Gotta love nova and sitting in traffic. Luckily this Dunkin' was in the middle of a non stop jam. Decided to get out of the lane and hop into dunkin. There is no drive thru at this location . Ordered a few different items inside. the cashier had a bit of trouble understanding my Large iced coffee order with the toasted white mocha sauce but once I received my drink at the end I just asked them to add it since she forgot to put it on my order. I visited at about 1am so I can't comment on their rush hour efficiency. This Dunkys is also a Baskin Robbins so they have ice cream, cakes etc in addition to the normal Dunkin products. The staff here was super helpful. At 1am this is sometimes unusual. Michael L helped me and he couldn't have been more helpful. The donuts were still in the back as they were new but he said that anything I needed and I he'd check to see if they had it. To top it off they offer a free doughnut upon your first check in so I ended up paying $0.99 for my tea and doughnut. Big parking lot, outside seating, easy in/out of the lot. Win win. Really wish I could give them no stars at all!! Firstly it's mostly teens/young adults working there(first problem when there isn't any authority to instruct them), the amount of times I have experienced issues with my orders is ridiculous, and when you contact the manager they just hit you with a sorry apology email but nothing for your wasted time and money. Second they don't prepare orders in any kind of order, so even if you are first in line, if you order more than a coffee expect to watch others get their food/drinks before you I only returned to try other menu items to see if my experience would change and no such luck, please do not waste your time with this location, you surely to be disappointed read more

This is a well run DD. Service was efficient and quick. Nice sitting area. Parking is a little small but we were able to park.

If you are just looking for just beverages, you're probably okay stopping here. The coffee was "standard, fine." The hot chocolate was the high point of the meal. Thick and creamy. My advice is skip the food. We each had a croissant supposedly stuffed with chicken, cheese and bacon. Frankly, the only flavor discernible was the bread. But don't expect the delightful taste of buttery layers of flaky pastry. Expect soggy bread. The hash browns were no better. I stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbin Saturday 2/2 around 10:30pm and met one of the nicest, funniest, customer service associates I've encountered in a while. He wasn't wearing a name badge and I forgot to ask his name however he made getting ice cream that night a special moment. From the moment I arrived I noticed he seemed to be the only person working. I went towards the ice cream side and he started a friendly conversation, made funny jokes and was just overall a nice person. The one thing I liked most was he didn't rush any customers just because he was the only one working. He treated each customer as if they were the only ones in the store. So, I had known about this gem in Manassas for a while, but I'm rarely there. I say a gem since it's a 24 hour location. In April 2016, my friend and I were driving back from West Virginia, and we got gas across the street. I saw this beautiful Dunkin' Donuts building, and I told my friend that I have to go to this location sometime. She knows that I like my free iced coffee punch card, and that I've said that I want to go to many locations in the DC area. But I also said, 'When am I ever going to be Manassas though? :( On a Friday in June 2016, I was in Prince William County for work, and I made a small detour to Manassas to try this location. It was very clean inside, and the staff was very friendly. The location was smaller than I expected based on what I saw from the outside. I used the WiFi, and it was comfortable in there. This Dunkin' Donuts is awesome because it's combined with a Baskin-Robbins. For this review I will cover the Dunkin' Donuts part because that was what I purchased and paid attention to most. The place is much larger than your standard Dunkin' Donuts. I liked that it's clearly separated yet still well meshed with the Baskin-Robbins. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The facility was clean and well maintained. The service I received was prompt and the cashier was friendly. My iced coffee was made quickly and just the way I like it. The donut was tasty as always. There is lots of parking in the private lot they have, so even if they're busy you should be able to find a spot. Nothing's better than being able to get a coffee, donuts and ice cream in the same spot, so I'll definitely be back here for my sugar fix. *This business is gun carry friendly. read more

10/11/21 around 130AM I swear people think just because we are in a pandemic they are not dispensable as employees and they have the attitude that since their company is short staffed they can do as they please and fear NO consequences I was shocked at what I witness today as I walked in AS WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A PLACE OF BUSINESS but it looked to me as a HANGOUT spot. At a table to my right was a bunch of guys (4plus) sitting at the table just talking loudly and CURSING and they are not DUNKIN DONUTS WORKERS I know that for sure they maybe friends of the employees or even DoorDashers/delivery folks but this is not the place for that kind of BEHAVIOR I'm sure.
