Over Thanksgiving week, I texted the owner to make appointments for 7 driving lessons that I paid for my daughter. I was told to go to their office between 1pm-3pm on Tuesday. I was not able to make it and asked if I could go on Wednesday. No response at all, so I texted him over a week later. I texted the owner to let him know I need to be able to be able to schedule over the phone or else I need a refund because it is inconvenient and unreasonable to have to drive over just to schedule appointments. I thought our interactions via in person or on the phone were good and pleasant until I received a response that shows what an unhinged, twisted liar he is. He claimed that I made rules that he can't follow and that I made threats. Which was completely ridiculous and untrue outright lies to justify his ugly response. He blocked me immediately after his text so that he would not get my response. Check our texts in the picture and decide whether this is someone you want to do business with.

He gave the students, as well as my son what they needed to know to pass the written test. They had many flexible hours, days during the week, as well as weekends to meet the demands of a challenging parental schedule. With two kids in multiple sports, the scheduling of events can be challenging. He was very accommodating. He allowed you to contact him during office hours via text, as well as stopping by. We were able to schedule practice driving, weeks in advance with availability of his staff as well as our availability, to give my son the best opportunity to pass the test. When we could not make an appointment, there was not a big deal. As long as we let him know in enough time, we would be able to reschedule without a loss of a slot or the financial investment. There were many hands working to make this business and facility successful from class teaching to Practice driving, as well as road tests. Even though we opted not to take the road test at the facility, due to cost, my son was well prepared for the exam. He passed the first time! I have a daughter coming of age and without a doubt she will be attending this school for driving.

I would recommend calling a couple of days before your test and just verify if they are available. He will let you know if that day works and then you just show up between business hours. The only problem with this is you may have to wait 30 minutes or so (as we did) because we had to wait for a driving class the was just ending. Otherwise great school and will be back!

That was a blantant lie and there was no pedestrian "entering the road" when I was driving. If so, I would like you to show me proof from instructor or a video from him claiming that I failed to yield that day, or I can reveal more evidence to prove that it's an untrue statement. The reply comment was made based on lies instead of the truth, and I want people to know the truth. That is not a light statement to make, and if you made up such a lie for a 1-star google reviews, it really says a lot more about you than about me. This shows you are an unhonest business, and it severely damages your credibility in testing. The fact that you, as an DMV authroized testing agency, lied about my testing records in the public platform just to discredit me and my comment is infuriating. The thing is, I even got a compliment from the instructor saying I have a good driving skill. Most of the points are deducted on observation even if I was LOOKING. There was no pedestrian "crossing the road" when I was driving in the neighborhood. Tariq mainly explained to me about the part I didn't do well is observation. He never mentioned anything related to "didn't yield to pedestrians". Please explain to me where does that statement come from because y'all shouldn't been lying about things that didn't happen. Second off, it's unethical to publish the record of your customers when they have not consented to it. I have never consented you to reveal my full legal name nor my testing record to the public. Revealing your client's information which should be kept private, just to win the google reviews as argument is unethical and I have taken proper action to defend my rights. Third, there was an error in grading, my instructor Tariq marked "dangerous act as circled " but never explained it to me, then I waited 1.5 hour in there just to ask him again and again, then he quickly crossed it off and said it was an error in grading. I have no idea why he circled it in the first place when I have not done anything that would result in this remark. When I corrected him, he only crossed it off on my copy, and I suspect this was never updated in their official record, thus they made this false accusation against me because of the grading error. Last, the driving school manager was making fun of me when I was really stressed in the place. He was laughing at me for my frustration about the results. He suggested that i should punch or harm other people as a vent of my frustrations. He laughed at me, ridiculed me, mocked me, made me feel shameful in front of other testers. I don't think that's how you should treat your clients. They clearly lack a professional attitude when dealing with their customers. I would strongly recommend not going to this place for driving school. As a matter of fact, I have taken proper action to report your horrible customer service to related authority at DPS and officially filed a complaint about this issue. No star for their next-to-impossible Drive Time reservation system (called 90 minutes ago on my way home from work to see if more slots would be added during Fall Break next week, was told yes, and when I pulled in the driveway to sign my daughter up for her last two sessions before her test, NONE of the added days had any availability! It's almost worse than Ticketmaster trying to buy concert tickets at 10 AM on a Wednesday! Oh, a one more lost star due to there being no other form of communication other than phone call. I called at the 3 week mark and was told it would be another week. Called at the four week mark and was told to call the next day. Call the next day (saturday) and am told they were never provided shipping information, then Elias changed the story to they were provided tracking but it was only notions. We call back wanting to cancel and talk to Gail who lets us know we cannot cancel the order no exceptions per the policy and someone will update us. No one updates us and we call back that afternoon and speak to Gail again. Gail tells us that actually they got the machine we paid for in but they sold it and don't know when they will be able to get more. She then reminds us that they don't do refunds. At this point we send an email stating how unhappy we are and the email is ignored. No one ever responds to it or reaches out. At this point we decide we are not going to chase them anymore and file a chargeback with our CC company. We still hear absolutely nothing for a month, until yesterday when we receive a text that they have the machine in stock. My husband picks it up today and they offered absolutely 0 apology for the lack of communication, selling the machine we originally ordered or the 2 month wait. They will happily take your money, but once they have it they have 0 interest in providing good customer service, and will only get your product in once they recieve notice of the chargeback being filed. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had scrolled through the Google reviews initially before shopping with them to save myself the headache.
