SCAM! DON'T GO HERE! Stay FAR away! No clear direction at ALL. He explains not to make any turns unless he tells you! He tells you to make a right as you make that right it turns into the shoulder lane. He then will fail you for violation of law. When clearly he tells you NOT to make any turns unless you're told! They may have been able to get us in right away for a road test, but I now know why. They failed my daughter the first time for going 2-3 miles over the speed limit briefly. This is after he kept hassling me to buy the test session that she didn't need. So we had to come back the next day and pay more money. When he gave us our paperwork, he filled it out wrong. We had driven almost an hour away for our DMV appointment. He told us to come back and he'd fill it out correctly. The DMV said he could fill out his part and send to us and then they would witness our signatures. When I called to tell him this, he said he was in the middle of a road test and it would have to wait until he returns to the office to fill it out (over 30 minutes). WHO ANSWERS THEIR PHONE IN THE MIDDLE OF A ROAD TEST TO BEGIN WITH?!? After 30 minutes, he called back to say he hadn't done anything wrong, and the 3 people we talked to at the DMV were incorrect. The DMV said he definitely should have known better. Luckily, the ladies at the DMV felt bad for us and received approval to move forward approving my daughter's license with a note in the file regarding the driving school's mistake. he was very professional despite bad reviews he can work with you as long as you work with him just come in fully prepped with everything you need and he will take the rest from there he was very kind to me and my daughter Jasmine and got her behind the wheel and observation and road test done and she received her license today and it was easy she started in march and finished in june (we paused classes for a month and a half we were too ahead) but k thank them so much for their help into getting her ready to hit the road ! This place is a total scam. He did not want to explain to me what my daughter did wrong. When I questioned why he failed her for parallel parking, he started to back petal. Would not tell me what he scored her on. Keep saying she violated the law. But kept telling me to ask her. Excuse me... but she is a minor!! The website is not up to date. Scheduled an appt for 7 pm, but was told I could not take the test because it was "dark." Owner told me to come any time before 5 the next day after already paying. Called up there friday at 4 to confirm, and was told I needed an appt. Made an appt for 10:30 the next day, and two men were working. While filling out paperwork, the man took many phone calls on speaker during our visit. Could not use my own car for the test without a front license plate, and was forced to use the company car. While parallel parking, I could not see out of the back window due to fog and dew. Passed the test, but the whole process seemed unprofessional. Would recommend looking elsewhere as some people have had a worse experience, and the scheduling process is frustrating. read more

Go somewhere else. Horrible service. They showed up an hour late, after I called and had to BEG them to come and give my daughter her scheduled test (I scheduled an appt on their website). They didn't give us the proper form and the whole test was invalid at the dmv because of their negligence. And then I called them to ask them to give me the corrected form and he HUNG UP ON ME. Go somewhere else. There are many other driving schools. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid them. Totally scam. Asked for cash. That should have been my first clue. Told me about the $40 pre-test training. That should have been my second. Had a bad feeling. Failed my son on what was something 99% of experienced drivers would do and basically a trick (right hand turn into a right hand turn lane that was ending). Surprise, surprise. Asked when we wanted to reschedule for $40 more. Not paying this guy another dollar more. Run away, run away quickly. read more

I should have known to leave when i was told to pay an extra $40 on top if their $80 fee for a "pre-test to ensure my daughter would pass". I did not opt to pay the extra fee so you can guess what happened. An obvious shakedown and the place is dirty, their car is dirty. I took my daughter to a reputable school the next day, instructor said she did amazing, near perfect score! Road to Success in Plano, nice clean facility and professional.
