**Never have I had such a disappointing experience at a dealership.** I visited Dublin Kia to purchase a used Acura MDX. From my very first visit, it felt like the dealership had little interest in actually selling the vehicle. The overall customer service was indifferent, and I had to follow up repeatedly throughout the process. Once I decided to purchase the car, the experience only got worse. I even agreed to buy their mandatory **StarGard** package for an additional **$999** without negotiating the vehicle's asking price or trying to bargain over anything else. At the very least, I expected the car to be delivered in excellent condition. The vehicle wasn't even properly cleaned for the test drive. After repeatedly reminding the staff to detail it before delivery, I was assured they wouldn't let me leave without doing so. Unfortunately, what they called a "detail" was nothing more than a basic car wash and a quick vacuum. The car was still dirty inside and out. I've attached photos showing the condition of the vehicle when it was delivered. To make matters worse, the car wasn't even delivered with a full tank of gas. For a purchase of $40,000-$50,000, filling the gas tank seems like a basic courtesy that many dealerships provide. It reflected a level of carelessness and disregard for the customer that was extremely disappointing. The financing process was equally frustrating. Despite having excellent credit, the finance manager initially quoted me a much higher interest rate and claimed it was the best available. Then, after I agreed to purchase additional packages, he suddenly said, *"Oh, I can get the interest rate even lower since you are nice people."* That immediately made me question whether I had been given an honest offer in the first place. Financing should be based on creditworthiness, not on whether a customer agrees to buy add-ons. Buying a car is already a major financial decision. It shouldn't feel like you're constantly being pressured into unnecessary products or wondering whether you're being taken advantage of. I expected professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those at Dublin Kia. Experiences like this are exactly why people have such little trust in car dealerships. Instead of building long-term relationships through honesty and transparency, this process felt focused on extracting as much money as possible from the customer. I hope this review helps future buyers make a more informed decision.

Great experience purchasing the amazing minivan - 2026 Kia carnival SX with this dealer the last weekend! This time had done a bit of research and wanted this Kia model and found the best color (astra blue) and model in this superb Dublin location. Has been a quality time with the driver and luxury of this kia carnival since then - my wife and specially the kids are loving this. Special mention to salesperson Ahmed, he made the whole process so efficient and convenient. The experience was fantastic - everything from test driver to tour to final paperwork went quickly and got amazing deal price with good maintenance coverage. Highly recommended to anyone looking for Kia cars with great tech and luxury options!

Had a great purchasing experience at Kia Dublin, amazing service from Tony. Got my dream family car and enjoyed the process. Tony was super helpful and I did not feel pressured at all during the experience, gave me a full tour of the car and dealership & service. Already thinking about the future for next time I buy here!

What an experience at Kia Dublin. If you're shopping here, be prepared for classic bait-and-switch tactics and a lot of backtracking once you're already invested in the process. The only positive was the vehicle price itself and even that came with strings attached. For transparency, the team I worked with: * Sales: Moe / Mohammed * Finance: Raymond * Sales Manager: Nav This started with a listing for a used 2026 vehicle advertised at 2,176 miles for $32,576. On paper, it looked like a great deal, so I came in for a test drive. The moment I turned the car on, the odometer read 3,900 miles, a nearly 1,800-mile discrepancy. When I asked about it, I was told it was due to "test drives and moving the car around the lot." After checking Edmunds, the vehicle had been on the lot for 11 days. Driving nearly 1,800 miles in that timeframe is not believable. I asked for a price adjustment and was told the best they could do was a detail and a full tank of gas. Moe did remove a nearly $2,000 Spartan retrieval fee that was supposedly "standard," which only raises more questions. I walked away for the day. The next morning, Moe said he'd tried everything with management but the price was firm. He mentioned he could help me out with maintenance instead. When I came back, that "help" turned out to be maintenance packages offered at cost, still something I had to pay for. I declined. After consulting a friend who's a district manager at Lexus, I agreed the price was still fair for the mileage and proceeded, with the understanding that all add-ons were removed and I'd receive a full tank of gas and a detail. During financing, the payment initially didn't work, so I left. Later, I was told they found a solution, by increasing my APR by 0.1% and extending the loan to 72 months. I planned to refinance anyway, so I moved forward. Paperwork was signed, and after about an hour, I was handed the keys. We take a photo, I get in the car... and the gas tank is half full. When I asked why, Moe said his manager wouldn't approve filling it. Nav then came out and told me they don't even fill used vehicles, and that the half tank was a "courtesy." Apparently, I should just be happy with the price. After going back and forth, Nav finally agreed to a free detail at a later date. At that point, I was done arguing and just wanted to leave. Based on how this transaction went, I have very little confidence they'll actually honor that promise, but I'll update this review if they do. Bottom line: Kia Dublin lists aggressive prices, but don't expect transparency, consistency, or follow-through. Promises change depending on who you're talking to, and everything seems to require pushing back. Constantly. Proceed with caution. Picture of odometer is after driving back from Dublin to my apartment in Fremont, to the gym 2 miles away and back home.

Nick who worked with Khalil and gave me a brutally honest yet best help I have had almost ever at a dealership and then JR who worked on some great deals on extra coverages. My recent experience purchasing a 2022 Mazda CX-5 has been marked by deceptive financial practices, aggressive personnel, and severe administrative negligence that is still ongoing. The initial sales process with sales team "Ari" and "Frank" was disorganized; neither possessed basic knowledge of the vehicle, though they repeatedly assured me the advertised internet price would be honored. However, upon entering the finance office, (who happens to be the finance manager/title clerk all in one)Amir attempted to covertly add a $100 monthly markup to the agreed-upon payment. When I caught the discrepancy and held my ground, his demeanor shifted entirely. He became visibly aggressive, hostile, and openly disrespectful in front of my family. The financing process itself was highly irregular and deeply concerning. I was originally promised a 7% interest rate by the sales team, but Amir later claimed they were "misinformed" and that my approved rate was actually 8.5%. Bizarrely, he refused to disclose which financial institution had offered the lower 7% rate. After four days of persistent follow-up, I discovered the 7% offer was through Upgrade Inc. Upon requesting my complete funding packet, I found that my signature had been explicitly forged on a credit union membership and authorization form--an account I never consented to open. The post-sale support has been equally unacceptable. The vehicle was handed over barely cleaned or serviced. More critically, it has now been nearly 90 days since the purchase. My temporary license plates expire on October 10th, and my auto lender issued them a formal warning because they failed to transfer the title within the legally required 30-day window, but have received no response. When I called to seek a resolution for these urgent title issues, finance staff member JR stated the delay was "not his problem" and hung up the phone. When I called back on October 7th, Finance Manager Amir casually blamed the 90-day delay on a "DMV hiccup." He provided no proof that the paperwork was actually submitted, and unbelievably, told me it was my responsibility to go to the DMV myself to obtain a temporary tag extension, completely washing his hands of their administrative failure. Purchasing a vehicle should not involve forged financial documents, hostile staff, or the liability of driving on expired tags due to a dealership's failure to file standard paperwork. I have filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am escalating this matter to the California DMV Investigations Division if Amir has mislead me again and nothing has been filed. I highly recommend taking your business and your money to a more reputable organization.

A special thank you to Zahid Sharif, Sales Manager, and Anand Patel, Finance Manager, for making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable. I first visited Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton on a Sunday morning just to take a test drive. I wasn't even sure what vehicle I wanted to lease -- I was simply looking around and happened to stop by the dealership. Within five minutes of my arrival, Zahid had the GLA 250 ready for me. He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. During the test drive, he patiently explained the different driving modes and features -- Sport mode, Comfort mode, and many of the vehicle's functions. He explained everything in such a clear and practical way that by the end of the test drive, I had a very comfortable understanding of the vehicle and its features. After the test drive, I told Zahid that I was still looking around and would get back to him. Without any pressure whatsoever, he simply smiled and said something along the lines of, "Of course, John. Take your time, look around, and please reach out to me if you need any further assistance or if you decide to lease from Pleasanton Benz." That really stood out to me. There was absolutely no pressure or aggressive sales approach. I visited a couple of other dealerships around the Bay Area, but nothing worked out. The following Sunday, I reached back out to Zahid, and I met him at the dealership the next Monday. Once again, I was greeted with the same big smile and warm welcome: "Welcome back. Let's help you get a vehicle today." We discussed the numbers. Zahid gave me a quote, and I gave him the price I had in mind and told him that was my bottom line. He asked, "What's in your mind, John?" He took my number back to his team, and within about 15-30 minutes, we shook hands and had a deal. I have leased three vehicles over the past 15 years, and this was by far the smoothest, most peaceful, and pleasant lease negotiation I've ever experienced. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth, no pressure, and no uncomfortable sales tactics. After we finalized the deal, Zahid surprised me by saying that, as a thank you, he was offering me the RoadVantage Dealer Program free for a year. I was genuinely happy and appreciated the gesture. Then came the lease signing, where Anand Patel, Finance Manager, helped me with all the paperwork. Anand was equally friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He also offered me another great maintenance option that I honestly couldn't believe was available. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the finance portion just as comfortable as the sales process. I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was exceptional enough that I wanted to take the time to share it. Zahid Sharif and Anand Patel -- thank you both sincerely for making my Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 lease experience so enjoyable. Your professionalism, honesty, patience, and genuinely friendly approach made all the difference. If you're considering a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend visiting Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton and asking for Zahid and Anand. They treated me with respect from beginning to end, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Zahid and Anand!
