This was my first eye lash extension and eyebrow tint experience. The ambiance was comfortable and the service was wonderful. Once done I freaking out about how dark and thick my eyebrows were (first time). Jenny was very helpful and calmed me down by removing the extra tint so i could see the actual thickness and shape of the eyebrow. She even fixed the shape to my liking after i asked for one way and wanted to change it. I had Sophia and she did an awesome job! She was so nice and realized I was a little unsure since it was my first time to get extensions. She recommended a certain length and look after asking me high-level what I wanted. The extension application was so relaxing that I fell asleep for a solid 20 minutes. Afterward, I couldn't be happier with how natural it all looked. My worst fear was that it would look super fake and I did have to get used to actually having lashes for once but it turned out great. The lady who did my eyelashes was nice and attentive to details, however, she did not listen to what kind of lashes I wanted. From when she first greeted me, to the time she actually started, and to the time of her actually putting the lashes on me, I repeatedly told her that I wanted my lashes to be full and glamorous. However, when she told me she was done, the end result was very disappointing. My lashes looked thin and barely noticeable. They may take a little longer than other places but it's because they are more worried about giving you more lashes and them looking perfect then cycling customers in and out the door. I was initially nervous because I didn't want my eyebrows to look fake...and they don't look fake! It has been a few weeks since I got them done and they are beautiful...very natural looking! Saw the great reviews on Yelp and have been going here since November 2017. Jenny is wonderful and takes her time doing quality work on your lashes. It does take about 1.5 hrs to get a 3 week refill, but i love the "nap time". Sophie has also done my lashes and is a great technician, my lashes stay on longer than ever.
