    My new bike!

Where do I start....I saw a Multistrada Pikes Peak advertised on Cycletrader that I had to have. Unfortunately I wasn't quite ready for a purchase plus I'm in Los Angles and they're in Austin. After sleeping on it I decided to go for it. I reached out to them and stated immediately working with Greg. Right from the start he was 'on it'. Professional, knowledgeable and polite. Whether text, talk or email he was super quick to respond. We negotiated the price, worked out the details and a week later my dream bike is sitting in my garage. I can't say enough about Greg and the way he handled the deal. If Motogp can get their sh%t together, I can't wait to meet him in person next time I'm in Austin for the races. 'IL Capo from Ducati Austin you have a hell of a salesguy there. Greg, thanks again for the deal and the experience!

I just picked up a completely built hypermotard from Greg at Ducati Austin. It was, by far, the easiest purchase of a bike and i've owned more than 20 over the years. Everything was done over the phone and they delivered it to my door in Houston. I couldn't be happier with the bike, the dealership and the purchase process.

Great customer service may be hard to find these days - but not at Ducati Austin! I've purchased a lot of motorcycles over the years, and my experience working Greg was one of the best I've had in a long time. I bought a 1260 Multistrada S from half way across the country and had it delivered by a 3rd-party shipping company. Greg was really helpful, checked in on things often, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The specific bike I wanted (color and model) was not available locally, so I got looking at dealerships across the country. What caught my attention to Ducati Austin was the incredible prices - they were one of a few dealerships listing prices that were thousands less than MSRP. But what stood out about Ducati Austin is that, despite their low list price, they still had reasonable/average dealer fees (set up costs, etc.)! When I called the other places with a super low list price, I was disappointed to learn that they were hiding thousands of dollars in artificially high dealer fees. By the time you got their bottom line, all of those "savings" had evaporated and you were back to paying full price. But thankfully, this was NOT the case with Ducati Austin. So if you want to work with great people, buy an awesome machine, and save a lot of money, it's a no-brainer. Give Greg a call at Ducati Austin and see what they can do!

I went completely blind folded when I made a visit to this store. I had no idea what type of bike I was interested in getting but I know I wanted a Ducati! The experience here was great from start to finish. I was educated on the different types, motors, amenities, etc. I decided to purchase one of the nicest floor models. The Diavel Titanium Series. There are only 500 produced world wide. Love the acceleration, the technology, motor, feel and handling on this bad boy! The wheel is huge on rear end and the seat is hand stitched. Feels really comfy. Sorry, was wet from the bike getting me all excited! The staff here is amazing. They answered every question I had, gave me a run down on the bike I chose after being educated on all types and I felt they gave me a good deal. Highly recommended!

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff and super fun toys. Not too often dealers give you this kind of treatment. Too bad these guys aren't in Denver, I'd buy a bike from them in a heartbeat! At least make a visit, highly recommended!

Salesman straight up lied to my face to get me to drive 4 hours to look at this bike. What a waste. Horrible service.

I'm going back…read more Stopped here after two other stores, looking for a new jacket and some gloves. This is my store. I was asked for help as soon as I walked in, told the person what I wanted and they pointed me in the right direction, and they did something cool: they let me shop. Riding gear is very personal: it's the only thing between you and the road if something goes down. You want it to fit. To feel secure, well-made and substantial. And you don't need some "clerk" hurrying you up. Let me be clear: the peeps @the Killeen Cycle Gear shops are not "clerks." They're riders. They showed me the section I was interested in and let me try on every single jacket I wanted without bothering me. I was there half an hour trying one after another and, yes, they checked in twice to see if I needed help, but when I said I was cool so were they. Finally, I started to leave because the only jacket I wanted - a full-leather beauty that fit like a dream, I could not afford. Before I got out the door one of the guys asked me about what was happening. And here's what happened next. That guy found me two discounts I was eligible for, and his partner was able to dig my Cycle Gear membership out of the records even though it did not initially show up on their terminal. Bottom-line? I got out of there with about 35% off my jacket with enough cash to buy some high-quality gloves. Yes. The peeps at Cycle Gear - at least in Killeen - will do everything they can to help you get what you want at the best price available without any sales "BS". Like I said, they're riders, and, who do you want to buy from? Go.

The staff at this location was soooo awesome! They were knowledgeable and attentive, which made our…read morebuying experience great!
