The tasting in advance was so great. I loved that the appointment took place after the shop closed and that I could choose combo flavors in advance to try out to fit my theme. I went with a pumpkin cake with cinnamon frosting, naked icing with a fall theme. Not one slice went uneaten on my wedding day. A year later, I special ordered cupcakes for my anniversary in the same flavors, and had to coordinate with the baker to ensure the flavor combo was available. She was awesome and delivered exactly what I had hoped for.

I added taylor ham, egg, and cheese and got an iced latte with cookie butter flavor. Most of staff is younger kids and the service was a bit shaky but overall efficient. Waited a few minutes for the sandwich and they almost forgot my coffee though one staff member double checked before I left so that was nice. Coffee was ok- not life changing but solid, and they did have a cold brew option as well. Now for the breakfast sandwich- bagel itself was absolutely fantastic. One of the best bagels I have tried outside of NYC and they really did hook it up with the everything. Now combined with the taylor ham, egg, and cheese the sandwich was quite salty. I think next time I will try the same sandwich with the plain bagel to compare and contrast. My only recommendation to them is put slightly less salt in the everything bagel toppings on top. Overall a solid spot, looking forward to trying it again in the future.
