Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

All three of them were extremely happy to help and started recommending things to try on. All of the clothes that they had me try on were super cute. I found some awesome vacation clothes to take with me. Everyone commented on how cute the three dresses were that I took with me on vacation. I will totally be back to get more things for summer here. The experience was awesome and the associates were extremely friendly and attentive. They also had a few good finds on the sale rack. I brought it to the Hermantown Mall Francesca's location and asked if it I could exchange it for a new one that wasn't ripped. I had my receipt and was completely upfront about having worn it already but they would not exchange it because it had been worn, even though it was clearly a rip resulting from poor manufacturing. It was a $40 sweater that ripped within a week and the customer service was extremely bad.
