I would recommend calling a couple of days before your test and just verify if they are available. He will let you know if that day works and then you just show up between business hours. The only problem with this is you may have to wait 30 minutes or so (as we did) because we had to wait for a driving class the was just ending. Otherwise great school and will be back!

On a recent visit to your facility, I witnessed one of your so-called "instructors" speak to a student in a particularly impertinent, boorish, and condescending manner. He used that same ill-mannered and appalling attitude and tone when speaking to the parent. He started berating the student before they even got into the car for the road test. He apparently takes great pleasure in intimidating young students and making them nervous so they will fail the road test, which is, of course, their business model, especially if you didn't take THEIR course. Parents- RUN from this place. Don't waste your time or money on such shamelessly rude and hateful individuals. This is an another prime example of what has become the "norm" in our society and it shows the extreme level of arrogance and disrespect some businesses and their employees have toward their customers. They obviously have had zero training in common decency and good manners.

Over Thanksgiving week, I texted the owner to make appointments for 7 driving lessons that I paid for my daughter. I was told to go to their office between 1pm-3pm on Tuesday. I was not able to make it and asked if I could go on Wednesday. No response at all, so I texted him over a week later. I texted the owner to let him know I need to be able to be able to schedule over the phone or else I need a refund because it is inconvenient and unreasonable to have to drive over just to schedule appointments. I thought our interactions via in person or on the phone were good and pleasant until I received a response that shows what an unhinged, twisted liar he is. He claimed that I made rules that he can't follow and that I made threats. Which was completely ridiculous and untrue outright lies to justify his ugly response. He gave the students, as well as my son what they needed to know to pass the written test. They had many flexible hours, days during the week, as well as weekends to meet the demands of a challenging parental schedule. With two kids in multiple sports, the scheduling of events can be challenging. He was very accommodating. He allowed you to contact him during office hours via text, as well as stopping by. We were able to schedule practice driving, weeks in advance with availability of his staff as well as our availability, to give my son the best opportunity to pass the test. When we could not make an appointment, there was not a big deal. As long as we let him know in enough time, we would be able to reschedule without a loss of a slot or the financial investment. There were many hands working to make this business and facility successful from class teaching to Practice driving, as well as road tests. Even though we opted not to take the road test at the facility, due to cost, my son was well prepared for the exam. He passed the first time! Mr. Kaisar was my instructor. He was extremely professional and taught me everything about driving and the roads in general, plus boosted my confidence for the test very well.
