It was moderately thick - not pounded to a thin layer like a lot of tenderloins. The meat was very moist and tasty. The breading was a bit thinner than most traditonal tenderloins. It was darker in color with a saltier spice taste. The sandwich came with all the usual add ons - lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard. I really liked the sandwich!!

There are numerous sides to choose from. Our favorites are the grape salad and the broccoli salad. There is a little cooler with items made for a grab and go. Drinks are extra and not included in the meal selections. It is located in a mall so there is ample parking, handicapped parking and easy entry and exit. The restroom has always been clean with signs identifying "Chicks" and cutely for men, "Chick Magnets". Always fresh and good food with very casual dining. The staff is helpful.

Several times the entry door and floor was obviously not cleaned for more than a day. Friday I booked a business lunch and at noon, the floors hadn't been cleaned from the previous business day. The men's room was dirty. It makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is , if there is no pride taken in the presentation of the other areas of the restaurant. I'm okay with the exception, but now it is common not to expect a clean environment at Chops. Outside of an occasional carryout, my dine-in is most likely done.

The biggest challenge, was a table with a few children sitting at it. This is no fault of the restaurant, and really, not even the result of my four-star rating. This is merely a statement: if your children are misbehaving and screaming and banging things on the table while other people are trying to eat their dinner, then perhaps the best option is to remove the children from the restaurant. It's always surprising to me when parents are selfish and subject everyone else in the vicinity around them to the poor behavior of their children. As a parent myself, I would never do that to other people. When you go out to a nice restaurant, you want to relax and enjoy the time not listen to tantrums from a three year old. Even the bartender in the servers were frustrated with this table. Some people even walked out after sitting down when they realize that unbelievable noise is coming from one table. At the point another employee came back and asked us what it was. It turns out he was a new employee and still finding his way. No problem. No one starts out an expert at anything. We told him that was the case originally, but it was corrected by another employee and it was good now. The food took about ten minutes and wasn't presented as the prettiest meal I've ever eaten. Both lids on my Jalapeño Turkey Crunch appeared to be sliding off the side and the pickled looked like it had been mushed in the hands of a toddle, barely resembling a pickle. It made it a VERY messy, high-napkin-utilization meal. While the tables were addressed quickly after diners leaving, the floors were another story. Yes, it was lunch rush, but at the same time it takes a micro-second to pick up an errant straw wrapper or napkin. This location has a nice outside seating area with several table and umbrellas. It was a bit too hot/humid for us to eat outside, but in better weather we'd have absolutely eaten outside.
