They have come at short notice, often on weekends. Dean and his people don't present in spiffy uniforms, rather they are good ole country folk that work and get the job done. We have had good conversations about things other than the job at hand but they never slacked off the job. Living in a small rural community you learn to read people and usually find a common level of trust. Give Fowler a chance, learn about their knowledge and business dealings. We have trusted him and rely on him when e need work done.

By 2:30 PM, we still hadn't heard anything, so I called the office and was told the plumber would be here. 4:00 PM came and went with no arrival, so I called again. I was told the plumber must be tied up and that she would check the status. At that point, I told her not to bother. We completely understand that unexpected issues can delay a plumber -- that's not the problem. The issue is the lack of basic courtesy. A simple phone call to reschedule would have been appreciated. Instead, I sat at home for four hours waiting on a no‑show. It was frustrating, inconvenient, and highly unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend calling them.
