I didn't think I needed the practice test , seeing I knew how to drive , but please please put your pride away and take the practice test it helps you 100% before taking your real road test. They tell you everything the instructor is looking for in the practice, and then few minutes after you take the road test and both are approximately 15mins each and they have reasonable price. I repeat if you don't want to fail or waste your time at DPS, go to this alternative third party and they will take care of you. -Gloria ntegereje

I took two-hour in car driving lesson from this school. From this class I did not learn anything…read more Instructor was just pointing on my mistakes, there was no effort / instruction to correct them. Moreover, he brought misaligned car which was going to the right all the time and he blamed that my driving skills are not good. I recently took lessons from another school and instructor mentioned that my driving skills are quite good and at no point in time car went out of lane. I wasted my $110 here. If you want to really learn driving I would suggest not to join this school ever because in your first class they will take you to freeway and point on your mistakes so that you shell money on numerous classes with them. Update:- This driving even does not even know how to read English. I have written very clearly that another school appreciated my driving skills. This school doesn't know how to teach, pointing mistake doesn't ensure it's not repeated again, you need to tell the way to correct it. They are scammers, trying to loot students. STAY AWAY.

They ignored every text and voicemail I left for 2 weeks. Now my son's appt with the DPS that we waited 2 months for has to be rescheduled! The next appt is nearly 3 months out, so now my son will not get his license for another 3 months! One of their drivers has the kids stop for his personal errands, and gives zero instructions to the students! They do have one really good driving instructor, but requesting him is a flip of the coin. After ignoring my request for two weeks, they responded with their instructor retired with no notice. We are on our own! Had they told me immediately maybe I could have made alternative plans, but instead they ignored me for 2 weeks! They did not even apologize as you can see from the screens shots I provided. They were so very nice until they had my money! I thought for sure the negative reviews were just old... they are not! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and leaving this review on every review site I can find to warn other parents. ALLIANCE DRIVING SCHOOL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS, ONLY ABOUT YOUR MONEY! Once they have it they lose ALL customers service and treat their customers horribly.

We attended NTLC for about a year and a half after coming from another daycare where we had a…read morereally difficult experience. When we first started, my son was 3 years old, and we truly loved his teacher. He adjusted well, was happy, and we felt like we had found a good fit for our family. Things started to change when he turned 4 and moved into the Pre-K classroom. During his time in that class, there were 3-4 teacher changes, and the lack of consistency was very difficult for him. We started seeing more behavioral struggles and tried to work with the school to figure out how we could support him together. Unfortunately, we often felt like communication was lacking, and we weren't getting a clear picture of what was happening during his days there. By the time we were made aware of the full extent of the issues, his behaviors had escalated to things like hitting, biting, and trying to leave the school. Even then, we felt the severity of what was happening was not fully communicated. A few months before they decided to unenroll him, we started receiving more details about what had been happening. These were things we felt should have been documented and communicated on the days they occurred, rather than being shared months later. We provided multiple plans and suggestions and truly tried to partner with the school. However, it often felt like our ideas were dismissed with a "we can't do that," or they would try something once or twice and decide it wasn't working. There was no consistent approach, and we never felt like everyone was working toward the same goal. This experience was disappointing because we genuinely wanted to work together to help our son succeed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend NTLC for children who are strong-willed, struggle with transitions, or need additional behavioral support. If your child does not fit the expectations outlined in their handbook, it felt like the staff struggled to determine how to best support them. While there were staff members we appreciated, our overall experience was that the communication and support from administration were not what we needed during a challenging time. We also found that questions and feedback were often met with defensiveness rather than an open conversation focused on finding solutions.
