This was my first time to get a pedicure and luckily they were on class pass and i had some expiring credits so i opted for the volcano pedicure. I was very impressed by the service. I checked into the counter and was taken to my seat. The seat has all kind of options of recline which i used. I was asked what kind of drink I wanted and opted for coke. The wait wasn't too bad and i my feet got treated so well. The calluses and all of the gross toenails were gone and my feet actually looked nice. As i booked this service through ClassPass and men's feet are more work, i made sure to tip well and am looking forward to do a headbath and regularly do my pedicures here.
Xgel mani with Argentine design because the world cup. Jenny did and excellent job. Just show her a photo she did the magic. Love the place. The only thing is the music and videos( animals with external awful music. You have to change it pleaseeeeee
Absolutely LOVE my pedicure from Lauriann ! She was so friendly, fun, & professional. I have (* ehem ), some difficult areas and she fixed me right up ! She's my go -to from now on
I'm lost for words, I literally wanted to tear up because after moving from California I could not find the right nail shop for anything. Finally, I found a place that cares about quality and service and does just about everything here. My Valentine's Day was made complete because of these wonderful ladies and gentlemen here. I was able to put my trust in them and they definitely delivered, the prices are incredible and the quality is even better. They deserve every dollar and dime that you give them here. I can't wait to continue to come back and continue to get services here. If you're looking for the right place. You found it, Ditch. The terrible service wherever you are and know that there is a place like this waiting on you.
I've been coming to Dream Spa now for several years since moving to Austin so am overdue on writing this review, but my most recent experience reminded me of why they're so great! I wash my hands a lot as a healthcare worker, so my cuticles can become a dry mess, but the team at Dream Spa always leaves them looking great! More recently, I made the switch from gel manicures to dip because it holds up much better to my constant handwashing. After my initial dip manicure, the topcoat was acting funny and started peeling off within a few days. I walked in to show them, and was quickly seated, topcoat re-done, no questions asked. This pic is now two weeks out from the manicure (which is why my nails are grown out a bit, and my cuticles starting to act up a bit again), about a week and a half from the topcoat being fixed, and I'm still getting compliments!
We had the best day. Unfortunately we can't remember the name of the gentleman who took care of Linc, but he was great. Phillipe maybe? So sorry. We just cannot remember. But he was great. Kept conversation and did a great job. We will def make the drive down from liberty hill and come back!
Saturday, February 28, 2026 - 11:30AM appointment: this was my first time visiting Dream Spa after years of driving by. My husband and I LOVE the service, atmosphere, and quality of the work. We received 2 "Pamper Me" Pedi's (one with gel polish), and 1 basic manicure. Drinks offered at the time: mimosas, sodas, coffee, tea, and water. NANCY AND JENNY WERE AMAZING! Dream Spa is also affordable. Thank you all for making this day a special birthday!
UPDATE: Ashley, the owner, reached out to me personally to apologize and make things right. She was very kind, understanding, and responsive, and she offered credit for both the gel manicure and brow wax. She also assured me she would speak with the staff member so this doesn't happen again. I really appreciate how thoughtfully and professionally she handled everything. I'm a regular customer at Dream Spa, which is why this review is disappointing to write. I came in yesterday after a long day working at the hospital, really needing some relaxation and self care. I booked a pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax. The pedicure was great, the technician was amazing, very sweet, and did a wonderful job. That part of the visit was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the rest of my services felt extremely rushed and far below what I've experienced here before. The technician who did my gel manicure and eyebrows didn't speak at all and moved so quickly that the quality really suffered. I had to ask her to fix multiple spots on my nails, and even after that, they still don't look good. The polish is uneven (some nails are lighter and others darker), there was leftover gel underneath my nails, and they honestly look like they're already growing out- even though I literally just had them done yesterday. The manicure itself felt incomplete. She only applied lotion and did a very quick massage on one hand only (maybe 10 seconds) and didn't even bother with the other hand. My eyebrow wax was also rushed she didn't even wax the middle between my brows, which I didn't notice until I got home. I came in hoping to unwind after work, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I've had good experiences here before, so I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I would come back for a pedicure, but I'd only feel comfortable booking other services if I could request a different technician.
I had such a great experience here! I booked my appointment online and appreciated the easy scheduling plus the multiple reminders. Nancy did my nails and she was amazing -- she helped me pick colors based on a photo I brought in, and she was both efficient and incredibly skilled. I absolutely love how my nails turned out. Highly recommend!
My friend and I booked pedicures here day-of. It's located next to Kome, so we've driven by it many times but have never stopped in. So glad we did! There was a party checking out when we walked in, so we waited a few minutes and then checked in. We were immediately seated and serviced. The salon employees sat us together, we picked our colors, and they got to work. They removed the existing polish quickly, and the whole gel pedicure took a little less than an hour. They turned out great! Also, there is plenty of free parking out front, which is always nice. I'll be back!
Found this place on ClassPass and saw good reviews. I decided to get my birthday nail set here (gel full set) and I walked out unsatisfied. I had 2 cuts on different fingers and each nail is shaped differently. I asked for almond but it looked more like thick ovals. I wanted a design on my ring finger since I got a simple color and the lady recommended chrome, she had to redo it a few times but it still looked messy in the end. Although the workers were nice, I wouldn't come back :(

A coworker has had nothing but great things to say about Dream Spa so I got lucky and got to schedule an appointment last minute. I was very please how it looked and how friendly everyone was. I wanted to get my nails done to look like melting ice cream in 4 different colors and I didn't get any rude remarks or looks and I was handed a huge basket of all the colors to choose from. There was an awesome selection of colors. Way more choices than I have had at any other place I've gone. The service, attitude of the staff, and over all experience was really great and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place. Anything you want can be done. The art is on point and if you have a hard time deciding they give recommendations. I also got a gel polish change on my toes and was very happy with the results. read more

I got my nails done here for a majority of last year and all was well until my hard gel manicures were chipping days after getting them done. This happened 3 times in a row, and they claimed it was an issue with their UV light but after the third time and no refund for bad manicures I gave up. Even when they "fixed" the broken nails they would chip again very soon after. I contacted them months ago multiple times about this issue but they never responded. read more

MAKE AN APPORTIONMENT OR DON'T BOTHER GOING! My two friends and I came to the nail salon today and unfortunately we did not have appointments. We tell the front desk receptionist the services we wanted and she informed us that it would be a 25 minute wait, which we accepted and were happy to wait. The receptionist sits my friend and I at a pedicure station and my friend was attended to almost immediately. I on the other hand got to sit in a chair (which the back massage feature was broken) with my feet in cold water and the salon was very cold itself, so you can imagine how uncontrollable it felt. Once I was finally attended to after freezing for 30 minutes and my friends toe nails being almost completely finished, I inform the nail technician that I wanted acrylic nails on my two big toes (my big toe nails are very short and I wanted my nails to look perfectly shaped). She informed me that she would need assistance with this and would have to ask someone else to complete that service once she is completed with the cleaning of my toes and feet. Once it comes down to the time for the acrylic nails to be applied, I am essentially bullied into not getting the acrylic nails because she insisted it would take a very long time for someone to come apply them. I agreed unhappily and she applied the gel polish. During my pedicure my nail technician had to step away to help another customer in the middle of my pedicure. My question is...why couldn't I be shown with the same respect? Why couldn't another nail technician step away the same way my nail technician stepped away from my service to assist us with the application of two acrylic toe nails? After it was clear I was upset with the results of my toes, the nail technician continued to file down my toe nails all the way to the skin, hurting me. I hope that this salon treats their customers who have appointments with more care and respect than they did to me and make sure that they leave as a happy customer. Just another day waisting money on subpar services! I've included a screen shot of my bank statement showing the charges pending from Dream Spa since the manager wants to gaslight people and say that they can not find me as a customer in their records. You bet your ass I paid for my service but did not leave a tip. read more

I've been coming here for the last 3 years almost. This is the only place I'll get my nails done even after moving further away. Amy is wonderful as is her staff. They fit me in last minute if needed and do great work. The salon is clean and very large. There is a wide variety of pedicure packages as well as spa. I've had several mani/pedis and lash extensions. Would absolutely recommend. read more

I've been getting my hands done at Dream Spa for about a year, always the hard gel overlay. I got the full set once and then have been refilling for a year. My nails never chip, they last almost a month between refills, and I love never worrying about them. Amy is amazing with shape, speed, and custom art. Faith is a very talented nail artist. The men who work there are also generally good, especially on shape, and everyone is willing to try and match instagram photos (but obviously they charge extra for detailed designs). Dream spa is my go to in Austin! Great work, reasonable price, CONSISTENT. I don't even have the greatest pictures but here's an example. read more

I've been going to dream spa over a year now and have had excellent results every time. Everyone there is friendly and gives me just what I ask for. Both of my daughters go here as well. Here is a hard gel refill over my natural nails done by Faith perfect for Valentine's Day! I'm totally in love and have had so many compliments. Not only do they have great nail service, I have been there for a spa day which included a facial, mani, pedi, massage, sauna and float therapy. The prices can't be beat!!! read more

I've been helped by Amy and Amanda mainly, as well as other sweet staff. They take very good care of me every time. The atmosphere is inviting as well as beautiful, tasteful and professional. As for my nails, they're lovely. Every time I get my nails done, whoever is taking care of me it very thorough. I've never been nicked, poked or burned by any of their equipment because they are very careful and thorough. I've never felt discomfort... i've almost fallen asleep from relaxation even. You can truly tell they care about their work, going back to make sure things are perfectly shaped and clipped right. I can't recommend this spa enough. The staff treat everyone so kindly and even have a sense of humor. In the background, there is soft piano covers and classical music as well as cute animal videos. Visit this location! Also, this place is more affordable than most luxury nail spas! read more

Me and my friend Went to another nail salon with appointments, but they lied to us on the phone when we asked if a specific male tech was working that day. When we realized he was not there for our appointments we decided to try something new, so we came to Dream Spa, and thank god! This place was amazing. The colors to choose from were abundant. The techs were friendly and made you feel like a valued customer. This place was clean and they don't charge for taking off your previous sns (which the other place we were about to go to did). Overall I recommend this place, especially because the customer service and experience you can't beat. The prices were fair too! read more

I absolutely loved my experience at Dream Spa! It truly felt like a serene oasis. My friend and I had scheduled gel manicures with designs, but when we got there we added pedicures! The staff was so kind and stayed an hour and a half past closing to finish our nails, unhurriedly. They were patient, kind, talkative, and created beautiful designs! Mai and Amy worked on my nails, but I'm sure they're all wonderful! Can't wait to go back soon! read more

I will never go back here again... $35 wasted. I tried this salon because my friend had been wanting to try it. I got a lux pedicure, five days later my polish is chipping. The staff was friendly, but the man who did the work rushed and got up to help someone else. He didn't give me a pair of flip flops to walk outside or help me put my shoes on. I will not go back, but l'm giving them two stars because their receptionist was really nice. read more

I have been coming to Dream Spa for nearly 2 years. I started coming to them when they first opened for lashes and met Amy. She is the most sweet, talented and fun person and at first, I became a loyal customer because of her! Then, I met the rest of the staff when I started getting my nail services done there. Every single employee is the absolute best and I have grown to love all of them! So professional, talented and always cater to any funky trends I want to try on my nails while keeping my same shape that I can be a bit OCD about Whether you're coming here for lashes, facials, massages, nails or a pedicure, I've done everything with them and have never once been disappointed! read more

This morning I received a manicure from Dream Spa that I wasn't 100% content with. The cuticles did not look right and it looked rushed. I called and asked if they could fix it for me. They were so incredibly friendly on the phone. I felt bad about asking for them to fix it but they were happy to help. They offered to fix the manicure for free, but I opted for a different color and they fixed it for only $10, it is usually $20 to change the color. The manager did my nails herself and she was very nice. She fixed my nails in a timely manner and made them look fantastic! This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Even though there was a minor error in a manicure, they fixed it effortlessly. I will happily continue to do business with them and recommend them. read more

I decided to give this nail salon a try because of the high reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately my first time experience wasn't a really good one. Buckle up because it was a whole series of events! I started off by emailing Dream Spa and asking if I could make an appointment at 11 am for my 3 friends and I. We got a little lost so we were running a bit late. As soon as we got in and I told my name, an assistant lady exclaimed that we were thirty minutes late twice and that we will have to wait. Mind you it was 11:17am (yes I checked to see if time had just flew me by) but it was not 30 minutes. I asked the lady how long the wait was because if we needed to leave to another salon (since we were greeted so rudely /if the wait was too long) we could do so. That's when the lady proceeded to assist us and told us to pick a color. We were left to just stand there and luckily the nice lady in the front desk politely escorted to wait by the bar area. Not too long after we were attended by four different ladies. The ladies were really nice compared to the lady that greeted us. They even lent me their charger when my phone died. In terms of my pedicure, I would rate it 3/5 just because I was cut a couple of times and had dried blood in my toes. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice but unfortunately the pedicure wasn't. When we were finally done and in line to pay there was a mishap with one of my friends when paying. The front lady was doing her best to assign the payment to the correct nail lady but she was nowhere to be found so that took a while. When the nice front desk lady asked what looked like the manager for help it didn't go well. The manager looked very upset at the front desk lady and kinda raised her voice in front of everyone. That was very uncomfortable to be in because it could of been handled differently at a different time that wasn't in public in a professional matter. Overall my friend was finally able to pay after it got sorted somehow and we left. My friends and I did not get a good impression overall from start to end of this salon. I'm sure it was just one of those days perhaps but it's safe to say we will not be coming back to this type of management. read more

I love this place! I've been here several times now, for SNS mani, pedi, a spa package, brow and lash to tint and cleanup, and every time has been such a lovely experience. Everyone is super friendly, the space is cute and clean, and the services have always been wonderful and done in a very reasonable amount of time. Low key want to hog this place to myself, but they honestly deserve your business. They also have the LARGEST SNS color selection I've ever seen and they're all so gorgeous, it's so hard to pick! Hands down my new favorite place to get my claws read more
