All six of our kids have had work done, from brakes to suspension, a/c, electrical, you name it. I'm critical about whoever the person is that touches our cars and they've proven every single time they deserve my trust. They take their time to explain everything they worked on, show you the old parts and are really patient in doing so. They've recently added a new mechanic, George, and he is equally friendly and eager to help. He's also got a great skillset brings even more quality to the shop. They've watched my kids grow up and know us all by name. While most any other shop is happy to take your money for even the simplest car needs, they encourage and teach my kids to do the simpler stuff themselves that don't really require proffessional service. I had left my charging block at the shop on the couches they have in the lobby, and so I called again after I got a shuttle to my appointment and they were very prompt not only to answer the phone, but to help me look for the charging block as I thought it was in the shuttle, but then they later found that it was on the couch and they texted me through their service updating machine just to make sure that I know that they found my device. Did they have to do that? No. Did they have to message me that they found it? No. But they did anyway, and they also finished my timing belt earlier than expected and instead of saying, you have to come and pick up your car or you can't pick it up until Monday. They helped me figure out a situation to where I could still come and get my car even after hours.
