I would not recommend Prime Storage in Danbury. While the facility itself is clean, the constant…read morerate increases are unacceptable. My monthly rent seems to go up every three months, making it nearly impossible to budget for long-term storage. It feels like they lure customers in with one price, only to keep raising it once you've moved in. To make matters worse, they refused to accept my current insurance policy, even though it provided adequate coverage, and instead pushed me to purchase their insurance. It felt more like a sales tactic than a customer-focused policy. If you're looking for a storage facility with transparent pricing and reasonable policies, I would look elsewhere. Frequent rent increases and pressure to buy additional services make this a frustrating place to do business.

I'm never in need of a storage space. But this time I was…read more I decided to shop around online and since I've passed this place a few times I was like, ok, let me check if out! Went online, saw pricing info, reserved my space, and that's it! I ended up emailing and asking to see if I could move in sooner than the reserved date. Donna immediately responded, said to come on in during their working hours and that's what we did! It was so easy. We walked in, she pulled up my reservation. Signed the contract. Was even able to purchase a lock through them. So easy. Unfortunately the unit we got ended up having a little damage from the previous renter that hadn't informed All Storage. After moving our things in, we realized it and immediately informed Donna. Let me TELL you. She immediately jumped on the phone to get her repair man to take care of it right away. It turns out because of the holidays things got a little delayed. She made sure to keep me up to date with everything even when things were delayed. Not only that, she went out of her way to make sure we got taken care of. Donna has been exceptional. She went over, above and beyond with her customer service skills. Obviously I needed to store my things either way. But there's nothing like finding people that care, communicate, are kind and go overboard for you. Especially during these times, kindness goes such a long way. Thank you Donna and All Storage! You all are great!

Mike and Dave gave me a detailed and honest quote prior to the move. Dave came out to look at exactly what is being moved and gave me a price range based upon how much packing I did or didn't do beforehand. Although I thought we'd need a bigger truck, Dave's calculation turned out to be spot on. The crew arrived early, and worked incredibly hard. I've read reviews of other movers on Yelp taking smoke breaks, playing on their phones, and loafing. These guys were all business, and never missed a beat. They were fast, thorough in their packing and transportation, and didn't hesitate to ask questions along the way to may sure everything was going according to plan. I would absolutely hire this company again. The crew works very hard and they work smart without wasting time. No damage to any of my items or either location, and that's despite some VERY tight fits along the way.
