He gave the students, as well as my son what they needed to know to pass the written test. They had many flexible hours, days during the week, as well as weekends to meet the demands of a challenging parental schedule. With two kids in multiple sports, the scheduling of events can be challenging. He was very accommodating. He allowed you to contact him during office hours via text, as well as stopping by. We were able to schedule practice driving, weeks in advance with availability of his staff as well as our availability, to give my son the best opportunity to pass the test. When we could not make an appointment, there was not a big deal. As long as we let him know in enough time, we would be able to reschedule without a loss of a slot or the financial investment. There were many hands working to make this business and facility successful from class teaching to Practice driving, as well as road tests. I texted the owner to let him know I need to be able to be able to schedule over the phone or else I need a refund because it is inconvenient and unreasonable to have to drive over just to schedule appointments. I thought our interactions via in person or on the phone were good and pleasant until I received a response that shows what an unhinged, twisted liar he is. He claimed that I made rules that he can't follow and that I made threats. Which was completely ridiculous and untrue outright lies to justify his ugly response. He blocked me immediately after his text so that he would not get my response. Check our texts in the picture and decide whether this is someone you want to do business with.

I would recommend calling a couple of days before your test and just verify if they are available. He will let you know if that day works and then you just show up between business hours. The only problem with this is you may have to wait 30 minutes or so (as we did) because we had to wait for a driving class the was just ending. Otherwise great school and will be back!

I needed a local business that was open on Sunday's, and preferably one with competitive pricing ~ or better than! I found Ideal Driving School's parent and student reviews to be very positive and comforting. I gave them and call about 4 o'clock one day, they answered unlike another local school I called where I had to leave a message and then a call center contacted me back, and I had my son signed up for his road test on the date and time I needed) in less than 10 minutes! This was approx. one month before his sixteenth birthday. We were able to stop by the driving school the same day I booked the test to take a photo of the actual mapped out road test he would be taking ~ no problem! Very handy for driving practice. Today he took his road test! We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with the friendly staff. We were able to pay using Zelle so that we didn't have to pay for additional fees for using a credit card. Next we met with the driving instructor before the road test, and were given an easy to read document to review that advised of exactly what would cause someone to lose points on the test or cause an immediate fail. Love the transparency! Practice makes perfect! The instructor was very friendly and my son shared that the road test experience was painless! Thank you Ideal Driving School! I attended to the McKinney building on Eldorado parkway From the moment we arrived, he was unfriendly and unprofessional. He didn't greet us, was rude to my mom while she was signing paperwork, and his overall attitude made me feel uncomfortable. After my driving test, I felt that I wasn't treated fairly. When I looked over my score sheet, I noticed mistakes marked that I genuinely believe I completed correctly. I also felt that what he told me in the car didn't match what he later told my mom, which was confusing and frustrating. I left feeling discouraged, and experiences like this can have a real impact on someone's confidence and mental well-being. Every student deserves to be treated with respect and evaluated fairly. I maybe even encounter some racism unfortunately I recommend asking about your instructor beforehand if possible and making sure you're comfortable with who you'll be testing with. We were out to dinner on a Sunday night (tonight) celebrating my son's…read morebirthday and I get a text from A Asia Driving school at 9pm that they had to cancel a 9am drive test tomorrow morning for my son. 12 hours until his drive test and his DPS appointment, which took me 4 months to schedule is at 10am tomorrow morning. I was told a medical appt is why and sorry for the inconvenience. There are multiple people that work here and no one else could do his road test. This is beyond unprofessional. It takes MONTHS to get a DPS appointment. I can't just reschedule for later in the day. They said that the test person would be available later in the day just not at 9am. Unforgiveable.
