My gown was rumpled in the back of my car for nearly a year before I made the time to find a preservation service and take it in, so I have a lot of faith and confidence that the staff here can make miracles happen, especially if you are more timely than I was. There was no effort made to address the damage done to an expensive garment or provide any form of customer support. The tailoring itself is one issue, but the complete lack of professionalism and accountability is what made this experience especially unacceptable.
