Good service until today. I took in 7 shirts Saturday and picked them up today. 1 of them was in its own blast bag on a hangar. The other 6 were stuffed into another plastic bag on hangars so tight that I will now have to steam out the wrinkles caused by that myself. Gone from good to horrible. Not sure I'll be back. I have used this dry cleaners for years. I have referred friends, coworkers and family to this dry cleaners but after today I will never go back! The young lady working the front and completely ignoring me as the first car waiting. Some repair service working on their door so I jumped out to go in because no one came out and two more cars pulled in behind me. She walks right by me and said nothing and then goes and helps the other two cars in line. After waiting and asking her why I was skipped she said "what's your problem" as she spoke the entire time rolling her eyes at me. Then she decided to speak to her coworker, who just walked up from the back asking what was going on. I tried to start speaking and the same girl cut me off and started telling her coworker in Spanish, so I called her out and let he know I understand Spanish!! So the names you just called me I understood! Hope they enjoy the $1k a month they will now lose! They truly don't even deserve one star! read more

Let me explain the three stars: if you a guy who has no spots on his clothes, this is a fantastic place. Solid five stars. They do an excellent job on my Manchild's business shirts and pants that have no stains. They are friendly and easily the cheapest around. If you are a chick, sorry, they will charge you more for the exact same type of shirt and if you have any spots, they won't redo. They'll say they do but I've never had them actually redo anything. They just stick a tag that says "Sorry. We will keep your money but we won't clean it." I drop off here once a week and point out any stains, making sure to put stickers wherever needed. I always have at least one redo. They have never actually gotten a redo right. Three times now I've taken the messed up garments to Q cleaners on Eldorado and they've cleaned them perfectly fine. So that's how I know this is just plain laziness. Q Cleaners is awesome but so freaking expensive! They are more than double on most items, so that's why I almost never go. So between the one star for my stuff snd the five for his, I think 3 is pretty fair. read more

Ruined my dress! Took in a red dress with white collar and cuffs to have it dry cleaned so it would turn pink! Guess what they turned it pink, and when I asked them to fix it they said ok. Cool fair enough, but then I hear nothing so I call to see if the dress is ready to pick up. Yes you can come get it. They did nothing to fix it! It's still pink and I was told "these things happen" here's the owners number you can text her. No response! I understand things happen but as a business it's your responsibility to make it right. Update: the owners reached out after 2 weeks of waiting and told me they would not fix the dress and that leaving a negative review was a threat. read more

My husband is in law enforcement and needs his uniforms dry cleaned. He started using this business and explained to them about where to put the creases in his uniforms. The first time he received them back the creases were there, but were crooked and it didn't seem like they cleaned them. The next time creases crooked. I asked him why he keeps going there and he said it's the price. The last and final time his uniforms came back with stains that were not there when he dropped them off! Deep, white, terrible stains. WTF! How does that happen? You go to a dry cleaner and your clothes come back dirtier than when they were dropped off. I would never, ever give them any more business. They aren't cleaning anything- this place is ridiculous! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! My husband dropped two custom made comforters off at this place, and I went to pick them up. They handed me my first comforter and asked me the colors of the second. I replied with the colors and commented that the pattern is the exact same as the first one, but color scheme is different. I went in to see if I could help locate on the shelf and spotted it immediately. They told me it was tagged for someone else, and not mine. I told them this is 100% mine, it must be miss marked. It's costume made, only one in existence, and start trying to show them markers I have for the material on the comforters (such as material and brand of the fabric used, plus the logo of the person I commissioned to make them.) They said "yeah but we still have to check to make sure it's yours." I tell them I have the matching shams at home I can bring. They tell me that isn't necessary, they are going to review the cameras for that day. They then go review the cameras and tell me that they say another lady bring in this exact comforter so it can't be mine. I gave them the date we dropped off and asked them to look at the cameras for my husband dropping them off. I never heard a response on them checking the date for my husband, just that they need to CALL THE OTHER CLIENT to check to see if this is my comforter. At this point, I've been here for 30 minutes trying to figure out what more is needed to prove this is mine, so I leave to get the pillow shams. I go get the matching pillow shams from home to show them. They let me know that they aren't accusing me of lying but that since it's marked differently they have to make sure the other client and I don't have the same comforter. I let them know once again these are costume made, one of a kind, there may be similar colors but this is mine. They also should check the cameras for the date my husband dropped off. One of the other customers remarked how my pillow shams look just like the comforter, which I remark "yes, because I own the ONLY set." At this point, I'm going back and forth with me for almost an hour about how they do not see me dropping off the comforter (again, explaining that my husband dropped them off and to check the cameras) and that some other customer did, so they need to check to see if she has mine. At this point I'm so puzzled and ask, "how would you release mine to another client if it was tagged under my name? Do you have a habit of doing that, or did maybe the other client point out that you tagged these wrong, and you never fixed it?" Finally, they handed me my comforter and said they just had to be sure. No apology for them tagging it wrong, no explanation as to why they can check one date on the camera but not the other. I wouldn't complain but this isn't the first time they have lost things, ruined clothes, or mislabeled things. They once ruined a designer jacket I had for 14 years because they didn't follow the care instructions. I've had this jacket dry cleaned many times and never had a problem. They still made me pay for the cleaning before they released the jacket back to me as well. Just shoddy business. What I really disliked was being accused of being a liar when they reviewed the cameras, but they refused to check on the date my husband dropped off, instead making me have to argue with them and go product the matching article to show I'm not a liar trying to get a free comforter. The place is a joke. Previously I took my tie in to get it patched up on that back. I don't wear ties that often so after I got it back( made the mistake of not checking) it went into my closet then a few months later went to go wear it and found out they charged me and even put a tag on it without doing anything. I finally get the chance to go take it back and first they try to charge me again, then the manager says they take take 1/2 off to correctly patch the tie up like I was charged FULL price to do previously. The manager ensures me that she always checks every item that they get back.. when they clearly management is at a low standard. Then she tries to make up a rule that anything past 30 days isn't on them, pointing to the window (where it only references items that are left at the cleaner more than 30 days????) I've been going here for a couple years but I'm done. They should invest in a young adult who's looking to prove themselves rather than a manager who makes up rules as she goes and says that "9:30 is too early to call the owner" get outta here read more

I had been taking my clothes to this location for over four years. It's a convenient location that has drive-through service, which is nice. As a business professional, I am dry-cleaning / laundering once a week. For the first 2-3 years, I experienced small incidents like burning buttons, but no big deal. Over the last 6-9 months, the quality of work has deteriorated. Misplaced collar buttons, melted buttons, and collars ironed in wrong place. They generally took the initiative to replace the buttons but recently sewed them on in the wrong place, creating bunching. They agreed to fix that mishap, but damaged another shirt entirely making it unwearable. As someone who has spent hundreds, if not thousands over the years at this dry cleaner, I really expected them to do the right thing. Customer loyalty should be important for any business. BOTTOM LINE: There are better dry-cleaners out there. Spend a few more bucks and have the work done right. I have moved to another dry cleaner in McKinney. read more

I never have any issues with this dry cleaner. I have been using them for almost 6 months now and all of my laundry comes back as expected at a reasonable price. I have used this company for about 10 years without any problems, until now. I took a winter coat in to be cleaned and when I picked it up I found they had stolen the rather unique original zipper pulls (two of them) and replaced them with cheaper pulls that don't even match each other. The sad part is they adamantly refuse to cooperate, negotiate or even admit there is an issue. They just keep saying "we didn't do that". I recommend NOT taking any special items to this business. Plain shirts and pants are OK. But don't leave anything with them of value or that cannot be easily replaced. read more

I had high hopes that this place could redeem itself but alas, it did not. 1st visit: picked up clothes and put them in closet without checking them. When I finally did move from the back closet rack to my active rack for wearing, I discovered that they were stinky - as in, not cleaned. I took them back and complained. 2nd visit: After complaining a bit, the manager said he'd re-clean (they were not cleaned properly to begin with, but okay), but next time bring them back within I think 10 days or else he won't do it again. Picked up the clothes...immediately checked, and all but 1 of the garments had lost their odor. I decided to chalk the one garment up as a loss. 3rd visit: Hubster missed my memo that this place was a no-go...he took another small batch to them for cleaning. He picked them up and checked them...only to discover that they were still stinky. 4th visit: Hubster returned items (within the allotted window) for re-cleaning (moot point to even insert a joke here)...picked up and checked...only to find that one of the blazers still had BO. 5th visit: I'm hoping they get this last garment right. It's always something to go wrong; they didn't finish your clothes because a machine broke, or you can't pick them up because the computer is down, or the conveyor is broken, or they don't have power, or whatever. The staff try to be helpful and friendly, but the owners clearly have no comprehension how to run a simple service oriented business. You should know if they ruin your clothes, they will not admit it. They give you the run-around that the manager isn't there, take your name and number, but never call you back. I call everyday with no conclusion. She also showed me the small print on back of the receipt that says they will only reimburse up to 10x price of dry cleaning. That doesn't cut it on a $60 sweater that they laundered instead of dry cleaned. read more
