Ok, I've always loved a cortado, especially when I'm in sunny florida from a legit Cuban breakfast spot but the Starbucks one is just as good!! I was shocked how much I liked it, the $5 price tag didn't even phase me and it was all delicious sips!! I added a 1/2 shot of pistachio in it the first time and it was lovely! It's very yummy when paired with whole milk. I also learned they have a new matcha mix and a new way of preparing the matchas, blended and whipped versus shaken for cold beverages. I added a chocolate cold foam to try the viral Dubai chocolate bar dupe and it was super good. I think in that recipe people usually add pistachio pumps but since the powder mix already has a sweetener I didn't do that. Highly recommend both beverages! read more

**Mobile Order Review Only ** I typically go to the drive thru location den the street, however this morning the lint was hella long do I kept driving. I remembered this location was right down the street. I picked up my handy dandy cell phone and proceed to mobile order to this location. Good idea, good idea!!!! I walked in and waited all of about 2 minutes, not only do they call your babe out loud, the barista walked my drink to me which i thought was nice. The location was clean with plenty of seating to include high top tables against the wall towards the back. I might have to keep this location in mind more often. read more

As other Starbucks, the menu offers various freshly-brewed hot and cold coffee, teas, bottled drinks, smoothies, handcrafted sodas, frappes, sandwiches, and pastries. I ordered my usual Trenta Pink Drink and tried the new Guava Passionfruit - both were made very well with all customizations noted. The cafe is a little smaller, but dine-in is currently prohibited during these uncertain times. There are markers on the floor to encourage social distancing when you're standing in line to order. The baristas and the staff were all friendly and the orders were made quickly but with attention. One of three Starbucks in Manassas (a fourth will be opening soon in Signal Hill Shopping Center). This one is off of Route 28 - there is a Domino's Pizza right next door. Stopped in for my afternoon caffeine jolt - there were a few people lounging about out front sitting at the tables on the sidewalk enjoying their beverages. Three Sbux employees were manning the counter. I think the young lady running the register was on her first day at work as she needed a bit of help ringing up my order - an iced quad, grande skinny vanilla latte. I had to wait a few minutes for my order as there was a whole family in front of me and each one of them had ordered an exotic fru-fru drink and it took him a while to make all of them. It's a Starbucks. Not the best coffee in the world, but also not the worst. My wife has had several problems with this location (and others in the area for that matter) getting orders wrong. I keep my orders pretty simple though so I don't really have problems like that. Their iced coffee is 'meh'. Their sweet cream is really good with iced coffee, but the amount they put in it is different each time. I recommend experimenting with what you like, and then asking for an exact amount: "I want 4 bumps of chai". I'm a big fan of chain's from Starbucks. If you are too, I recommend asking for it with no water (only milk), and also asking for one or 2 extra bumps of chai. You can thank me later. Overall, this isn't my favorite Starbucks location, but it's a place where you can go when you are out and about and grab some quick, albeight slightly inconsistent, coffee. read more

Honestly annoyed I had to come to yelp. I love Starbucks. I've had the app for years which is great,for ordering ahead. However thats it ,they make it very hard to communicate with them through the app. I am pretty tech savvy and it seems to have changed over the years. Now you have to go to a website, and darn near fill out an application to tell them about your incorrect drink flavor o taste that you notice 5 minutes down the road. This is the 2nd time this month my drink has just tasted disgusting. I dont try new things and appreciate the usual consistency .However it should not be this hard to contact you all ,it's not difficult to purchase is it. This Starbucks consistently messes up my order when I use mobile ordering. They do not know how to make certain drinks and they just guess. There have been multiple times when I've ordered Iced Coffee with Milk, which comes with classic syrup, but they have forgotten that syrup goes in there too just because it's not in the name of the drink. They also make Starbucks Double Shot on Ice incorrectly, using an excessive amount of creamer instead of 2% milk as it should. The staff needs retraining on making the drinks. This has to be THE happiest Starbucks location on earth. Everyone here on the morning shift is happy and friendly. They greet their regulars with enthusiasm--like so loudly that I don't dare take a conference call from here, but who wants to work anyway?? And they know how to make a flat white, many baristas just hand me an over-frothed latte but here you get the microbubbles It's also the CLEANEST location I've ever been in. I LOVE LOVE LOVE starbucks as most people do. However, this location has absolutely disappointed me and I am in the area often and will now have to go out of my way to find another location that has better customer service. Now first I understand that it was Easter but when we first walked in there was a young blond hair girl talking over the counter to a young man. We assumed she was taking his order but after us standing there for a few minutes they finally looked up and the young man went behind the counter to finish their conversation (thats when i noticed his Starbucks lanyard and realized he was an employee) an older gentleman when was making drinks turned around and greeted us with a small and took our order (received 1 star back for this) him and the older woman who were making drinks were pleasant to speak with and the drinks tasted great (received 1 star back for this) in the middle of this 2 more women walked in and were not helped still but the 2 young employees so after we got our drinks and were walking out the customers that just walked in were helped by the same one that helped us. The events of this (even on a holiday) are unacceptable. For all the money it cost at this establishment you would think their staff would have better customer service or at least fake it. This was a huge disappointment on my Easter Sunday. read more

When I went one Saturday morning, there was a line at the door before they even opened. I say down and enjoyed my coffee and must have seen at least 30 customers in 30 minutes. Always a good sign. Horrible customer service. I was denied service because I was paying with a $50 bill. The employee, who said her name was Blanca advises me that I could not use my $50 bill because she did not have change, that I should leave the store to get change and come back. I told her that I would buy an additional item, that is when she responded that I would have to buy at least $30 worth of items in order for her to provide change for a $50 bill. She was very rude the entire time and left me with no other choice but to leave the store empty handed. This was the worst customer service I have ever receive in years. read more

This is my favorite Manassas location. Tony is almost always there to greet me with a huge smile, and the team is always very pleasant. My order always tastes the way I expect it to, and in the event there is an error, it's always resolved with a smile - even if it's my fault. :) I prefer this Starbucks, or the one on Sudley Rd.
