My table next to the table they were stacking chairs on. Ziploc bagged food a broom cause they wanted to sweep around me
    Amaya L.

Restaurant smelled . Menus do not correlate from online to location neither does the on site menu correlate to what they have in their kitchen . Workers were dismissive . Wasn't greeted when I walked into the establishment . Alcohol selections taste like a pre mixed cocktail . They were syrupy and tasted like rubbing alcohol not a regular cocktail . Food came out in a ziplock bag . Sauce was extremely sweet and overly seasoned . To make matters worse .... While I was eating at 10:20 pm they started stacking chairs and cleaning around me when the location closed at 11pm . When confronted they laughed in my face and made excuses . Nobody wore any type of clothing depicting who worked there or not so I wasn't sure if I was being confronted by a parent a manager or friends when 5/6 ladies came from the back to "see what was happening" who knows but I definitely did not feel safe . Oh not to mention 2 Latino tables were sitting around finishing their food without an issue and they just so happened to need to start stacking chairs around me as soon as they left. YOU KNOW YOU ALL PROFILED ME !!!! Anyways If you got to the bottom of this review please take your money to a small business that appreciates ALL BUSINESS .

Food was great the service was even better the building was average but the prices were outrageous make sir you ask the price before your order a bill for 2 people $241 was crazy!!! They are charging $40 a pound for snow crab!!

I LOVE DRUNKEN CRAB. Their sauce on their boils is just seriously supreme. The sampler for 41$ seems like a really good deal to me for the market prices in the area currently. Service is good. Fun atmosphere suited for drinking with friends and eating seafood. I will say, I'd stick with beer here. We ordered 10 shots of their "house" tequila for my table and couldn't figure out why we didn't get drunk. Then got the bill and realized they were like 1.25 a piece. Soooo it's not liquor. Lol. It's wine. No complaints anyways because it's still fun and their beer is affordable but don't go wanting to take shots because it's fake. All in all it's a really laid back place to eat a delicious boil.

Wish I had a better picture for y'all, but this will have to do a hole in the wall type place, but if you want good, flavorful, spicy seafood boil, this is the place to go if you're around the area. You definitely get your money's worth! Only thing I didn't enjoy was the Bloody Mary I ordered. Didn't taste like a Bloody Mary at all. Other than that, I'd recommend!

Crab legs taste pretty good but very overpriced for the amount of food received. If you want to pay $60 for a "lb" this is your place.

You can actually enter through the next door Stockyards Hotel lobby; just walk into the lobby and go to the left, walk towards the back and enter through the double doors. I really enjoyed my lunch sitting on a tooled leather stool at the bar by myself, and they even have real saddles if you want to sit on one of those. The server/bartender was so nice and she was very patient with me as it was my first time ordering here. I had the ribs plate which was fantastic with a corn cob and french fries. They feature a local craft beer called "Buffalo Butt Beer" which is why behind the bar there's a giant stuffed rear end of a buffalo. The server explained this to me. I think it must get crowded in here, but I didn't have a problem getting a spot to eat at the bar on a busy Sunday right after the rodeo. But you probably should make a reservation if you want a table. Don't miss the special metal sink near the restrooms at the back that is just for washing your hands after eating ribs! I highly recommend this place as the Stockyards Hotel itself where the restaurant and bar is located is a historic building and is actually the hotel where the outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow stayed in 1934. And as it looks like this saloon has been around for around 100 years, maybe Bonnie and Clyde had a drink at this bar as well.

I have no problem having fun behind the bar and even trying to get as big of a tip as I can. When we were there our bartender was working really hard to get these business men to tip her and her fellow bartender really big. Being in the business I listened. She suggested to them that they tip her 100%, I believe their bill was $435. I saw they laid out $100 cash for the tip. In my world a pretty decent tip. The bartender went on and on that they should give her a bigger tip. She reduced her demands to $200 for herself and $100 for the other bartender. I believe she ended up with $100 cash. Like I said I don't mind a little bit of fun, however after 30 plus minutes it just became obnoxious. I don't want to feel like I'm in a strip club with girls trying to hustle tips!

The cesar salad was overly drenched in dressing, the dressing is good but it was a just alot. We do appreciate that there are alternative options offered not within the menu we had set, I think someone mentioned there was an alfredo & maybe another fish such as salmon? I can't remember all the reasons why we asked but I know one reason was because they said they could not cater to the individual steak preferences in large groups, made sense in an efficiency way when they explained it. What they didn't tell us after some chose not order steak for that very reason, was that after anyone who ordered steak & cut into it, they could back to cook it longer based on each individual's preference. I'm allergic to shrimp, I ordered the steak with vegetables. I did inform the waiter that I had a shrimp allergy, he was gracious & asked me a few questions to help better address my food preparation. A few minutes later another staff member, maybe a manager, comes in & thanks us for choosing there restaurant. Then he asks who has the allergy & asks the same questions the waiter asked me. It just put me on the spotlight that I (nor several of my coworkers) felt was necessary. It wasn't embarrassing but more annoying seeing how our waiter had been thorough, or come to me one on one just to reconfirm if needed. I felt bad for my coworkers because they now had genuine concern I might be exposed to something since many had shrimp dishes. I will say that I did enjoy the steak & asparagus. Dessert was delicious, a great creme brulee & the cheesecake slices were generous! Also, there were larger amounts of time between when the first person got their salad or soup to when the last person received theirs, same situation with the entrées. In both phases they basically asked who was missing what & then asked what they had. Refills & drinks, the same. Maybe they were short handed but if they were, we wished they would've communicated that so we could anticipate any timing issues. Aside from the allergy thing, the staff tending to us were very polite. Maybe it's more of a training issue higher up because they seemed to be doing their best, but right now it's a miss at this location.

Our group attended for a company dinner and we enjoyed our array of delicious dishes as well as cocktails. Eddie V's is a fine dining experience with business casual dress code required. The interior is polished and elegant with a private room bookable for groups. Now to the food! Appetizers were incredible and I wouldn't mind them being the main course either, especially the calamari. Crispy, fried to perfection with stir fried veggies filled with so much flavor. For the main course, I had the Chilean sea bass. The quality of the seafood here does not disappoint. While Hong Kong styled, it does stray from the original dish stylistically. The traditional element of thinly sliced scallions doused with hot oil as a finishing touch to extract the essence wasn't there but replaced with a bed of micro greens. A little less flavor than expected but delicious nonetheless. Dessert was decadent with the dark chocolate notes mingling well with the fresh berries and ice cream. What stood out even more was the PROFESSIONAL staff. Hands down they were some of the best I've ever encountered in any restaurant experience. They were so attentive to all of us, got all of our orders down without any hiccups, and expertly maneuvered in and out during the company presentation which is definitely a challenge no doubt! Well done Eddie V's!

Also, don't get the hibachi beef, it's mostly stir fried vegetables on top of rice with some tossed salad on half the plate.
