My problem was obviously not transmission, but a completely melted down cable that controlled all the electrical parts of my vehicle which Integrity fixed for $600. Every time I would take my car back into multistate after replacing my transmission, they would say oh it's the cable from the gearshift, then it was the electric switch on the transmission itself. Finally, they admitted it was electrical and sent me to integrity where Matt promptly found the problem and fixed it for $600 and he said it was just a blessing my car didn't catch on fire and me driving it. Did they have to do that? No. Did they have to message me that they found it? No. But they did anyway, and they also finished my timing belt earlier than expected and instead of saying, you have to come and pick up your car or you can't pick it up until Monday. They helped me figure out a situation to where I could still come and get my car even after hours.

I have no doubt that they can do a good job, as seen with these other positive reviews, but in the same manner that they are professionals in this field, I am surprised they did not find anything wrong with the master cylinder, which does have a direct influence on the clutch. Dave mentioned multiple times that his men did not find an issue with the cylinder at the time of inspection, so "technically" they did their jobs. I should point out, that Dave also said that they test driven it by 10 miles. 10 miles and no issues apparently, yet 2 miles of our struggle before the car gave out. I attached 2 new photos showing the odometer. Unless the paper printed on the day I picked up the keys aren't up to date (and if so, why was I given paperwork that's not up to date?) I am hesitant to believe the car was test driven. He managed to drive the car off premises but as he got closer to my apartment, literally 2 miles away, he had stopped because he couldn't change gears anymore. That's right, 2 MILES by 11 PM, my boyfriend and his car remain stuck on the side of the road, parallel parked at some street and praying that he doesn't get towed. I did not pay over $2k just to retrieve a car that's not operating properly. Did anyone even test drive it? You guys had the car from Wednesday till Friday. Called me at 9:30 AM stating it's ready, and I didn't even come till 2 PM to pick it up, giving you guys plenty of time to test drive/check for any errors/tighten any loose ends. Grumpy's has a great rating so brought it here for one. First visit, looked at the damage but would need to get back to me on price bc they wanted to find a better price for me. Before I left (not a customer yet), the body guy said wait a second. He noticed scrapes on the side bumper, brought back some type of rag/ solution and removed them! No charge or question, tried to give money for it but they did not want to accept. They got back to me with the price & got it done in 1/2 day after scheduling the work. Did a great job & the charge was under....$400! The first estimate was $2800 at another 5 star place! Every customer I meet at this place has a great story. Employees are super nice & go out of their way to be helpful.
