Scheduled for a driving test at this location, had all the paperwork ready. Unfortunately we ran into traffic on the way there and was 10 minutes late. When we got there the place looked dilapidated, moldy ceiling, musky, damp. No one was at the front desk and the lady that was supposed to critique my driving was rude. She was extremely passive aggressive. When I explained how there was traffic she said "there's no traffic" then saying how she needed to call her boss, and when he didn't pick up she called her other boss, also not picking up. Then telling us we needed to come 10 minutes early for additional paperwork. She then told us we needed to reschedule. read more

I do not recommend this driving school for testing. The lady, Sherry gave my daughter's driving test was rude and her actions were instantly like she did not want to administer the test to her. But at the time I thought maybe she just had a bad day. My daughter did not pass the 1st time. Came back a 2nd time to take the test, we forgot the permit. I told the same lady I can go get permit and come back that day. She immediately said there is nothing available. Decided to take test somewhere else and had to go back to this school to get course certificate. Another lady Rachel (very nice) was there and asked why I did not take the test there. I told her what happened earlier that day. She said we have openings all day today would you like to schedule. I told her no because it was obvious Sherry did not want to test my daughter because she said there was no openings. We ended up going to another place to test and my daughter passed her exam. read more

Stay away from this business and save your sanity. They don't seem to have enough resources to balance the number of enrolled students , so booking a driving lesson slot once a month is almost impossible around their ridiculous rules. Richa, the office admin at this location is extremely unprofessional and has terrible communication skills. I sent a detailed email to the ID provided by her escalating my concerns two weeks ago and haven't gotten a call back from management until now. Signed my daughter up for driving lessons in June was told that we would be able to get one lesson done in June then would be able to sign up for lessons on the 15 and last the last day of the month. My daughter never got to drive in June so I called to escalate the process which is what we were told to do. When they called back said that everything was full and that she would be able to do 2 driving lessons in July. At the last day of June right at 7 pm we login so that we could get the 2 lessons and was only able to get 1 lesson. So called again and never received a call back now we are in August and have not been able to get but one lesson. I have called and left multiple messages with no return phone call. At this point I'm moving her to prosper driving school which they have already scheduled her for all 7 driving times so she will now be complete by September 23. Stay clear of this location. Warning they will delete your review if you say anything negative on google reviews. They instruct the students to leave good reviews on google. Anything negative they will have deleted. read more

Steer clear from this money grab!!! My family is damn near $600 into this place with nothing to show for it. My son took the behind the wheel training. No issues what so ever. Drove the road test several times with no failures or complaints from the instructor. Today, failed the road test. The explanation we were given was not suffice and definitely not worthy of a failure. I hope the other students who failed today (4/1/2021) also come on here to voice displeasure. The 2 hours lesson was helpful. I've failed my road test for 3 times and the last time which was my fourth time ive been in a 2hour practice class and took the road test the same day, and I passed. You can say their examiners are strict or sth, but they helped me figure out alot during my driving time. Also they have quick available schedule so you can reschedule your road test in a short time after your previous time. Thank you DFW read more

I do not recommend this driving school. There system for behind the wheel is ridiculous & they make you go online the last day of the month after 5pm to grab your behind the wheel training spot & its a horrible system. They make it seem like they have a great system when your handing them over a check signing your teen up but once they have your money, they are a nightmare to deal with! Even if you are online right at 5pm trying to reserve a spot for a good after work/school evening spot or a Saturday your chances are slim to none. Also if you do decide to use this company be sure to save your receipt because the girl on the phone tried charging me again for the class & thankfully I had my receipt & went into the office to show them so she didn't charge me again! Very horrible system this place has & nothing but headaches for parents. Do not take your business here. I would give no stars to this business if that was an option. read more

I personally won't sign you kid for driver lesson at this location. I signed my daughter up at this location and I had many bad experience with this place. It very hard to get your kids schedule for a driving time. They don't help your kids or tell you how the driving time certificate need to state with their school name. So, that cause my daughter another $35 for her to order a new certificate. and when they process her paper with a wrong date, they make my daughter paid another $35 for them to process the paper work with a new date. We agreed to paid for them to fix their mistake. We paid on Friday and they told us that the new paper work should get done by Monday. I took off from work on the following Thursday to go an pickup her license paper work they told us to come back another time. This place me to pull their act together and service their customers better. This place will look at all the different angle on the paper work to make money out of their customer. They even try to tell my daughter to reschedule her driving test time dur to the certificate issue to make her pay another $45 for reschedule the driving test. But at the end they still force my daughter paid extra $35 for they to process the paper work with a new date. Avoid this location at all cost if you could, else they will make money of off you. I will report this to BBB so that they can get their act together. read more
