Checking out a new dessert spot today.

Cantina sweets is a cool spot! If you like Yogurtland, give this place a try. They not only have yogurt, but ice cream, crepes, mini pancakes, and drinks. Today I tried a crepe with nutella and the horchata ice cream. Both were good so I'm coming back soon with the fam. I was greeted well and given an explanation of the offerings. The place is clean, well themed, and inviting. The menu and decor are an ode to Mexican culture with a Cali/Los Angeles flair. It's a yes for me, come check them out!

Service was great! The guy who helped us was very nice and helpful. I ordered a classic crepe and what's awesome is all the toppings they have are unlimited which is amazing because every other place charges extra for any additional toppings so I love that they have that! The crepe itself was delicious. The crepe was so soft and the fruit was fresh. The inside was so cool because it was all neon and glow in the dark, the design/lighting of the place is very cool to me. Music was great as well, literally felt like a party in there and definitely gets you in a good groovy mood. I would come back again, I will always give in to my sweet cravings !

We visited a Saturday night looking for something sweet and found the perfect spot! They've been open for a few months at this location but I believe they have another location. The service was quick and friendly, you can really tell that they enjoy what they do here. The vibes here are great, there's a good amount of seating. The mini pancakes have unlimited toppings for free which is great, they came out hot and fresh. The horchata shake was recommended to us and it's sooo good. We're definitely coming back!

Finally came to try this new local shop after seeing it was finally open. Came in and saw how nice and clean the place is. They have lots of sweets to choose from, like Frozen yogurt, ice cream, crepes, mini pancakes, etc. Everything looked good, we ordered their crepes and mini pancakes and they didn't disappoint! Super yummy! And You can add as many of their toppings to create it to your liking. We also tried their horchata frappe which was equally as yummy! I liked how they added a chocolate drizzle which distincts it from other frappes. The staff was super friendly and very attentive! We will be returning since it's close enough to make it a regular stop.

Don't miss the opportunity to try this new gem in Bellflower. By far one of the most delicious dessert spots to treat yourself and your loved ones. Every bite is rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, made with high quality ingredients you can truly taste. The aromas pull you in, the desserts melt in your mouth, and the fun, welcoming ambiance makes you want to stay longer. A must visit for anyone with a sweet tooth highly recommend!

Update: They're no longer affiliated with Fivestars!…read more I've since gone two additional times to try their waffle bites. My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.

The ice cream was a 5/5 for me, the toppings, and waffles combined well giving a crunch to the soft ice cream. Free parking is available but limited, and they have outdoor seating with a v for entertainment. I was joyed to see the international snacks available for purchase! I had to buy some oreos. Another perk was the eatery nextdoor!

My husband and I came here pretty late, I would've liked to try their churros and other desserts that looks super delicious, but wasn't feeling it when we visited. We just opted to get a large horchata to share. I was not really a fan. Their horchata is super, super freaking sweet. I've definitely had better horchata elsewhere. The price and quantity is fair I think, but I'll have to try other things on their menu to see if just the horchata is not to my taste. Interior is very clean and spacious. This place is very well decorated, with art and merchandise around the store. However, it took quite a while before my order was taken even when no one was in front of me. Kind of just awkwardly stood there and took my phone out because no one came to take my order. Service was nice though when someone finally came over to take my order, and I got my drink really quick. There's a little bit of parking available, you may have an issue grabbing a spot on a typical day I think. There is a convenient drive-thru though. Will try to check this place out again whenever I'm nearby, I'm hoping other drinks will be better.

10/10 please give it a try ‍ Love this place, ran across…read moretheir Instagram and was immediately intrigued, I Had the tiramisu Vietnamese iced coffee, wasnt sure if it would be too strong and not sweet(I have a sweet tooth, I don't like bitter/unsweetened coffee) but it was well balanced (strong but still tasted good). The croffles are so good too.(Now discontinued because they didn't sell well ) Will come back to try their other drinks. Update: My fave is the biscoff coffee, sadly I live very far from here so I can't visit more often I tried the banana coffee, Coconut coffee and cookies and cream ice blend, they're all good, biscoff Vietnamese coffee if my go to though. The lady at the counter is so nice and she let me try the toppings for the Vietnamese coffee when I wasn't sure what I wanted . Service is fast, coffee games about 1-2 minutes to be made. The place is cute, spacious, great for casual meets up or working/studying. Great for loners, couples, small groups, and maybe even bigger groups. They have weekday deals for certain drinks It seems to be empty most of the times I've been there so I'm always sharing their Instagram cause I love this place and want it to do well. they also host little crafting events. They have a little chalkboard sign with schedule and pricing for the events. They also sells cakes and tiramisu and other pastries but I have yet to try them. They also sell little handmade crocheted keychains. They have a bathroom. Parking so far hasn't been to difficult for me. Anyways, try them out
