I love the family vibes and authentic feel of The Drycleaners. I had a big event and needed a suit tailored in like less than 3-4 days and before a major holiday. The suit ran big and was long/boxy. When I tell you, the tailor took my measurements quickly and efficiently and got work. Now, I paid a pretty price BUT I know I paid for her dedicated service, expertise, and her time because she is an absolute pro! I picked my suit up on time, and with no issues. I loved the outcome and took this experience as a time to enjoy my first custom suit that I will use for events in the future. Thank you!

They weren't very forward thinking about what do do when massive inflation walloped the country after electing Biden. Now the store is 175, but services cost more than $1.75. For folks on here that didn't give five stars: 1. They are super cheap. Don't expect them to roll our a red carpet and throw rose petals when you walk in. 2. Quality. All dry cleaners use same equipment and chemicals. If you say "they ruined my ....." its probably because you didn't read the tag to care for your item. More simply - if you bring them something to clean, they will clean it. Don't expect them to be fabric consultants! My expectation is if I say "clean this", then they will.

Desire your dry cleaning to smell like body odor? Go to Fair Center Cleaners in Fair Lakes Shopping…read moreCenter! I return a dry-cleaned suit jacket because the arm pits still smelled after Fair Center Cleaners' initial service. I specifically explained this a re-clean because they didn't clean it effectively the first time. Upon picking up the jacket the second time, the same smell exists and is easily detected by waving the jacket around. The staff claim they can't smell any body odor. I was absolutely appalled 1) that they claimed they couldn't smell it and 2) they refused to return the paid amount $8.50. Why would I bother to give them a third chance to 'clean' it again. I explained I have been coming here for a number of years (mostly laundry not dry-cleaning) and asked why they are they lying, not providing a cleaned product, and do they not care about retaining customers. The owner said, 'We don't need your business.' Well there you have it folks, consider finding a dry cleaner that actually needs customers instead of taking money for continued failed service.
