The service was excellent from start to finish. My clothes came back looking great, turnaround time was totally reasonable, and everything was handled with care. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, a great value for the quality. It's always a win when you find a local business you can trust, and this place definitely fits the bill. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need a dependable dry cleaner.

Unfortunately, I came back a couple days later to pick up my jacket and it was just as if I gave it to them. It's still dirty and I'm not even sure what they did to it, but it looks no different. I do not have a before picture but attached it the after pick. And $35 for a clean, at least have it be better than the drop off.

I was so delighted to find Perfectly Pressed for three reasons:…read more 1. Pick up and Delivery! I receive a text message the evening before to remind me to put my clothes out by a specified time. 2. The communication with the owner is incredibly prompt and reliable. I care A LOT about my clothes- and I have always been able to call Perfectly Pressed with any questions or concerns about alterations, concerns with certain fabrics and repairs. Communication is key. 3. The ethos upheld by the owner- I feel like Mr. Rami cares about my clothing as much as I do, and I trust that my clothing is in very good hands- and I am very discerning when it comes to communication, professionalism and knowledge about how to handle high maintenance people like myself- I admit it- In these times, I think having pickup and delivery for dry cleaning is a luxury- the price points are fair, and you never end up talking with a robot. You won't be disappointed.

Happily, there is Perfectly Pressed. I came across this company just two years ago, and what a difference it's made in my life. The work, as the name suggests, is always perfect. And the owner, Rami, is completely professional and responsive. I use this company for linens as well as clothing, and love the fact that everything comes back beautifully folded or hung. I also love the billing process, which is very professional, complete with weekly receipts and monthly statements. Thank you, Rami, for making my life so easy!

The anarkali is immaculate so that I can wear it for future occasions, and my gown is neatly preserved in the provided "Bridal Chest" box. For gown preservation, the staff will begin work on the gown (I had a veil as well), then contact you to assess how it looks before packaging for preservation. My gown was rumpled in the back of my car for nearly a year before I made the time to find a preservation service and take it in, so I have a lot of faith and confidence that the staff here can make miracles happen, especially if you are more timely than I was. AVOID!!!! This company came with (old) rave reviews from my neighbors. Times have changed, staff…read morehas changed. Moths invaded, and I had to clean my 5 year old wool drapes (around 2k). Painful- cleaning wasn't needed- but I had to get rid of the moths. I paid to have them taken down, cleaned, and reinstalled. When reinstalled several panels had a hem missing. Installer apologized and took them back. I was unexpected charged for hemming, based on legal language "if due to age or humidity,..." blah blah. Not my case. New drapes, perfect conditions. I was not advised, just charged- when I challenged over email response was curt and said they weren't charging me for uninstall reinstall (despite the fact the new staff missed the hem failure- never mind cleaning undid the hem). 3 days ago I get a $350 charge for taking down and reinstalling drapes- for their mistake, written language saying I would not be charged, no advance warning of charge. No response to my email. In addition, the hem is not good- drapes are now dragging on the floor and shrinkage of wool fabric has caused this weird pinching on the bottom. The only bright spot was the guy who installed and took down the drapes. He is a superstar, but set to retire.... so I would expect further decline in customer satisfaction. Please.... find anywhere more honest, with better customer service and communication.

Save your money and go to SK Cleaners across the street. I went here to have drapery dry cleaned…read more We were called early that the drapery had been damaged in the process, but was not very noticeable. We spent over $1,000 here, and the best they could offer was $35 off both of the damaged drapery, which cost $140 each. I was not aware of how low the discount was until after speaking with them. We were told that because of the age and sun damage it caused the tearing. The one area where the seam is damaged does not even face the window, so saying that was the issue is not true. Since we signed a waiver that they make every customer sign before, we are fully responsible for the damage. I understand, but to give us that small a discount is a joke for the amount of business we gave them. When we received the drapery and installed it again, the damage is very noticeable. Now I have to find somewhere to repair the drapery since they did not even offer to fix it. For the price, this place is a joke! I have gone across the street many times and never had an issue for a fraction of the price. I will never return here and make sure anyone I know never goes as well. Update: Found a place to repair. It is over $700 to repair, and they noted that the drapery did not look very clean either. We are now paying to clean again and repair because this dry cleaner SUCKS!
