It was easy to get my son scheduled and from the start there was a clear path to have his drivers license. No games and no gimmicks just performance. I had done the at home NDT course and after completion I just wasn't sure that I had done enough. I decided to go for some reinforcement and One Way was a great way to go. Polite, professional, and so much better than DPS. Wow, I remember having to drive all the way to Nacadoches two times just to get William his permit. I live in Denton! He was able to work with our schedule, and a big plus is that they will pick you up if you're within 6 miles from their office. My son had been mostly parent-taught, but we wanted a pro opinion to make sure he was ready for his DPS road test. We ended up doing the road test with the driving school since he was already familiar with the instructor. As a side note: Our first contact with the school was unresponsive. He did not answer my phone calls or texts. I'm under the impression that there are multiple drivers that split student load, but not sure how that is communicated behind the scenes. Because of all these issues, we finally connected with Anwar who was utmost responsive and courteous to our needs!

The girl at the front desk is less than helpful and the communication system for sigh up is horrible. They gladly take your money and advertise the wonderful driving portion but apparently push too many students through the class with not enough slots available for drive time. I got a ticket for speeding in Plano Texas (1st ticket ever), and I wasn't sure what company to use…read moresince there are so many out there. I looked up state-approved courses on the Texas Website: http://www.tdlr.texas.gov/driver/driver.htm. I went with "WDD" and finished the course in under six hours. I received my certification in 3 days, with a letter directing me on the next steps and what to look out for when mailing or delivering my certificate to the court in person. A word to the wise: There is one video in the course, which is a bit difficult to pass. I believe it's video #4. They have a lot of stats and numbers regarding traffic violations, accidents in Texas and USA. There is a lot to remember for the final 3 questions. It was a long grueling day of videos but Wireless Defensive Driving are great and wonderful professionals.
