Note: They no longer do the audio podcasts, rather you read all the material and then take the quizzes at the end of each section. At first I was bummed but then quickly realized that it would be faster for me to read it, and the information was more technical with statistics and pictures describing the material, so I'm glad they had the text material available. Loved it and finished it painlessly within two days (I could have easily done it in one sitting if I'd had the time). I had to call support a couple times because 1) I accidentally entered the wrong groupon code so I paid full price for the course AND bought the groupon, but the office was super friendly and gave me the full refund within the hour. 2) The very end was a bit confusing and I wasn't sure if I needed to input any information at the end form that popped up. They friendly explained that I didn't and said my certificate would be ready in about two hours! (I paid the $8 extra for email version). He genuinely wants to help you, so don't hesitate to call the office and click 6 to ask them any questions you come across during the course. Very happy I went with them and I would definitely go through them again--but I hope I won't need to ;)

I'm really happy that I took the online course today. There is a LOT of information but it had a…read morecomfortable pace with an option to listen to audio while you read each page. That helped me absorb information better. The online course lasted for 6 hours. You can't get around it and is required by law. You will also be given simple questions during the presentation to make sure you're the person you say you are and are paying attention. You will also need your drivers license, car registration and insurance to answer security questions as well. So definitely have these by your side. There were a few technical glitches when processing my payment but it worked on my second attempt after waiting a couple of minutes. I also used my Google Chrome web browser but there was a problem answering one question on the test because I could not read it properly. No biggie. I scored 90% on my test. 70% is required to pass. A minor amount of the text in the presentation was not formatted properly for web browsers so you get a missing icon in some wording, but it's not bad enough to affect what you are reading or having to answer the test questions. The jokes are really cheesy but some are funny. Women may be a little offended by some jokes because it seemed to be bit sexist; but this course, videos and jokes are really old (at least 10-15 years) so just ignore it if you can. Overall, I highly recommend the online option if you want to do the course from home and receive your certificate immediately. I only paid $34 with a discount code for the course, which included the online PDF certificate I received. The fee for the online certificate was only $7. I'm very happy and would recommend to anyone on a busy schedule.

Ive been meaning to write this review. My daughter has been attending for 2 months now (shes 5…read moremonths old) and I couldnt be happier. Mrs. Gina takes such wonderful care of her. The class room is always clean the building in general smells great and always well kept. I love that i can check in on her throughout the day via camera or just dropping in. I get updates throughout the day through the app on how she is doing. When you walk into the building Ms. Tiffani or Ms. Ayesha always great us with a smile and a hello. I work in healthcare and I know not everyday is perfect behind the scenes, but as a customer here I would never know if chaos is going on and I think that says alot. When touring other places I knew immediately this daycare was the place for my daughter. Thank you staff for all you do.

My kid got kicked out of the school yesterday after I quit about 2 and a half weeks ago. They claim it's because she's a runner and a safety to herself and other kids but they kept a kid in the school that would hit other kids bite other kids throw chairs at other kids hit the teachers and run out the classroom. They kept that kid for months even before I started with them. I don't understand why they can pick and choose who goes there and who doesn't. This school is unprofessional and unsafe for your children to go! They still have a couple of kids in the school that hit bite and run, but it's okay for my kid to get kicked out because it's easier on them... I just think if I was still working there my child would still be in that school. I'm glad she got kicked out.

When I moved to the area from NYC I knew I had to get my license. I was extremely anxious about driving and hadn't attempted more than a parking lot since I was a teenager. But the instructors were so patient and reassuring and made me feel so at ease that after my first lesson I had the confidence to really practice on my own. The road test practice really prepares you for exactly what to expect, and I was able to pass after just two hours of lessons. The road-test examiner and the staff at the front desk were great as well. I highly recommend this place for new adult drivers who are serious about getting their license quickly and pain-free.
