Dunkin is always ready to take my order and is so efficient at preparing each order. as soon as I order my food, it is ready. Great service!

Decided to stop in since I was almost done door dashing , it's close to where I live I haven't tried their new butter pecan frozen coffee, so I went ahead and ordered a medium with extra topping s. The place was quite which I was the only person there besides two employees. There was music playing which was nice . I ordered off of the big table they have now to place your own order vs on the app . You can also scan your app using the tablet also. Would i order this drink again probably not but hey if you like coffee go for it ! read more

Placed a mobile order at 6:10am. Got to the store at 6:18am. Was told my order wasn't ready because they forgot to turn the oven on but it would just be 2-3 minutes. I waited ten minutes, asked about my order and was told it would be 1 more minute. Ten more went by and I had to leave to go to work. I told the staff I couldn't wait any longer, nobody seemed to care, nobody offered me a refund, they just watched me leave without a care about it. read more

there is an employee there named Shakeeba and she is very rude and gross and disrespectful. roaches everywhere too. donuts are always stale and tables are always sticky read more

All cooked correctly and staff very nice. Clean. Better than a lot of DDs we have been to.

Ordered donuts and a drink for curbside pickup. Sat and waited while 2 cars that pulled in after me got their orders and left. And then the drink was filled to about the equivalent of a small drink (see photo), yet I purchased a medium. I intentionally didn't drink any while driving home so I could show my husband how ridiculous. This place always disappoints...I think we're done trying. read more

Dunkin' - This is how full my medium iced drink was before drinking any. - Donuts Near Me - Bristow, Virginia

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have EVER been to. I hate that I keep going back thinking that it won't be that bad, but it's a disappointment every time. Someone said that they prioritize mobile order, but every time I've made one I'm standing at the restaurant for at least 15 minutes waiting, even when I had made my order 10 minutes earlier because this always happens, and not a soul in there except for me. Somehow my bagel today is soggy and burned??? The seeds are burned, but the bagel is not crispy and the inside is soggy, without anything on it. If you do decide to order from here even after reading all these terrible reviews, just do yourself a favor and order the bagel whole and untoasted, with the cream cheese on the side, because these people can't even get that right. read more

Hi. I witnessed a DD worker (young guy, full beard) sweep the floors tonight. I was in my car, talking on the phone and looked over to see him sweeping. I was shocked when he swept the tabletop and then continued to sweep the floor again. Huge no no! Disgusting. read more

Worst DD Location ever! I don't like to leave bad reviews however, when I found a fly doing a back stroke in my Dunkaccino...I had to say something. Steer clear of this location. read more

Drove my Daughter there in an ice storm for her 1st ever job interview and the manager didn't even show up and when she called him he told her he forgot about the interview and could she come back tomorrow ! The manager working Emily was extremely rude to her and not helpful at all. No she will NOT be going back . They missed out on getting a great employee who would of brought a ray of sunshine to their crappy establishment! read more

Really had the worst service experience ever customer service wise for this area and never been to a Dunkin' Donuts with a rep as rude and nasty before today 11/29/2019 9:40 am the get the one star for the glazed donut lol but customer service wise they are horrible smh read more

Beware, Our order for 50 Munchkins only had 35 in the box. When I returned to get the remaining Munchkins in my order they were rude. Will not go back. read more

So this is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts! They are in my route to work and I just love their customer service. Amanda usually takes care of me as far as taking my order. Since I come M-F, she gives me a "local comp" discount which means I'm a regular. I often get free drinks because I use the mobile app rewards. I work in Manassas and I don't even go to the one where I live in Fredericksburg. For some reason I don't crave coffee on the weekends . Nevertheless, I deducted one star because occasionally they mess up my drink even though it clearly says my order written on the cup. But I'm not too worried about it because the good outweighs the bad and they have great customer service. Thanks Amanda! read more

Dunkin' - Cold brew w/ 5 caramel swirl & 8 creams. Creamy and not too sweet. - Donuts Near Me - Bristow, Virginia

Wow. Never order delivery from this place. Second time I ordered items and was subbed pretty much crap. I called to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not there yet. 8:30am. The person who answered the phone handed me over to a female who hung up on me! I was calm and pleasant when I spoke to this individual. Terrible substitutions and horrendous customer service. Never again. read more

Now I'll start this by saying I 100% understand how ice has mass and occupies space in a drink... that being said, I was returned a less than 1/2 full LARGE beverage. I ordered a large iced latte with no ice as I don't like my drink to be watered down as I drink it through out the day. When the barista who made my drink put it on the counter he even looked at it cock-eyed.. When I went up to grab it I asked the female barista if that was all that came in a large? (Because even without ice I shouldn't be paying almost $5 for 1/3 of a beverage) she was very polite and tried to have it corrected but suggested to the male barista to just fill it the rest of the way with whole milk? To which I said please, no I'll just take it as it is I don't want it watered down with milk! A I guess manager then came over and offered a little bit of ice (no thank you, I sand no ice) and maybe some more espresso and milk.. the way the drink should have been returned to me in the first place.. and this is after their espresso machine being broken for about a month. It's cheap coffee but damn.. read more

Dunkin' - a person holding a cup of iced coffee - Donuts Near Me - Bristow, Virginia

I will give this establishment a good review since many did not read the article on the story with the officers. Thank you to management for stepping in, apologizing for the employee's rude behavior, and taking the order of our LOE's. I will be paying it forward to an officer this weekend while I'm out doing errands. If I was one of the patrons waiting in line at the Dunkin Donuts that day, I would have stepped in and ordered for these gentlemen. read more

Glad that it is now in our area but man...they need help on making things fresh, making decent drinks, and customer service. They aren't going a long way to make themselves a neighborhood favorite. UPDATE I had hoped that this place would have gotten better with time but no! One day it was 9:00 and a crap selection of donuts with no baking in sight. Only two people working and a huge line. Today my husband says a dozen good variety of glazed and frosted. When he gets home and opens the box it's all glazed. Very amateur and still so many mistakes! Unfortunately they will still be in business even though it's bad because of the closeness and ease read more

A quick lunch stop. No one at counter. Finally ordered. Employee did not know how to put in my order. Waited ten minutes listening to sandwich maker speaking Spanish angrily into the cell phone tucked under ear. Line piled up at register. No concern by any employee. Finally left. Opened sandwich to find it missing the bacon? Slow. Inaccurate. Poor service. Little English. Signs of very poor management, not necessarily the employees. Need to get it together or fail like the other two coffee shops that leased this space. read more

all i have to say is, half the time when i get hashbrowns from here- i have to put them in the oven when i get home.... they taste microwaved and cooked on a dirty pan if i dont. if the managers not there , his employees half ass all their tasks and new orders. always check your food. at least they NORMALLY dont get my coffee wrong read more

First time I went, there was a huge hair inside my bagel. Yuck. Thought I would give it another try and get a drink the next time, but they filled the ENTIRE cup with ice, put WAY too much sugar, the "shift leader" was so rude and wouldn't even answer me when I asked her how her day was. Also, none of the workers had their very long hair tightly back. Unsanitary. Hope the health department checks them out. read more

So, I've come to this Dunkin a lot. I used to come all the time, but stopped. This is my first time back, and of course nothing has changed. My 100% biggest complaint is their machine they use to make lattes or macchiatos NEVER work. Never. I always go in looking for my mobile order and they haven't even started because they tell me the machine isn't working, so I have to get an iced coffee for the price of one of the more complex coffees. I'll be reaching out to corporate to get my money back from my DD card so I don't have to come back. read more

WORST BREAKFAST EVER! This morning, my husband made a fast food run, something we rarely do. We decided to give our local DD a try even after two horrible experiences previously at another location. We received a burnt everything bagel that was practically inedible without the cream cheese I wanted. An english muffin breakfast sandwich ordered with no cheese and received it WITH cheese also the english muffin was burnt, seriously?! He ordered and paid for 3 orders of hash browns but we only received 2 and THEY were room temperature, come on now! My husband's chicken croissant was bland and the croissant itself was ALSO burnt. In summary, our breakfast this morning was abysmal in almost every way. Most items were incorrectly prepared and/or burnt. **I've contacted DD online asking for a full refund of $19.21 and compensation for our time and disappointment.*** A message to this Bristow location...how can this level of lack of caring go unnoticed? Have you all even read the other reviews? If so, why hasn't there been a change? Something's got to give here. Either it's the employees or management but people aren't being trained properly. Furthermore, you were out of specific items we wanted. It's Sunday morning. That's unacceptable. read more

Previously I gave the DD location a good review. Seems like the owner has become complacent. I have found them to be completely understaffed and the service of the female staff to be bordering on a don't care attitude. They need to also keep stocked up on the most popular donuts. My recommendation is to find another DD franchise closer to where you work. read more

Dunkin' - Nice. - Donuts Near Me - Bristow, Virginia

Terrible experience! Somehow, the mobile orders take priority over the dozens of people waiting in line. There is absolutely no customer service and the staff seem to be moving purposely at a slower rate. There should be a designated person filling the mobile orders. Standing in line for 10 minutes with only 1 person in front of me, while that person was being ignored... then waiting another 10 minutes for my cold brew. Never again. read more

Very pleased with the customer service. Went over there after hearing about the unfortunate misunderstanding. They treated me excellent. From what I personally observed it did not appear that people were mistreated because of their profession. Obviously no reasonable person would compare that to racial discrimination. They took my order and brought it over to me as I settled down to do some work. I plan to go back as well as pay it forward to school teachers, military, veterans, and fire and rescue personnel. I was also impressed with the young people who helped me the other night as I rushed to get my child to a late practice. That was extremely helpful. read more

This is the worst DD that I have been to. The middle eastern women who work there where very rude and the donuts were stale. Stay away from this DD. Not worth it!! read more

This is the worst DD I've ever been to. I have tried 6 times and now I'm done. The staff is unorganized, untrained on making specialty drinks and the coffee is just awful. I love DD just not this location. First trip I ordered a grilled cheese and they microwaved it until the bread was hard. Donuts are not fresh. I have wasted so much money throwing out food and drinks. This morning I threw out a Pumpkin Macchiato because it was bitter and did not even have pumpkin in it. read more

Don't go here for anything. Go to the one in Manassas, Gainesville or Haymarket one. I don't go here often, but when I did, there is a girl named Jackie that works there. She was lazy and not even remotely nice. She took my order which was a Caramel Craze Iced latte. She disregarded when I said Carmel and just gave me a Pumpkin Spiced when I told her 4 times it was Caramel. The wait took sooo long for our meals to come. She then took my sisters order which was a sausage, egg and cheese Croissant and get this. SHE ONLY GAVE US A CROISSANT, WITH NOTHING IN IT. And she didn't even say sorry or anything. I was mad. Do yourself a favor, DONT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. read more

This is our third visit to this Dunkin because of it's great location in proximity to the Braemar area. Unfortunately, this franchise has a lot of work to do on training their staff. There is slight disorganization and a tendency to get the product out as fast as possible versus a balance of quality and time management. read more

ALWAYS check your food before you leave because they WILL skimp you. Store is never busy so no excuse. Was better when it was Peet's

Yesterday I visited this location for the first time and the last time. I could not believe what I witnessed. A lady received her donut, it appears she received a boston cream but wanted a vanilla cream. She manhandled the donut with her bare hands for the several minutes inspecting the cream. She then proceeds to tell an older, Indian man she got the wrong donut. He takes the bag and takes out the touched donut and puts it back on the shelf. That is beyond disgusting!!! Even at McDonalds if they give you the wrong item, you keep it or they trash it. Who knows if this woman had the flu or a disease or had touched nut products, this item was contaminated and should never have been put back in the display case. From the other reviews it sounds like they are just trying to be cheap and it shows. read more

While Glenn, the manager, is a cool dude, waiting 15 minutes for a large hot coffee is unacceptable. Absolutely disgusted by the employee that refused service to the two police officers today. That same employee is usually looking like she hates the world, and is extremely rude which I just shrug off. Refusing service to those who put their lives on the line day in and day out...absolutely unacceptable. Maybe one day if she ever needs help from law enforcement, she'll realize that they won't stand there looking at her refusing to help her much like she refused service to them. Ignorant and disrespectful individual. Had I been there this morning, I would've stepped to the front of the line, ordered the officers coffee and paid for it then I would've proceeded to tell the employee to piss off. This Dunkin Donuts won't be getting a dime from me or my family anymore. DUCK DONUTS HERE I COME!! read more
