I am not kidding, this is my "big bouncy curly blowout" five minutes after I left. No curl at all. What did I just pay $80 for. I should have listened to the reviews I saw here before, never going back.

Superb blow out in 1 hour!

In and out with a perfect blowout and a complimentary drink in less than an hour, couldn't ask for a better lunch break! My hair dresser, Hair Mo (yes that's her name!), washed my hair in such a relaxing way that it felt like a massage! She did a stupendous job blowing out my long thick hair in 45 min and texturizing my hair. I received many compliments on my hair when I got back to the office. The best part? Complimentary glass of wine or champagne, the Rose was pretty good! Service was great, will be back! My hair stylist even offered me another glass, which I sadly declined. Note - They don't cut hair at this location and make sure to brush out your hair and no tangles (Hair Mo made me quickly brush them out!). Looking forward to coming back, great quick spot for the perfect blowout! My professional head shot looked amazing!

The customer service I experienced today was unmatched. I appreciate the laughter, communication, and environment. The area manager, Antonisha(I hope I have her name right) set the tone for a beautiful environment. I had a good experience all the way from the woman who booked my appointment to the stylist who completed my hair to the guy who checked me out at the register with a smile and great vibe! Definitely coming back. Thank you Antonisha, Tracey, Princess, Jasmine, and I apologize but I don't remember the name of the guy who checked me out at the register. Have a great weekend you all!

The girl styling this hair didn't know how to use a curling iron..... was going in the wrong direction

This was the worst experience I've ever had. Myself and two friends were in town for a wedding, booked three dry bar appointments for wash and blowout. We tried to call saying we were running five minutes late, no answer. We arrive and they immediately were on the defense saying we were late so they now only had time for dry styling... we were going to a wedding and all had dirty/greasy hair, spent a few minutes trying to ask them if they could wash and start blowout given we all knew our own hair and none of us have super long or thick hair, all easy styling wise! They kept arguing with us, meanwhile they had multiple staff members not working. They were far from accommodating, they were rude at the front desk and even when styling our hair had some rude comments and bad vibes. We all ended up redoing our hair when we got back to hotel so it was a waste of time money and energy! They didn't even try to work with us... worst part was, 2/3 of our dry styles were done in LESS THAN fifteen minutes total....... So they absolutely would've had the time to wash and style at that point AND no one was waiting for an appointment after us despite them saying they were too busy, it was empty. Absolutely wish we got our money back for the entire experience and I almost never write bad reviews for anything. They should be closed down.

Inconsistent curls, some tight, some loose, some still straight at the end.

After day two my hair still looks very straight and sleek, after a weekend of rain and humidity which causes major frizz.

Holy. Sh-t. !!!!!!…read more I can't find enough superlatives to describe Enders and the Burrow team. Enders (in collaboration with Ryan) fixed my hot hot HOT mess of a "balayage" (for which I paid $$$$) basically on the fly, in a fraction of the time, at a small fraction of the cost. Jarrell at the front desk is amazing. More adjectives: cool, high-energy, positive, perfectionistic, artistic, welcoming, amazing playlist. Best salon by far in my 8 years in DC!! My only regret is not finding them sooner.

This was supposed to be a quick bang trim that turned into the worst haircut experience of my life…read more I went in for a trim and the stylist who cut my hair, Jen, made me extremely uncomfortable from the moment I sat down. First, I asked where I could put my bag down and she insisted it didn't matter and this would be quick and then was trying explaining how I wanted my bangs trimmed bc I want to grow them out and she was very dismissive about it and told me to relax and again, insisted that this would just be a super quick bang trim. I went to take my cardigan off bc I had waited around for a while and it got hot, and she said "whoa I didn't know you were going to get undressed." Generally, I felt rushed and thought that comment was weird but I tried to move past it, maybe she just a different sense of humor that's not for me but I don't really care, I just need a service done well, especially since I had to go to a wedding in 48 hours. But the part that bothered me the most was when she put the black cover around my neck, I went to move my hair from being caught under the black robe bc it feels uncomfortable for me, She literally said, word for word, "ma'am I need you to calm down. jeez people in this city are something else." I didn't know where she is from or what she thinks about people who live in this city but it is obviously very negative and was projected onto me. For context, my stylist was a white woman and I am a POC. FYI: People actually do have anxiety disorders and may need folks to be somewhat decent and welcoming in order to feel relaxed and not rushed in and out... I wouldn't have even cared about any of this if the haircut was good, but when I went home and brushed my hair properly it was literally cut at an awful uneven angle and Maybe they are nice if you're paying hundreds for a cut or color but they are not nice to folks going in for quick touch up services and apparently people in DC are "something else" so they already have preconceived notions about some of us I guess.

This is the MOST PROFESSIONAL Beauty Salon in Washington DC. They handle all hair types and they…read moreeven have a Color Bar. The ladies here do a wonderful job with hair care. They have excellent customer service and they cater to their customers' needs. Overall, they keep a really good time schedule and they make sure that you're in and out in a certain amount of time that they tell you as the estimate. I do also appreciate that they respect their customers time by doing this. I love that they have a point of sales system where you can pay by tap and that they don't really handle any cash, which is a good sign. Overall, this is the best hair salon in DC that I'm aware of. I trust them doing my hair, my daughter's hair, and I have referred people to come here. Thank you ladies!

New month, new business to support…read more This place is one of a kind, a gem which deserves to shine. The staff was friendly and my services were booked in no time. Very clean establishment They offer coffee, tea, or water to guests Festive decor with some halloween candy at the front desk lol how cute! My services were done by Sonya and I'll say this, you need to book a trichologist! If you're suffering from hair loss, hair damages, dermatitis, and scalp issues, book someone certified to not just style your hair but customize the right care for your hair. Sonya did just that and she was sweet, understanding, not scornful of my hair condition, and really made a dull hair shine again. As someone battling dermatitis, I booked a cut, moisture hydration treatment, and scalp exfoliating detox masks and honey...this service was just what I needed. Sonya carefully explained everything to me from things do refrain from if my scalp became flared and how to manage it in between. I'm so relieved to have found her because my hair was missing this level of care and support. I'm scheduled to return soon and cannot wait to continue this journey to healthy hair with a dynamic stylist. Book the appointment and if you need special attention to the state of your hair, book Sonya-you won't regret it.
