This was my first time to get a pedicure and luckily they were on class pass and i had some expiring credits so i opted for the volcano pedicure. I was very impressed by the service. I checked into the counter and was taken to my seat. The seat has all kind of options of recline which i used. I was asked what kind of drink I wanted and opted for coke. The wait wasn't too bad and i my feet got treated so well. The calluses and all of the gross toenails were gone and my feet actually looked nice. As i booked this service through ClassPass and men's feet are more work, i made sure to tip well and am looking forward to do a headbath and regularly do my pedicures here.
Xgel mani with Argentine design because the world cup. Jenny did and excellent job. Just show her a photo she did the magic. Love the place. The only thing is the music and videos( animals with external awful music. You have to change it pleaseeeeee
Absolutely LOVE my pedicure from Lauriann ! She was so friendly, fun, & professional. I have (* ehem ), some difficult areas and she fixed me right up ! She's my go -to from now on
I'm lost for words, I literally wanted to tear up because after moving from California I could not find the right nail shop for anything. Finally, I found a place that cares about quality and service and does just about everything here. My Valentine's Day was made complete because of these wonderful ladies and gentlemen here. I was able to put my trust in them and they definitely delivered, the prices are incredible and the quality is even better. They deserve every dollar and dime that you give them here. I can't wait to continue to come back and continue to get services here. If you're looking for the right place. You found it, Ditch. The terrible service wherever you are and know that there is a place like this waiting on you.
I've been coming to Dream Spa now for several years since moving to Austin so am overdue on writing this review, but my most recent experience reminded me of why they're so great! I wash my hands a lot as a healthcare worker, so my cuticles can become a dry mess, but the team at Dream Spa always leaves them looking great! More recently, I made the switch from gel manicures to dip because it holds up much better to my constant handwashing. After my initial dip manicure, the topcoat was acting funny and started peeling off within a few days. I walked in to show them, and was quickly seated, topcoat re-done, no questions asked. This pic is now two weeks out from the manicure (which is why my nails are grown out a bit, and my cuticles starting to act up a bit again), about a week and a half from the topcoat being fixed, and I'm still getting compliments!
We had the best day. Unfortunately we can't remember the name of the gentleman who took care of Linc, but he was great. Phillipe maybe? So sorry. We just cannot remember. But he was great. Kept conversation and did a great job. We will def make the drive down from liberty hill and come back!
Saturday, February 28, 2026 - 11:30AM appointment: this was my first time visiting Dream Spa after years of driving by. My husband and I LOVE the service, atmosphere, and quality of the work. We received 2 "Pamper Me" Pedi's (one with gel polish), and 1 basic manicure. Drinks offered at the time: mimosas, sodas, coffee, tea, and water. NANCY AND JENNY WERE AMAZING! Dream Spa is also affordable. Thank you all for making this day a special birthday!
UPDATE: Ashley, the owner, reached out to me personally to apologize and make things right. She was very kind, understanding, and responsive, and she offered credit for both the gel manicure and brow wax. She also assured me she would speak with the staff member so this doesn't happen again. I really appreciate how thoughtfully and professionally she handled everything. I'm a regular customer at Dream Spa, which is why this review is disappointing to write. I came in yesterday after a long day working at the hospital, really needing some relaxation and self care. I booked a pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax. The pedicure was great, the technician was amazing, very sweet, and did a wonderful job. That part of the visit was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the rest of my services felt extremely rushed and far below what I've experienced here before. The technician who did my gel manicure and eyebrows didn't speak at all and moved so quickly that the quality really suffered. I had to ask her to fix multiple spots on my nails, and even after that, they still don't look good. The polish is uneven (some nails are lighter and others darker), there was leftover gel underneath my nails, and they honestly look like they're already growing out- even though I literally just had them done yesterday. The manicure itself felt incomplete. She only applied lotion and did a very quick massage on one hand only (maybe 10 seconds) and didn't even bother with the other hand. My eyebrow wax was also rushed she didn't even wax the middle between my brows, which I didn't notice until I got home. I came in hoping to unwind after work, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I've had good experiences here before, so I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I would come back for a pedicure, but I'd only feel comfortable booking other services if I could request a different technician.
I had such a great experience here! I booked my appointment online and appreciated the easy scheduling plus the multiple reminders. Nancy did my nails and she was amazing -- she helped me pick colors based on a photo I brought in, and she was both efficient and incredibly skilled. I absolutely love how my nails turned out. Highly recommend!
My friend and I booked pedicures here day-of. It's located next to Kome, so we've driven by it many times but have never stopped in. So glad we did! There was a party checking out when we walked in, so we waited a few minutes and then checked in. We were immediately seated and serviced. The salon employees sat us together, we picked our colors, and they got to work. They removed the existing polish quickly, and the whole gel pedicure took a little less than an hour. They turned out great! Also, there is plenty of free parking out front, which is always nice. I'll be back!
Found this place on ClassPass and saw good reviews. I decided to get my birthday nail set here (gel full set) and I walked out unsatisfied. I had 2 cuts on different fingers and each nail is shaped differently. I asked for almond but it looked more like thick ovals. I wanted a design on my ring finger since I got a simple color and the lady recommended chrome, she had to redo it a few times but it still looked messy in the end. Although the workers were nice, I wouldn't come back :(

Really fantastic job! The gentleman I had was very gentle and made sure to give suggestions! I had my pedicure first which was nice and relaxing and my nails were well done with perfect ease! Then we did my manicure and the nail art was so beautiful! Really well done and really kind, I'm very happy to come and will definitely be coming back! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Dream Spa. I wanted to try dip nails and was looking for a place that was a) responsive, b) affordable, c) a pleasant experience. Dream Spa delivered. My nails were done EXACTLY the way I wanted. I had very specific needs. I did not want to lose too much length, but needed to match my shortest nail. They even offered to add length to that nail at no charge. I wanted all natural nails, but appreciated the offer. I wanted a hybrid between curved and square tip. I wanted a partially translucent pale pink so that my white tips showed through and that when they grew out it would be less noticeable. See for yourself in the photo below - Amanda got it 100% and told me what to ask for next time. As for affordability, I got dip nails and a pedicure for a price that did not hurt. I did not need all the fine fabrics or natural oil smells or the mesmerizing music and hot tea that says "please be quiet because you are in a temple of beauty." But I also did not want a stressful loud experience either. This was the perfect hybrid. They have lots of options in a lovely space and great customer service. Which brings me to the experience... The staff obviously like each other and work well together. This makes the environment very positive and relaxing. The decor is lovely, and most importantly, they have the TV tuned to baby animal videos. :) It's a small detail, but when you can't use your phone and you don't have the energy to make conversation, it's very nice to stare across the room at baby animals. read more

i felt like the technician that i had was being lazy. i wasn't satisfied with my nails and had to go back in for her to fix them and STILL left unsatisfied. i specifically went back in because i wanted her to file the nail polish off the very tip of my nails and so that she can clean up the bottom of my nails. as you can see they still look horrible. little stuff like this is annoying because it's your job to make sure things like that are taken care of. on top of that the nails were $60!? they're so fricken short & simple read more

I had heard great things about Dream Spa from other friends and coworkers for the past couple of years and decided to finally check it out, and I am so thankful I did! Amy does an incredible job on my lashes (volume set) and I am always getting complimented on them. The first thing that really blew me away from the beginning was how incredibly fast and precise Amy does my lashes, it's beyond impressive. I also wanted to add that Leon consistently goes above and beyond with his attention to detail for my Gel manicure every appointment. The staff is professional and kind and always accommodating to my schedule, I can't recommend this salon enough!!! read more

Came to this salon as a last minute thing for my nieces wedding, and I only have good things to say. A previous salon completely ruined my nails with their drill, leaving them painful and bald in spots. This salon was kind and helpful, gently fixing what was ruined. They were also able to squeeze my daughter in for a last minute pedicure with me when she got off work early! All in all I highly recommend them. read more

I love dream spa. I found my nail tech Amy there years ago through a suggestion on the next door app and I'm so happy I gave them a shot. Now I've been coming for years. Everyone is so welcoming. They are starting to become more popular and even busier so I think it's best to make an appointment. I go for my nails and see Amy but every nail tech seems able to perform any nail design you want. THey Also offer head spas which is a really unique feature read more

I've only been twice, but I will continue to be a loyal customer here. Prices are great, talent is amazing, service is spectacular, and if I'm not having playful banter during my service (talking about you, Alex... Baby fingers here), I can watch cute pet videos and/or have a drink from their bar. I will never go to another nail studio. Dream Spa has set my standards high and I'm not going to lower them. The artwork on my nails are done by Faith She is truly an artist and master of her craft. read more

I got my nails done a week ago at dream spa and although the service was very good my nails have already chipped multiple times. I am not a person who uses my hands a lot or more than the regular person does. I am disappointed that my nails have chipped considering it cost me a good amount to get them done. I will not be going back to dream spa because my nails look bad after only a week. For reference I got the shellac gel manicure. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you're visiting Austin and looking for a stellar work, I highly recommend DREAM SPA! Or, if you're in Austin and looking to change your spot, try Dream Spa, you won't be disappointed! Amy and her team are excellent, pay attention to the fine details and take pride in your work! They customize their nail colors, mixing THREE powders for the perfect nudes!! You won't find this anywhere else. I've tried many of their services and still haven't even scratched the surface of what Dream Spa has to offer. Thank you so much Dream Spa and thank you Amy!! You really are THE best! read more

Today I got a facial, pedicure, and acrylic manicure. Service was amazing, timing was great and transitions were seem less. I have been going to dream spa for about 2 years now and for the most part they are very consistent with their service. One of the worst gel manicures I've ever received. My pedicure was slightly better. My cuticles weren't really trimmed nor was dry/dead skin around the nails. The layers are uneven and my thumbnails are bumpy. It just looks kinda messy. Hours later, my thumbs have bubbles all under them. I will probably just take it off myself because it looks that bad. My friend's dip manicure looked much better - not sure if it came down to the nail technician or that it's dip vs gel. See bubbly nail below read more

I called dream spa to complain about my nails and how badly they were done. Instead of advising me what to do, they required me to send pictures through social media first. I followed their request and waited for their response but never got one. Since i have a toddler and I am an actress, I don't have an open schedule to sit in a nail salon at any given day. It took me 8 days and another phone call from my side to get back to the salon. I expected them to call back or text back before a second phone call was necessary. When I arrived, the manager did not seem empathetic at all although she did see how badly the nails were done. She even explained to her colleague, a super nice man, what went wrong. There was no apology. She offered to redo the nails for 65 dollars because "it took me 2weeks to come back". She insisted it was 2 weeks although I had my invoice and the pictures / correspondence on Instagram showing it's been 8 days. I refused to pay extra after I literally just left 300 dollar at the salon the previous week. ( pedi, mani.. for me and my Mom ) She kept saying she would do ME a favour painting over it for free which would show the growing gap or offering me a redo of gel for 65. It's just bad management. If you have a faithful customer and they complain about something so obvious, you should make sure they pay nothing extra and walk out happy as they will return in 3-4 weeks regardless. She may have saved on staff and material now, but I got my gel removed for good and I will gladly go to another SPA that values their customer, one that does value hygiene and customer service much more. It's unfortunate because I was super sweet and I didn't want to get the nail designer into trouble. He may had a bad day, so they didn't lose me because of him but they lost me and my family due to the bad management. read more

Staff are rude and will rush if it is anytime after 5. I got a fill and a pedicure. They cut my foot open and rushed the fill so the color was blotchy. I went back to get it fixed but they didn't remove the excess glue from the jewel. They won't do anything about my foot. They told me that she didn't use the grater on the top of my foot... then how did I get cut there??? I recently got a spray tan and told her that it was ok if it was coming of when she was using the grater; but I guess she got carried away and wanted to get it off of the top of my foot. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place. They could have at least given me a free pedi on my next visit and I would have been happy with that. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate and I will never go back to this place again. read more

I can't express how amazing Amy is with lashes! I had gone to another place and the 1st time it took the girl almost 3 hours to do a full set. When she finished there were several "bald" spots and she told me I didn't really have enough lashes for her to work with. There were also a lot of my lashes that were glued together with clumps of black. The set didn't even last for 2 weeks before I had to get filled and the full didn't last 1 week. When I came to Amy she did a full set in about 45 mins and they came out AMAZING!! I don't have any clumps of glue and they lasted almost 4 weeks! I am SO happy and I will be coming back with friends! Thank you so much Amy! read more
