Having worked in the medical profession for over 8 yrs, cared for an ill family member for 4 yrs, and worked in national and international business for the last 30 yrs involving travel as a Business Executive for the last 15 yrs, I have high expectations regarding professionalism, promptness, cleanliness, communications, and ultimately the delivery of the client services as advertised. I have been using Dulles Coach for a year now exclusively, and continue to only be impressed. Joe is the personification of the ultimate professional, and who is one of the very few who still genuinely cares about his patrons as people. Not only does he provide prompt, professional, pleasant services via his fleet of spotless vehicles for planned trips, but I, myself, became ill and was in a remote location not easily accessible to transportation. I called him early on a Sunday morning hoping that he could help me get to a hotel to rest. Having had a great track record to date with Joe at that time, I was completely confident that when he said he would be there to get me as soon as traffic allowed, I knew he would be. Just as with his other planned trips, he kept me posted along the way constantly updating me with ETAs. With other drivers over the yrs, I would always stay alert regardless of how exhausted or ill I may feel so as to be on guard; however, with Joe, it is like having your trusted friend come to the rescue so after pouring myself into his car, I collapsed and slept, without worry until arrival at the hotel. It is difficult enough to find professional and dependable services, but it is even more difficult to find someone you can trust as well. A truly wonderful, friendly and professional service from start to finish. My party & I travelled from the UK & I was tasked with arranging transport from JFK airport to Washington DC and then a return trip to NY a week later. Joe helped to allay any anxieties before our visit. Our driver, Peter, kept us updated on the day of arrival & was waiting for us with a welcome smile as we left the airport. The vehicle was pristine and we were offered welcome bottles of water after our long flight . Peter is an excellent and professional driver & we felt completely safe during the drive to Washington ( we had jet lag and all fell asleep !). We really looked forward to seeing Peter again for our return trip to NYC on Labor Day , which was a breeze. We were two couples from Sweden planning how to travel from NY to Washington DC when we found Dulles Coach services and compared to flying the price did not differ to much if you include taxis etc. We decided to travel with Dulles and we don't regret this. Joe picked us up on time at our NY hotel and gave us a really nice, smoothe and guided ride to Washington DC. We really got to know about the different states we passed thru and he also gave us some history about the areas we were passing. Everything about Dulles Coach Services is professional. The online reservation site is user friendly and expedites the process. I had a few questions which Joe immediately answered. My children and grandchildren were on their way to Japan and had many large, heavy suitcases. Joe advised me on the size vehicle needed so that all the baggage, carseat, stroller, etc. would fit. We booked online to Dulles Coach Limo service from New York to Washington DC a few days before the trip. We were served by Joel, and had a wonderful experience. Thereafter, we decided to return to NY JFK airport from DC with the same company, instead of taking a flight. Dulles Coach Services 14-passenger shuttle transported a large group of us in Rockville, MD to NYC to see a play, and took us back home the next day.
