More importantly, I want to acknowledge how this was handled. Richard and the team took the feedback seriously, made meaningful updates to their product page to prevent future confusion, and went above and beyond with thoughtful extras and a handwritten note. That level of accountability goes a long way. The pack itself is outstanding--top-tier craftsmanship, materials, and build quality. In the end, they stood behind both their product and their customer, and I'm glad to be keeping it.

The cortado was one of the best I've had in a long time, and their house-made syrups are all super flavorful and unique. The space is fantastic, comfy seating, a great patio setup, and surf store with local products for sale. It's the kind of place you can hang out for hours. Jared is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which makes every visit even better. A true neighborhood gem. Parking is literally in the back alley and there are lots of spots.

I would also note that Sagewood Gear took my money ($145.00) at the time of the order. No response yet and I am unable to call as they do not publish a customer service number I could find . . . Still waiting so we'll see if their customer service is as good as their products appear . . .

The staff was very helpful, explaining that this jacket was a "conceal/carry" and would not be a tight fit for a medium. Upon receiving the jacket, I was impressed with the care taken in the packaging. Loosely folded with ample padding in a very sturdy box, the jacket showed no signs of creasing or wrinkles. Very well done. At Beyond The Barn, the only thing better than the quality of the merchandise is the quality of their people.
