You can see in one of the pictures that I posted that it definitely shows the contrast with the outer crust of the chicken versus the inside. If you're going to fry chicken, you got to fry chicken right because you can really tell if the oil is bad or if it's been left in there too long. That's my only gripe with the food but I still would go back and try the burger because it's probably harder to mess up a burger than it is to mess up a battered chicken sandwich.
