But unfortunately, I just left our visit feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. SK has different signs up that basically say "If you're not happy with your smoothie, we'll make you another one". I gave several hints to the kids working there that I didn't care for my drink and they just gave me a deer in headlights "sorry" look. Also I ordered a 20oz and they charged me for and made me some monstrosity drink. I brought that up and instead I got the deer in headlights "sorry" look again. I wasn't about to demand they adjust my price. Finally...some training advice for the young staff...the first thing I said was "oh wow, I don't come here much, I have no idea what to get"...that's an invitation for the staff to say something like "let me help you pick something...what flavors do you normally like in a smoothie, etc..??" but instead i got the deer in headlights. Anyway, I just left my smoothie on the front counter for them and walked out. And I'm sure the two staff people working there have absolutely no idea how dumb and uncomfortable they made me feel. And customers generally don't return to a place where they'd been made to feel that way.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at Smoothie King. Not being able to place an in-person order because the store was backed up with online orders is absolutely crazy. I understand being busy, but turning away customers who are physically standing in the store is not acceptable.

At first we wanted the classic açaí bowls with waffles on the side, but changed the order to a mixture of waffle pages and bowls to fit our preferences. For the waffle package you can get it made with the waffle on top of the açaí or you can deconstruct the package and have the waffle on the side. There's an option to eat inside, which is always very tidy and nice or outside of the establishment, which is comfortable either way (or of course, take your order to go). They have a free rewards program that comes in handy for discounts. 10/10 recommend!

I ordered bread from Mable's online to be picked up at Erin's, the store put my bread out and sold it before I could come get it. I was told to call the day before and pay, and I did try. .....but the stores voice message said they are having "yet again phone issues" so I could not do that. And last time I ordered I picked it up and paid the same day. The phone messaged went on and on about going to the website ect.... I was at work and did t have time for all that. Therefore I have no bread and 6 disappointed families which I will share this debacle. Mable stated it was the stores policy to pre pay... yet the VM says the phone line is having issues. I was offered no answer or solution... the store girls were rude, they put my bread order out and sold it. The store clerk said I could buy anything that was left over. They could have called my phone, as it was on the order slip before putting my order out for sale. I will not be going back, nor ordering bread from Mable's and picking it up at Erin's. Oh and I was told, when I pay, I have to pay over the phone and give some person all my credit card information. That's not safe. Sadly both Erin's and Mable lost a good customer.
