Extremely disappointed and deeply upset by our experience at Trivium Academy's Farmers Market…read morecampus. We submitted every required admission document a full week before school began, including complete information about my son's previous school, and he was accepted without issue. Yet on only his second day, he was abruptly removed over a code-of-conduct matter from his previous school. He had no behavioral issues at Trivium and genuinely loved attending. Worse, his belongings were packed up in front of classmates, causing unnecessary humiliation and emotional distress. Despite repeatedly contacting Principal Chrissi Cawthon and Superintendent Sheryl Bradley and requesting documentation and investigation details, we received no meaningful explanation or accountability. This experience was unacceptable, and I would give this campus the absolute lowest rating possible.

I've been driving for years. He wasn't evaluating my driving skills, he was looking for a reason to fail me and make that extra 50 for a re-test. In all fairness, maybe it was the thick accent where the left turn / u turn confusion was.. Ultimately, he was waiting to fail me instead of evaluating my driving skills.

I strongly urge parents and students to avoid Addison Driving School at 14683 Midway Rd #208,…read moreAddison, TX 75001. After my son completed his course, the school provided us with a sealed packet that was supposed to contain all required documents to obtain his driver's license. When we arrived at the DPS for his scheduled appointment, we were informed that a mandatory document -- the Certification of Completion -- was missing. Because of this oversight, my son was unable to receive his license, and we had to leave and return to the school. When we calmly and respectfully requested the missing document, the staff member responded with shocking hostility. He snatched the paperwork from my hands, repeatedly yelled "shut up" while I was attempting to explain the situation, and escalated the encounter by shouting "get out" instead of resolving the issue. He refused to provide the required document and refused to issue any refund. When my daughter returned shortly afterward to politely request the Certification of Completion, the same individual threw the documents at her and continued yelling "get out" and "shut up." This behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I genuinely do not understand how this establishment maintains a 5-star rating. I previously posted a review describing this experience, and it was removed almost immediately after posting. I am writing this review again in hopes that others will see it and carefully reconsider before using this service. A driving school should demonstrate responsibility, organization, and professionalism -- especially when dealing with families and young drivers. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this business. Please research thoroughly and consider other options before enrolling here.

When my friend and I arrived in person to ask about pickup options (I live over 30 minutes away), he became visibly agitated. We were left to walk out in the rain and wait for an Uber. I have never experienced anything like this from a business. The 5-star rating made me trust this place. I'll let you decide what to make of that. All I know is what I experienced and I wouldn't want anyone else to walk into the same situation.

I was genuinely surprised by the level of rudeness, lack of courtesy and conduct displayed by the front desk staff/instructor, who is somehow entrusted with teaching teenagers. Individuals in customer-facing and educational roles should demonstrate professionalism, respect, and understanding. My child arrived only a few minutes late due to unexpected traffic. Rather than handling the situation discreetly, the instructor interrupted the class to publicly announce that my child was late and would not be allowed to participate. The instructor then locked the classroom door, leaving my child embarrassed and excluded. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism or compassion I expected for something I paid for. I would encourage the organization to reevaluate how staff interact with students and families, as courtesy and professionalism should be fundamental to any educational environment.
