My guest really enjoyed their Eggs Benedict, and they were delighted that the staff even accommodated a special request to cut their food into bite sized pieces, due to a physical disability. When the cut up eggs Benedict was served, it looked clean, planned, and professional. The kitchen's pride in presentation was clear to see, even when accommodating a special request.
