Stay away! The worst dry cleaning experience ever! Not only do they return clothes with wrinkles (even cat hair once -- not mine), but the owner is horrendous. The owner is arrogant, and will not replace any items that were damaged during cleaning. Example -- the recently ruined the gold buttons on a very expensive dress. They truly pulverized these buttons. The dress was ruined -- b/c there were many buttons around the collar. When I asked the owner for reimbursement, he laughed and said, " No way. Take me to small claims court, I dare you. I have a huge business and your filing will not even put a dent in it." He said that the dress should have been labeled , "Do Not Dry Clean" and that it was the manufacturers problem, not his. When I pleaded with him, saying that I have been a good customer for 2 mos, he laughed in my face and told me to get out. Literally, one of the worst customer service experiences ever :( Take my advice -- spend the extra $1 or $2 per item, and go to a more reputable place. When the cleaners ruin one of your nice items, you will thank yourself. In the end, this place will be more expensive for you, not cheap -- promise, take it from me and please stay away!! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS PLACE!!! They lost the jacket of a suit and have refused to replace it. In fact, the manager LAUGHED about it. He refused to give me a claim form or even the insurance information. He told me to return 30 days after the drop-off date. What a liar and run-around! I've been using this dry cleaner for years. Generally I dry clean sweaters, skirts and pants. They've been okay in the past, although when I point out stains during drop off, the stains are still there when I pick them up, but I figured they could be stubborn stains. I recently dropped off a silk top and cotton shirt. They both returned very wrinkled. When I ask them to re-press the shirt and blouse they took it back, but the second time I came back, it looked EXACTLY the same. Then, they promised to give it back to me the next day. Upon the third pick up of the same garments, they still looked as wrinkled as the first time I went to pick up the items. They have finally lost me as a client. read more

O stars, the lady is so rude, arrogant and most of Spanish staff do not speak English Never come back. I am pretty sure they did not clean my jacket until I open the plastic cover and pointed it to her, He is is a total a liar, they should close the business, customer services was so bad, and impolite. She should return my money if they could not clean the water stained on my jacket, 1st she said water is the hardest stain to remove, but we will try our very best to remove it, when I returned to pick up my jacket, she failed to inform me that they could not cleaned/removed the stained until I open the plastic cover and showed it to her, then she started telling me that It was blood stained, she had no idea what was the stain. she said the tech told her, there is no way that was the blood stained on my jacket, I said I asked her to return my money, she refused. She said : do you want me to make a hole in your jacket, is she crazy not what. I urge other people do not come here please and by the way they asked for cash only before now they started taking visa and master cards. read more

This cleaning company lost 7 of my dress shirts and say they can do nothing without me providing the "original receipts." Really? Original receipt on a $79 dollar shirt. They told me their insurance company was Zurich. I called them up and no policy for the company or owner Phillip Yun exist. I'm now submitting suit in VA Small Claims Court, ridiculous. There was another lady in before me complaining that she too is missing a garment. The $2 item price isn't worth them losing it. Pay a few cents more, go elsewhere. read more

The worst service. Will never go back. Lost clothes, damaged clothes; dropped off dirty clothes but when picked up after supposedly having been dry cleaned, they were still dirty and wrinkly. Recently, the "dry cleaned" clothes have lacked the dry cleaning solvents odor, are dirty and wrinkly, which begs the question whether they were ever dry cleaned. On two occasions, when complained of damage because of failing to follow the garment care instructions, was told they aren't responsible. How do they manage to stay in business with such service and practices? read more

This dry cleaner is horrible!!! They lost my suit and it took months before they would refund my money. The owner Phillip Yun was a total jerk and would lie to me over the phone that he wasn't there. He tried to blow this whole issue off, thinking that I would drop it. After 4 months, he gave me the line that he can only refund me 60% of the suit (after keeping the jacket, which he wouldn't return to me). It was a freakin debacle and NOT ONCE did this rude man ever apologize for the inconvenience of losing my expensive suit. His tactic is to blow you off for several months telling you he will get his insurance to cover the loss. He probably files for the 100% refund through his insurance and pockets 40%, giving you 60%. Terrible customer service and I would never use them again. read more

I will NEVER go here again. I took in ALL my winter wools last March before storing them for the summer, and at least 15 sweaters, skirts and blazers shrunk and are now unwearable. I am devastated. One dress looked like a doll's outfit. Initially, I felt like I got what I deserved at $2 an item. But last night, I discovered that a friend from my church had the same thing happen to her couch slip covers. In her case and mine, the proprietors claimed this had never happened before. Obviously, they are doing something very wrong. Strongly recommend that you don't use this dry cleaners for anything other than cotton shirts. read more

This place is cheap, but be careful, you get what you pay for. I took a King sized comforter to be washed. First they told me it would take 10 days. After 10 days I went back and they couldn't find my comforter. After 30 minutes of looking someone found it in a back room hidden from the rest of comforters. When I inspected it I realized they used some kind of chemicals and my yellow comforter looked like someone poured bleach or acid on it and it was colorless and stained. They knew what they had done and hid it. Instead of taking responsibility they asked me to prove that my comforter was yellow. I was applauded because it was obvious by the stains and bleached wash looking damage that they had ruined it. They were irresponsible and should NOT be in the laundry/dry cleaning business. They did not apologize or offered to pay for the damage. I will NEVER use them again and neither should you. They are the WORST! read more
