Started process thru different bank and it was a nightmare!! Decided to give PNC a try - to move our regular checking and savings accounts to - as well as apply for HELOC thru them. We are SO SO GLAD we did!! Everyone at PNC has been pleasant and responsive - from opening accounts to working with a personal banker by the name of Brian on the HELOC (and Cody online). Brian is EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend him! The whole process went quickly and smoothly - THIS is what banking should be ALL ABOUT - helping your customers! Thus far we're extremely pleased and would recommend this PNC location for sure!!!

This has been my bank branch since moving to Columbus in 1996 when this was still Bank One. Like…read moremost people, however, I seldom go to a bank branch anymore. I do most everything online and occassioanlly visit an ATM when I need cash. Recently, however, I needed to actually "go inside" and meet with a banker. I scheduled an appointment and showed up at the appointed time. The banker was expecting me and I didn't have to wait. I met with Heather Morris who was very professional and knowledgable. She handled my transaction very efficently and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service.

They never could figure it out, said we might be able to do it ourselves later after their tech guys figured it out. Called back later for them to say we needed to come in again to sign more papers, though we already had done that the day before. Useless PNC branch, close it down, and start over.

First and foremost, I wish to express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor customer service I have received from your representatives at this location. As a business owner and personal member of numerous credit unions (Navy Credit Union, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Wright-Patt Credit Union and Telhio Credit Union, etc.), I understand that customer service affects any credit union's bottom line. Shared banking, for example, is a good way a prospective customer/member gets a good indication of whether they want to be a future member or not. This is how we carefully chose to do business with the listed credit unions. I have called Kemba customer service a few times to verify that this location has shared banking. I was told it does do shared banking and there should not be any issues. I was informed, however, in-person two times to go to another credit union down the street and that Kemba does not provide shared banking for non-Kemba members. My neighbors in New Albany have complained about the same incidents in our regular community meetings. It is horrible to think that a new credit union has such a bad reputation in our community this soon. For the reasons given above, Kemba Credit Union looks incompetent as well as a clear risk to join. I am requesting the written policy regarding shared banking at Kemba Credit Union for future reference.
