Not sure why so much negativity. Have enjoyed this location several times. My son's sports activities are often close by, and a Dunkin' run helps. Whether they're regular or dark roast coffee, I do like both of them. They help during cold mornings. I personally like this location greatly. It can be busy, but usually you can find a table. On the corporate side, am a little miffed at Dunkin', for no coconut donuts. Those were my favorite, so please bring them back. Still decent donuts, although the costs have raised significantly. Ordered 3 breakfast items: sourdough sandwich, chorizo wrap, and bacon wake up wrap. Food was great. I also ordered two sugar free vanilla iced coffees. I was given two French vanilla iced coffees with sugar and cream. I only noticed because of the sugar on the bottom of the cup. I brought it to their attention and they looked at me dumbfounded. They male then told me I never asked for sugar free vanilla. Like of course from the intercom to the pick up window I forgot what I said and forgot I have diabetes so made sure I asked for drinks filled with sugar. They never offered to correct the issue. Only told me that I never said I asked for sugar free. So do not come to this location if you have health issues because they will end up killing you and letting you know it was only your fault. They were also not native to the US so do not come here expecting to be understood if your first language is English. read more

When I arrived, the cashier told me they no longer have the cotton candy donuts and suggested I stop ordering them. I was fine with that and politely asked for a refund for the part of the order they couldn't fulfill. However, when I checked my half dozen box, it only had four donuts. I brought it to his attention, and he came back with six donuts -- none of which were what I ordered. I pointed it out again and asked him to fix it. I remained polite and patient the entire time. Despite my patience, the cashier had the nerve to blame me for "holding up the line" because I requested a refund. In reality, my time was wasted because it took three attempts just to get the six donuts right, and it was only necessary because they couldn't fulfill the original order properly. I keep giving this Dunkin second and third and fifth and tenth chances because it has a drive-thru. And every time is just regret. Today we had the pleasure of what is allegedly an xl hot coffee with cream and an iced coffee, allegedly with cream. I am baffled as to how a Dunkin can fail at... coffee. Basic coffee. The original blend is either the dregs of an old pot, or some kind of mix of the other coffees that they have. Not original blend; not even passable coffee. 1/5 Iced coffee with cream: god awful. Asked for 5 creams, got 1 (basically nothing). But it's just sugar water with coffee flavor. 1/5 It keeps happening, from bagels to hash browns to any kind of coffee. All terrible. Look. I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location for breakfast recently. I ordered a small cup of coffee with room for cream, their breakfast waffle sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese between two waffles), a sausage, egg, and cheese on a Croissant, hash browns, and a bottle of water. I ordered and paid for - extra cheese on both breakfast sandwiches. I sat down to eat at one of the tables in the dining area - and discovered that no extra cheese was added to either breakfast sandwich. So I took them back to the counter - and they added the extra cheese. I sat down again - the cheese was not melted at all - and the sandwiches were room temperature - not hot at all. When I got home, I was very disappointed that they even served two of the strawberry frosted doughnuts that looked more like plain doughnuts smeared with a touch of frosting. In December 30th, 2020 I did a large mobile pickup order for breakfast which included 4 drinks and several food items for two families. We selected curbside pickup and I was sure it was not going to go well. This was the first time I had been to a Dunkin with curbside and was weary. Someone happened to be parked in the mobile curbside spot waiting for their order so I called when I arrived and the guy confidently said we got and you and we will be right out. So my niece and I checked and everything was there! To my surprise we had gotten everything and they got it right! It was all exactly what you expect to get food quality wise and my drink was good! This is the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. They are consistently out of everything by 10am. Tell me: how does a donut shop run out of literally everything by 10 am, every single weekend (and most weekdays)!? How many donuts are you prepping, 6 per type for the whole day?? Made a order through drive through, 2 bagels with butter, 1 egg and cheese, 4 coffees. Waited at the window for 5 minutes and then told to go wait in front. 10 minutes go by literally staring into the storefront. I finally go in my food just waiting on the table. I see 2 bagels and no egg and cheese, they tell me to go back to my car to show my receipt to prove I ordered the egg and cheese. They see i did and they make the sandwich, all while the coffee is now over 10 min cold, and I ask them to switch it out, they say no, when I literally touched the cup and at most was luke warm. Weddings and funerals. That's the spectrum of emotions that accompany your experience at this location. Some days, it's great. The drinks are consistent and ready quickly. Some other days, though, it's far from great. I placed a mobile order, as I've done a few times. When I walked in and noticed that the mobile pickup rack was empty I assumed they had just not got to mine yet. However, after three walk in customers placed and received orders I was skeptical - in fact, there was a growing pile of drinks placed on the far side of the pickup counter. Only after awkwardly getting the attention of a worker was I able to ask about it. She quickly checked and handed me my order. When I asked if it was supposed to have been on the mobile rack, like it normally is, she replied that it was 'hectic.' I'm sorry, but there is nothing out of the ordinary when a coffee shop is busy at 7am. Further, a good way to help alleviate whatever sense of overwhelming hectic doom is looming would probably be to actually use the processes designed to speed mobile pickups - the same process normally used. However, it seems the employees get to choose between that efficient process or stacking up mobile orders and forcing customers to awkwardly get their attention to ask. I was a weekly drive through customer, ordering 1 iced coffee and 1 doughnut during a quiet late weekday morning. This time, I placed and payed for the order and waited at the pick up window. I was handed an iced coffee with a receipt taped to it, which I placed in my singular cup holder and waited for the doughnut. Minutes later, the young lady asked what I needed and when I said "My Doughnut", she looked down and said, "I gave you the wrong order!" "Here's your coffee." I reached to hand her back the incorrect one, and she refused to take it siting COVID. I understood not giving this to the next customer in line, but asked that she kindly toss it in the trash. She refused. "We can't take anything back out of your car, COVID rules." Well, you took my money just fine, that was out of my car. She refused. There was no trash can nearby, literally NOWHERE to put this huge iced coffee and she offered no solution. I pointed out that with only one cupholder, I couldn't safely drive away with a coffee in my hand...she didn't budge. Finally, after I just sat there refusing to move, actually still waiting for my doughnut, she disappeared, never to return. I placed the cup on the ground outside the drive up window and left, short changed one doughnut. Using the receipt, I contacted Dunkin, explained the situation and asked for a refund. Zero Response. Relatively slow. Macchiatos aren't available 50% of the time. I dislike coming to this location because I dont know if I will get the beverage want. Then when it is available, it's super inconsistent. Sometimes they ask whole or skim milk. Sometimes they sweeten it, sometimes they dont. The location is perfect, the product isn't. The staff is really friendly and professional. I always see them working when I go inside or through the drive thru window. If I can, i go to the location in Manassas right off 66. Hairy Donuts from Heathcote Blvd, Gainesville, Va location....YUCKY!!! DISGUSTING!!! I reported it to the Corporate office n never received a call back. I was told that I would hear back from Corporate within a day. I called the location in Gainesville Va as well to voice my complaint as well n I was told that they picked up a batch from the Manassas location earlier in the morning n they had to throw out a entire batch of Blueberry Donuts because they all had hair on them. There was also hair on my glazed Donuts. You can see the photos below of the Donuts that were given to me. I took them back n Goldie who is a manager apologized n replaced the Hairy batch which I was very reluctant to take. I was also told by Corporate that the owner of that particular franchise would be in contact with me as I was asked for my name and number. I never heard from the franchise owner or from Corporate again...oh well. I got a Carmel iced coffee and tasted like it was expired. The flavor was really off then every other time i've got.

Espresso machine is constantly broken. I've been here numerous times, drinks are always inconsistent. Customer service is terrible, and they refuse to offer refunds or exchange drinks for similarly priced items. Example: I typically order ice coffee with an extra shot of espresso. If I'm lucky enough for the machine to be working they often forget to add in the shot. When the machine is down, they hand me my drink and say the machine is broken, we couldn't add in the espresso, followed by a puzzling look. No attempt to refund the money I spent on the espresso shot, or even offer anything in exchange. This has happened at least four times in the past two months. Invest in your equipment, and training for the employees. read more
