma?). Additionally I had "rings of fire" on over half my nails from over filing. read more

I was very satisfied with my nail appointment! They had me sit in a chair right away on time didn't have to wait at all. The people were very sweet and welcoming. The lady who did my nails sadly I don't know her name did a fantastic job on cleaning up my cuticles and my nail shape was perfect she definitely took her time to make sure they were flawless. I made an appointment with Lisa. They assigned a man to soak old polish off. He put so much acetone for "soak off" that is was running down my arm. (I have been getting my nails done for years, this is not necessary or acceptable). The towel they used looked dirty and I had to wait a while to see Lisa. They took so much of my cuticle off that my nail bed still hurts two says after my appointment. I think the owner is rude. Lisa does a fantastic job however I don't appreciate making an appointment with her and then I am stuck with another employee that is covered in tattoos and soaks my whole hand in acetone and splashing it on my arms. read more

They do good work and 99% of the staff is wonderful. That said, my gripe is that they will give you an appt no matter how busy they are. Today was the last time for me. Over a 45 min wait. And I've waited longer a few times. My time is valuable too. Please... TELL ME NO IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ME! I imagine most people would rather come another day than get there and be made to feel in the way and have other waiting customers come over to their chair to angrily complain about the time they've also been waiting, causing one to feel as if they are encroaching on another's appt, and very anxious to leave. It feels greedy and inconsiderate no matter how sweet the staff is. If you go, aim for the middle of a week day. Maybe it would be better. Appt times don't seem to matter later in the day. Time for this "not so cool" customer to shop around. read more

They don't keep appointments on time. They get annoyed when you ask to get your nails done a certain way and then they do not do a quality job. Got my nails done on a Friday and Saturday I already needed it fixed so I went on Monday and they couldn't "get me in" to fix my nail. read more

The wait was very short which was nice, however the man doing my nails, I think his name is Jimmy was very short with me and did not push my cuticles back or cut them at all. Which resulted in the acrylics to be placed very high on my nails, leading to them growing out within 2 days after getting them which did not make me very happy because I spend 80+ dollars on them. Not all the people at this salon put the nails on like this because I had a really kind young woman and she did a very nice job the first time I went. I will not be continuing at this place because I was very frustrated with this. Usually get gel nails and pedicure and always had a good experience. Last time I wanted a regular manicure and that's what I got. I was going on vacation so no dishwashing or swimming. The first day two nails peeled polish and the rest of the trip three more peeled off. A week later only two nails have polish on them. I went and got an appointment for gel nails! I have had 2 nails fall off within the 2 weeks that I went there! Not very pleasant.

I heard that this was a popular nail spot and walked in for a manicure. They were able to get me in quickly, which was nice! The nail tech I had (no name tag was worn) seemed miffed that I wanted normal polish and not gel. He buffed the surface of my real nails for some reason even though I wasn't having fake nails applied or anything. He trimmed my cuticles too short on several nails and made little bleeding spots on both of my pinkies. The nail polish was applied super uneven and looked TERRIBLE. The nails weren't all filed down very well and the polish dried weird in clumpy layers. It also started to chip the very next day. It has been three days and I ended up having to remove all the polish and am now seeing how damaged the surface of my nails are (which are generally super strong and healthy!) from being buffed. It's really frustrating. I will not be going back here. I also did not see any of the metal utensils placed into sanitizing bins and was not sure if the tools used on me had even been sanitized. read more

If you are not a regular you will not get the time of day from these employees. All three times I have gone in WITH AN APPOINTMENT I have waiting from 45 minutes to an hour and a half for a acrylic fill. I got a full set of acrylics and it only took them 20 minutes, rushed and uneven. I hope to see improvement from this business because they do have good nail services but after today they will loose me and all my friends business and money. read more

I've gone here for years, I have my guy even though they are all excellent and talented, they've done any design I've asked for and nailed it. I've gone to many other places and all weren't able to see my vision. They understand what you are saying and make your experience as caring as there busy body's can. They offer you a beverage and are quick. My nails take about 30 minutes for a full set and that's pretty good if you as me, anywhere else I go it's about an hour or more just to put on some polish because they want you to think they are doing good. This was my second time to the salon, my experience was much better the first time. My first visit to the salon was pleasant, my technician took his time and asked what I wanted, and did a thorough job. My second visit wasn't as nice. Although it was far less busy today, the technician rushed, didn't take my previous set of tips off completely before applying the new ones, didn't ask what length I wanted and didn't make the sides of my coffin shaped nails even. This was due to the fact that his next client was already at the salon, even though I was on time and my appointment was a half hour before hers. This is a great salon for somebody who knows nothing about health code regulations for salons. They reused old nail files and buffers from their pockets, didn't change the head of the dremel between clients, and they didn't put a cloth under your hands. They didn't trim my cuticles or nails before putting on acrylics, nor did they care when they noticed broken skin near my nails. Instead, the tech said it 'might hurt' and went over the bleeding skin with his brush. After this he put the brush back into his drawer. They managed to not only do a really sloppy job on my accent nail, but got hairs stuck in it; then didn't even bother drying my nails completely before I left. In addition to this, I got passed around between four different nail techs because they didn't seem to know how to schedule appointments. All in all I don't recommend Pearl Nails and I won't be going again. read more

I have come here a few times and have never been totally satisfied. After my most recent visit for a pedicure and gel manicure, though, I will not be returning. When my manicurist asked me if I wanted my nails clipped, I told him I wanted them just a *little bit* shorter, as they were already pretty short. The first nail he clipped, I told him was a little shorter than I wanted, and that maybe he should just file them. He then laughed at me and scolded me for not just asking for him to file them in the first place. While that may have been the case, there was no reason to laugh at me and make me feel stupid. On top of the poor service, my gel polish came out totally uneven, and he applied it so far from my cuticles that it looked like a week of regrowth when I left the salon. The color didn't even totally cover the clear base coat, so that part was chipping and flaking off within days. I wish I could say that my pedicure was at least good, but that was equally bad. I came home with rougher heels than when I arrived, and had nail polish all over my cuticles. Looked like a kindergartner painted them. The pics I posted show how uneven the polish was on my thumb, as well as how much space was left at the cuticle. It is hard to tell in the pic, but the gel on my pinkie is also ridiculously thick. After trying this salon multiple times, and always being disappointed, I will not be returning. read more

Have been here several times now for mani/pedi, gel mani and pedi and several full sets. The first few times we were in the salon the service was great and the staff was very polite and personable. The last few times we were in we felt rushed and the quality wasn't as good as the other times we were in the salon. The last gel mani I had they ground my nails down very unevenly before polish and when I went to open my car door my nails snapped off. The quality is not worth the price. read more

My mom and I had appointments this past Thursday to have gel manicures, the staff was very friendly and the overall manicure was good. However, two days later my moms gel polish already peeled off and my gel polish is super soft and wants to peel off. Very disappointed that it lasted only two days when gel polish should last at least two weeks in my experience! Not sure if it's the quality of polish of if it's the fact that they only leave your nails under the gel lights for 15-30 seconds... regular polish would have lasted longer. I feel pampered when I'm there and walk out feeling gorgeous with a fresh set. They also have very reasonable prices, a clean and calm environment and Covid precautions in place. Everyone is very skilled and quick at pearl nails. I used to have an artist Katie that would do all the latest trends on my nails, then she moved and I was a little worrisome. So next I had a guy and gal named jimmy and lynn or Lein sorry if I spelled it wrong and she has THE BEST FREESTYLE. But usually she's very busy so I usually go to jimmy now. He has been able to put his own spin on pictures I show him from my phone. And he has always knocked it out of the park with ideas, and end result beautiful nails. Not only do I choose them over the mall or anywhere but because They are very, very nice and courteous and Even have worked with me when I come in later than I should and stayed late on his own time. I've never met individuals so rude. They rushed through the manicure, leaving my nails uneven and the cuticles not pushed back at all. Less than a week later the gel polish is peeling off. I went in to just ask if they would fixed them (not even expecting to have them fixed right away), but they made me wait for 30 minutes just to ask. Once they finally did allow me to ask my question they laughed and said I should have upgraded my services if I expected better results. I then offered to PAY to have them fixed and the guy just straight laughed at me like I was some kind of comedy club joke. I know the customer isn't always right, but laughing straight to their face and acting like they aren't even good enough to be serviced is just a great way to lose customers. read more

I have really loved this place in the past, but I have noticed a decline in the past year or so. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and kind, but the quality of the work is declining. Pedicure techs used to massage your whole lower leg, now they only go as far as your ankle. Also, they have fewer colors available. And they spend an inordinate amount of time trying to convince me to use gel instead of regular polish. The worst is when I end up having Jimmy. Again, he is always polite, but he asks what you want and doesn't listen to your answer, he is too busy running the place (which he ought to do, since he's the manager). The job he did at my last visit was so bad, I had to go somewhere else to get my fingernails fixed. Maybe he needs to choose between managing and doing nails. I really like how kind these peope are, but they just aren't as good as they used to be. read more
