Avoid Drive Direct if you value honesty and professionalism…read more I initially spoke with Pierre Gambrell about a specific vehicle (Stock #KR204323, white Ford Fusion Hybrid, ~108k miles). He told me it was being inspected and gave me a ballpark of $9-10k. I asked to be notified when it was listed--he never followed up. After finding the listing myself, I called back and spoke with another salesperson. I confirmed the exact vehicle (stock number, color, mileage), and everything checked out. Later, Pierre reinserted himself into the deal, stating he had to handle it since he was my original contact. From that point on, he controlled the communication. Pierre then gave me an out-the-door price. I negotiated, and we reached a clear agreement. Based on that, I was preparing to move forward. Then came the switch. I was told the price was actually $1,600 higher due to a "mistake" quoting the wrong vehicle--despite the fact that I had identified and confirmed the exact car multiple times. The new price also included questionable add-ons presented as "standard," which looked more like inflated charges than legitimate fees. This is not a simple mistake--this is a lack of transparency and accountability. It gets worse. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the manager, Drew Newman. Multiple calls, voicemails, and emails were ignored. No response. No attempt to make things right. That tells you everything about the leadership and standards at this dealership. If this is how they handle a basic price agreement before you even step in the door, imagine what happens once you're sitting in the finance office. Do yourself a favor--take your business somewhere else.

PLEASE SPEND THE TIME TO READ THE ENTIRE POST. I submitted an application online, yestobk.com, but…read morewas contacted by a company called "US Auto Connections". Which I'm not 100% sure is even a legit business. I applied on yestobk.com being that I filed bankruptcy and this site deals with bankruptcy clients. I started having contact with Audrie Stoker. I informed her I was looking 4 a truck. She sent a few trucks with prices but would never give me a website to look at the vehicles they have 4 myself. Well after doing some research on my own, I found out that each of these business names are all associated with Miracle Motor Mart. I found the trucks that Audrie sent me on their website. The prices she sent with the trucks in the email were almost $4k less on the website. I questioned the price, I never got a response from her about that. I was contacted by the finance manager, Jerry. He told me that they buy the truck from miracle motor mart 4 the price listed online. He stated they put a mark up 2 make profit. Come 2 find out, they are all linked with Miracle. I picked a truck, was sent tons of pics & info on this truck. When I started the process 2 buy the truck, I requested videos of the truck. That's when I saw the tailgate, bumper & damage 2 the side. WAS NOT THERE IN THE PICS I RECEIVED AT THE BEGINNING. Entire back of the truck looked different and half fixed. I questioned Jerry on it, supposedly 1 of their guys backed into something and tried to fix it themselves. He agreed to send it to a body shop to repair damages. He told me on a Thursday that it would be ready the following Monday. So Monday I reached out the Audrie and Jerry both asking when the truck would be shipped to me. Audrie replied that the truck would not not be ready till that Friday. Which i replied, "Friday"? As I was shocked. She replied, "do you want the truck fixed properly or not?" SHE IS ONE VERY RUDE LADY. Once they got the truck back from the shop Jerry called and stated he wasn't shipping the truck to me bc of the small dent on the side of the bed won't come out. I then told him that if that is all that is still there then I will still take the truck as is as long as that's the only issue that wasn't fixed. He confirmed that's all that was still there. So truck was shipped. Upon delivery of the truck, I noticed the tailgate looks better but scrubs the bed when letting up and down, they only painted over the other damage and didn't fix the issues properly. Also, the passenger bed of the truck is damaged and wasn't fixed. The dent on the side of the bed was indeed there but Jerry failed to tell me the entire panel is bent and can't even be attached to the wheel liner. The same day, I took the truck thru the car wash when I noticed water pouring into the back seat in both corners. I contacted Jerry and his response was we will just pick the truck back up instead of trying to make things right. I let him know I like the truck but just wanted it fixed properly. While discussing these issues on the phone he then proceeds to tell me that he did tell me that the damages was not fixed properly. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. He then told me that they won't do anything else to fix the truck and offered me a $500 check. After arguing with Jerry about these issues he agreed to mail me a check for $900. WHICH THEY DID SEND. Which is nowhere near the amount it costed me to fix the issues with the truck. I wanted Jerry to hear my concerns and disappointment before putting this behind me and moving on from this. He told me he didn't care to listen to what I had to say. That either I take the $900 and keep the truck or they would take the truck back. Being that there's only 1 bank willing to finance to me with the bankruptcy I felt forced to keep the truck being that it's the only opportunity I have to rebuilding my credit. This place is very rude, disrespectful and constant liars. I also added the pictures of the truck they sent prior to delivery. Not even the same tailgate or bumper. PLUS THEY STILL OWE ME $1k.

I give this predatory car lot and financier CNAC negative 5 stars. Here is a youtube video showing…read morehow they scammed us and all the junkyard parts: https://youtu.be/d0AudbB4dtg We pulled into JD 'scrap yard' Byrider and took notice of a nissan murano which 'looked' to be in great shape. We walked in and sat down at about 12:30 or 1pm and i immediately asked for the CARFAX for the murano. I was told to hang on a few while the salesman worked on our credit approval (we were outside at the time). He also said the carfax was clean. Many hours pass and no carfax and by that time i had already forgotten about it due to the mind numbing wait we were forced to endure by the popcorn machine. After several threats by me to get up and leave because of how long they were taking to gain credit approval, they finally approved the loan and i was allowed to check out to car at about DARK thirty. We drove it and all seemed well except that it pulled really hard to the left. They promised to fix it and they did indeed replace the front tires...but it still pulled a little. They replaced the tires after the purchase. At about 8:30-9pm (aprox 8 hour wait) and after our minds were NUMB from all the waiting by the popcorn machine (no lunch or dinner and up past bedtime) and all of the "were almost ready guys, just a few more minutes," ...we made a horrible decision. We signed the paperwork just to be done with it so we could go home and crash. They said they were giving me $1600 for my civic (fair market value of $4k) but only gave me $1300 and slid it passed my face so fast i dinna notice AND took $1k on top of that. They slid the paperwork past us so fast we didnt have time to read anything or comprehend what we were signing or even notice they screwed me on the civic. This is a tactic used to wear down people in order to force them into a mistake. Its a legit form psychological warfare. A predatory practice. The salesman also said we were getting a 5 year 60k bumper to bumper warranty... sadly after we got home we noticed that it was just a 1 year limited warranty. Still, i tried to get them to fix the 4 check engine codes for the EVAP system which turned into arguments and cussing matches. This issue caused the car to run bad and get 15mpg (still not fixed). Also just before this happened i called into JD to get them to replace a missing part of the air cleaner system i noticed after the purchase (was dark when i looked under the hood at the car lot and didnt notice it)....they refused. Fast forward to 1 year ago to today. The high pressure line from the transmission to the cooler burst at the repair joint (more on this in a minute) causing the tranny to run without fluid for a while causing damage. The CVT transmission now has issues over this... The high pressure line was repaired once upon a time and they used zip ties instead of hose clamps which was the cause of the failure. A month later, the starter goes out due to the grounding strap between the starter and solenoid corroded apart. I had to take the drivers side tire off to get to the starter to fix it. It is at this point i saw all the paint marks (salvage yard paint markings) all over replaced parts. Strut, a-arm, axle, tranny, brake caliper ect. If that wasnt bad enough, the motor mount is bent and the frame is a bit tweaked and looks like it was cut and welded back in. Also as i tore down into the engine to get to the starter, i also noticed that parts like the battery tray, frame holding the box, air cleaner ect all had salvage yard paint markings on them. MY CAR WAS OBLITERATED ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AT SOME POINT WHICH WAS HIDDEN FROM ME BY THE SALESMAN AT JD BYRIDER!! I pulled out my paperwork and finally found the carfax hidden between all the power of attorney paperwork. The car WAS in a serious accident and the salsman lied about it all. HE KNEW... i would bet my life on it. So as of today i tried one last time to get them to fix this crap under the lemon law as well as lieing about the carfax. Again, they just got nasty and basically said we got your money and you signed the paperwork.... I still owe 2 more years on this murano that i am paying $22,000, 13k sticker price minus $2300 in trade in and cash. Currently the murano is worth $3800 in fair condition KBB. BTW. The GPS tracking device is under the carpet, drivers side, wired to OBD2 port. Remove it by unplugging it completely and moving the old obd port plug back to its original position with screws. STAY AWAY!! Dont fall into their trap. 1 day late? They repo you.
