Been wanting churros since the dodger game we went to. Remember passing this gem by many times. We did the regular 6 churros and the Dubai style mini churros. They were all fire. Fresh made to order. Lots of people came in and out with pick up orders. Frank was super nice, friendly and patient answering ALL of my wife's questions. There are lots more I want to try. I was craving a very delicious dessert, after a hearty dinner. I was craving for a funnel cake, but didn't have time to go to the fair during my visit in the OC. I had to satisfy another craving I had for churros, since I couldn't have funnel cake. I drove from Garden Grove to Norwalk, which took about 30 minutes. I arrived with at least forty-five minutes before closing. There were a few people waiting for their orders. I was in luck that I made it in time! They had an extensive menu, which included more than just churros. They also carried ice cream, shakes, & fair food items like fried twinkies & oreos! I was already sold on deep fried twinkies. There was a young lady that took my order, who was very friendly and helpful. The following items I ordered were: - Deep fried twinkies with whipped cream - Churro Sundae with Horchata ice cream It took about a good twenty minutes to receive my order. The items I ordered was packaged in a paper bag. The items came straight out the fryer, since yhe whipped cream and ice were melting. I ate these items in the car. If I waited until I got back to my hotel, I would've ended up drinking my dessert instead of chewing it. The twinkies were soft and a little crispy. Brought me back to my very first fair and eating fried twinkies for the very first time. The churro sundae was to die for! The horchata ice cream complimented the churros very well. DO NOT ORDER through their website because it will not be ready as stated on the order confirmation email. When I arrived, my order was not ready because "they had barely received it" when I had placed the order 25 minutes ahead so I asked for a refund they said that they couldn't do it from their end and I waited an additional 30 minutes to get an incomplete order. They ran out of some toppings and other toppings they didn't include. It is not the first time that this happened to me, but it will be the last time. read more

My go to place for churro is Costco, but my daughter insist on getting it from an authentic place. We went in the afternoon and it was pretty empty. They have a variety to choose from, so I told my daughter to order anything she wanted. She ordered the churros with strawberry syrup. The lady said all the churros come with cinnamon. There's no dine in so we ate them in the car since it was still fresh. The churros had good texture and flavor but the syrup was way too sweet for me. My friend doordashed this place for me since I was craving churros! And surprisingly they churros were still warm when I received them. The ice cream was a little melty but I put it in the freezer to eat later. Even the next day I toasted the churros and tossed it in my own cinnamon sugar and they were still really good esp with the ice cream melting on top. 10/10 will come again. read more

Located in a quaint plaza and across from a 7-eleven is this hidden gem! The batter of the churros is quite unique in that the consistency is very chewy--almost mochi-like! Each churro is nicely coated with cinnamon sugar and not too sweet even after dipping into the lechera & cajeta sauce! I ordered 6 churros w/ 2 toppings (lechera & cajeta on the side), and added a single scoop of vanilla and horchata ice cream. Everything I ordered was all really good! And I absolutely love the fact that the churros are made fresh to order. With that said, the churros are best eaten right away, but I found them still nice and crispy on the outside and chewy in the inside even though I didn't get to indulge them right away. My husband was craving churros. I told him we could go to Costco...he said NO. HE WANTED AUTHENTIC churros. So my hunt began and of course I searched Yelp and came across this new treasure. We were greeted with a very kind employee (owner I think). He was so helpful and guided us through the menu and options. Let me start off by saying Nova has a wonderful attitude. Just kidding, horrible customer service by her. Got there wondering what to get since it was my first time I continued looking at the menu and felt like I had some pressure and had no time to even look at the menu. This place is a unique gem serving everything that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Churros, mini pancakes, deep fried Oreos, deep fried Twinkie and ice cream and so much more. The pancakes are fluffy and moist. The churros are definitely the star. The perfect crunch with softness on the inside. The deep fried treats are both delicious. Pair it with the horchata ice cream and dip in the cajeta. This is enough for 2-3 people so make sure you take someone with you to eat with. The service is wonderful. I think I just found my new favorite churro shop. We ordered the churro sundae with strawberry jam, chocolate, and vanilla ice cream. I asked them to put everything separately but you can ask them to drizzle the toppings on top of the churros. The churro was so crunchy on the outside but also very soft and fluffy on the inside. The churros came out hot. It wasn't super sweet with the sugar on top. It wasn't as dense as I expected which I also really liked. The churros were thinner than a regular churro but it was so good with the vanilla ice cream. This is the perfect dessert spot or if you are ever craving churros. Having tried the tasty churros, pancake bites and fried plantains, my favorite are the fried plantans.They are perfectly prepared, cooked just right with crispy carmelized edges topped with your choice of toppings. 2021 was definitely my year of having a "sweet tooth." After a trip to Disneyland and smelling churros in the air, I searched for some churro options nearby and this gem popped up. Worst place to come!! Such bad service I don't even know what to start off with. If I could give this zero stars I would! We got here at 8:48pm and didn't get our order until 9:27pm. Mind you everyone that arrived after-got their order before we did. The cashier NOVA was so rude she literally threw our food at us after we expressed our concern about everyone else getting their order before we did. There was also a family of 3 and she literally gave another customer the family's churros and the father had to tell her that was his order. Another couple that was inside the restaurant who witnessed her throwing our food at us also looked baffled. We walked out at the same time and they were shocked as to why she would do that and behave that way. I had asked to speak to her manager and she said with and attitude they were not around as if she felt intitled. I advised her that her attitude and demeanor was very rude towards us. The whole time she never acknowledged us or let us know that our order will be out soon, nothing!!!! It was our first time going and honestly I don't think I will be going back. I hope that the owner, if they get to read this review.
