I went in for a live scan. Quick and easy. Conveniently located near my home. Located next to Mary Pickford theater.

The owner personally helped me with a notary issue and was very kind through the process. Great business and wonderful customer service!

Super helpful and the staff was great. I only needed a temp box and fingerprinting. They also have plenty of parking.

Flannery Exchange is not a restaurant, and it shouldn't be approached like one. Yes, there are…read moreplaces to eat, but that's not the point. It's a layered, multi-use space made up of small shops, boutiques, home décor, and curated goods that invite you to wander rather than rush. What makes it stand out, at least for me, is that it feels intentionally designed for the way people actually live and work now. As someone who is constantly looking for places where I can sit down with my laptop and get real work done while in transit, this checks a very specific box. Not just "can I sit here," but can I actually stay, focus, and be productive without feeling out of place. That's rare. They've gone a step further by building out proper workspaces and collaborating with Regus, which gives it a level of legitimacy beyond the typical café-with-WiFi setup. It feels like a place that understands the digital nomad mindset rather than just catering to it on the surface. Then there's the rooftop. Fully serviced, flexible, and surprisingly elevated for Palm Springs. This isn't a city known for vertical spaces, so being up there, looking out while still feeling connected to what's happening below, creates a perspective you don't really get elsewhere in town. It manages to feel both removed and right in the middle of everything at the same time. For Palm Springs, it's genuinely one of a kind.

I was just trying to send some emails and make calls like most digital nomads do, but it was a struggle. Between the blaring, raucous music at what seemed like 95 decibels and the freezing 60-degree indoor temperatures, I found myself unable to focus no matter how many times I politely asked them to adjust the temperature. After repeatedly being brutalized by this uncomfortable environment, I knew I had to find a better space to get my work done. That's when I discovered Hive Coworking. I checked out a few other coworking spaces in the area, but they either had too many restrictions or were priced too high for a day pass. Hive, on the other hand, was a breath of fresh air. It's the first place that's allowed me to actually focus and think without all the unnecessary distractions. Congrats to Hive for not being an obnoxious place and for creating an environment where people can get real work done! Hours: 9AM - 5PM for a Day Pass

You have shared desks and then you have individual desk that are spread throughout the place. It's not big but it's perfect. I'm also on the phone all day and was in the middle where it's the open space. Granted, there was no one around me, but even the office manager at the front and the person renting the table next to her did not have an issue with me being on the phone. There were two of us and it was great! We could slightly hear some people in their private offices on the phone, but it really was not distracting. I would totally come back to this place and highly recommend the hive. Also, it was a five minute drive to grocery stores so it was such a lovely location.

I only left because my personal life circumstances changed resulting in my moving back to North County San Diego so it was time to leave the Temecula office behind. I will miss it, already do. To say Shenna is a phenomenal office manager is an understatement. She goes above and beyond for all clients and for the corporation. She is always accessible, friendly and attentive to anything you need. To keep up that level of service the center has always had phenomenal long term support staff who uphold the high customer satisfaction standard. There has been quite a bit of turnover in staff during my time but that's expected given that I was there five years and not everyone can meet the demands of servicing so many clients on a daily basis. When new support staff is hired who are not up to the task they are replaced. Only excellent, hard working, quick learners are kept on long term. Shenna runs a tight ship. She even went to bat for me with the company in July of 2019 when the corporation, I feel, was a bit too greedy in trying to increase my rent substantially from the previous year. That experience left a sour taste in my mouth where the corporation is concerned but it in no way reflects on the staff in Temecula who don't set the rates. Shenna lobbied on my behalf to get the corporation to compromise on a more reasonable rate increase. She always had my back during my time as a tenant. Again kudos to Shenna and the staff for outstanding service over the past five years I will definitely miss you and hope maybe they send you to their Carlsbad location as that would cement my pending decision to rent office space from Premier Workspaces at that location.

With no urgency, came over and asked for ID which was already on table along with document notary section. Asked me what the document was, I turned to first page, for him, so he could read it and he told me to read it to him. Perplexed I said "you can read, can't you?".....being that I too have been a notary for over 24 years and never once have I ever required a signer to tell me the name of the document! As far as I know, that's not a requirement to notarize. He didn't like my comment and said he would not do the notary for me. All I know is that he must be on a power trip or something and that my opinion of UPS stores in general has been solidified by disappointment. I am acutely aware of the notary requirements in the state of california. I don't need you, to try and "school" me on the do's and dont's and apparently it is crystal clear why your employee is as they are because they must have learned from you. Courtesy and communication are key in doing a notary of which your employee had none. Mask my review with regurgitated notary handbook verbiage all you want. It doesn't make your store or its employees any better than I originally stated.

I simply asked where I needed to sign, and the employee's response was basically that "people who come in need to know what they are signing" and that it was "not my job." Completely rude, unnecessary, and incredibly unprofessional for someone working in customer service -- especially handling legal documents. What made it even worse was the attitude afterward. There were other customers in the lobby, and instead of escalating the situation, I tried to make a point politely by saying, "Thanks for being so friendly." She smirked at me and said "Thanks." When I clarified that I was being sarcastic, she replied "ME TOO." Wow. Just wow. A notary doesn't need to give legal advice, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected. This employee clearly enjoys being confrontational with customers. I left shocked at how disrespectful the interaction was.
