Absolutely wonderful experience! Upon entering a feeling of comfort washed over me, I was greeted at the front by Jenny and she proceeded to do my lashes. The rooms are really comfortable and Jenny kept the conversation going until I fell asleep, with the background music you almost can't help it! Had a counseling and they recommended a natural look for the first time out. Jenny was gentle and efficient during the process and when she was finished my new lashes were gorgeous. I also got an eyebrow waxing which was right on point. I only had 3 weeks to keep my extensions but they held beautifully (probably had another 2 weeks before maintenance would have been required). My appointment was scheduled for 5:00pm; however, I got lost so I didn't show up until 5:30pm. The staff was so nice and understanding.....they stayed late in order to complete my lash look.
