There aren't enough nice things I can say about Nader and his team. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've had and I've bought way too many cars in my life. Their website was a great place to start; I found the car I wanted and was approved before I ever stepped foot inside! The team gave me top dollar on my trade-in and surprised me with a lower rate when it was time to with. I have a 12 year old and a two year old, and both were treated so well, even when they're running around looking at all the showroom cars. My daughter didn't have a good nap, so when she whined a bit, the Nader team swooped in and gave her some paper and a highlighter before we even thought to ask. This review is based on my experience with the service department on the evening of June 6, 2023. Background: Being an older white male, I will give you a stereotype to set the stage. This demographic may have a tendency to complain about the weather, traffic, inflation/prices/taxes in general, and car dealership service pricing! Kia mechanics (specifically Adrian who may also be the shop foreman if I am correct) could take any old guy who thinks the dealership service center is a rip off and change his mind. I had an issue with the oil canister and filter as the system is canister based and not a single unit like many filters. After being pissed off for hours getting nowhere on my own with Autozone and the internet, I came in hot to Kia after hours and found Adrian still working. He calmed me down and helped research and figure out the root cause of the issue. No more weekend mechanic shit for me on the Telluride. Next time it will be straight to Kia Dublin. See my response below: Thank you for reaching out and for your follow-up on my recent visit to the Dublin KIA Service Department. I appreciate your willingness to hear about my experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the service I received. I visited your dealership to diagnose an issue with my 2011 KIA Optima, as the dashboard lit up, the dials spun, and the steering wheel became hard to turn before the car eventually wouldn't restart. After getting a jump start and confirming with a towing service that the battery was good, I suspected the alternator might be the issue. Trusting that your dealership would handle the matter with expertise and integrity, I chose to bring my car to your Dublin Kia service department. I spoke with a person at the front desk, who suggested a diagnostic test at an estimated $225. He mentioned that the car might need a new battery, but I explicitly stated that I would not pay $250 to $300 for a new battery since I could purchase one for far less elsewhere. I agreed to proceed with the diagnostic, fully expecting that my request would be respected. However, the next morning, I received a call from the manager, who informed me that the battery would need to be replaced at a cost of $306 before any diagnostic could be performed. I was surprised and concerned because I never authorized this replacement, and the previous checks suggested that the battery was not the issue. When I questioned this, the manager became aggressive and insisted that I pay for the labor already performed on testing the battery. His demeanor was confrontational, and his explanation did not align with my understanding of how a battery check is typically conducted, based on experiences with the towing service, Walmart, and the mechanic who ultimately fixed my car. This experience was not the first instance of questionable service at this dealership. Approximately two years ago, I had my brakes replaced at Dublin KIA. When I returned six months later for an oil change, I was told that my brakes needed replacing again. When I reminded them of the one-year warranty, they quickly retracted their recommendation, stating that my brakes were fine. These experiences have led me to question the integrity and honesty of the service department at this Kia dealership. It is disheartening because I genuinely wanted to trust KIA with the maintenance of my vehicle. However, these recurring issues have left me feeling taken advantage of, and I no longer feel confident in bringing my vehicle to this location. I am also currently in the market for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from Dublin enterprise (which includes KIA). I believe it is important to share my experience candidly, and I will be advising others to exercise caution when considering your dealership for service or purchases. If you buy your vehicle here. DO NOT take it back for service. Two year old Kia under warranty and they have had it for a month. Gave me the run around for my windshield when that is not the issue. Its my front sensors covered under warranty. They have not even taken the time to replace the sensors, just keep "reprogramming" and trying to charge me for it. The car has become dangerous to drive. Giving me excuse after excuse. Im now making payments on a car I cant drive because they wont fix the problem. While the purchasing here was great, the service when you have an issue has been a nightmare. Very upset. Cant get ahold of anyone either half the time, and just get looped through phone systems when you try to call a manager. read more

Having the worst experience with this Kia Dealership. I would not recommend doing any negotiating with the dealership whatsoever. I wish i could take my telluride back and continue leasing elsewhere. We leased our Telluride in August and were told to ground our Atlas that they would take care of the remaining balance for our Volkswagen. We happily did. It's November and Volkswagen has not heard or received any payment from Kia. I've been calling Sam and manager Amir, going back and forth for WEEKS and there has been no solution. Instead of Kia owning up and taking full responsibility for this THEY want us to take care of the balance that they assured would be handled. When leasing the vehicle Sam was persisting on us writing a review for yelp AND completing their survey. I did exactly as I was told, but when we ask for them to complete their end of the deal they refuse. This is not professional. I cannot wait to end my contract with Kia Dublin. read more

This Kia dealership has one of the worst service departments that constantly gives the go around. Two week ago my girlfriend had her car towed from our home to their dealership. It was a recall matter and she was given a date to bring her car in. To this date they still have not done the diagnostic. Once they get that done they can repair the car. All Kia dealerships gave her the run around about dates to bring the car in. This has been going on over a month so she had to rent a car and pay it out of her pocket for two weeks. This is her only form of transportation and has to get to work. They act she can get some other form of transportation. Dublin KIA does not seem to know how to fix a problem, when they will receive parts, the status of the repair or that they have completed it or not. It has now been 26 days and counting they have had my van for a repair that should take two days. They have ordered wrong parts. Quoted completion days that they blew past and now scheduled us to pick up the vehicle today, only to say is not complete. Frankly I wouldn't go there for a free oil change let alone a repair. My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We continued to ask questions about price and options, and he did not give us a "hard sale" posture, instead was responsive to our questions. we arrived on to two basic tracks, Most loaded, and most cost effective.
