Friendly neighborhood brewery. Lots of space, good for groups. Great brew. Warm atmosphere.

We got there a little early and were surprised to find a nice outdoor patio area with corn hole set up. Music was pumping and the atmosphere was great. Once we boarded the bus, Shira took great care of us. She handed out some cups and a couple growlers and set the speakers up for tunes. 3 breweries in 3 hours and all the transportation is taken care of. How can you go wrong?!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was happy to see that Northampton finally got around to having a Brew Bus at all!! There are so many little micro-breweries around here- small locally owned businesses, great beer, someone else drives- I'm in! We all met at Brew Practitioners- a new brewery in Florence in a very cool old brick building. We enjoyed a pint, gathered the troops and off we went! As we got on the bus I was pleasantly surprised to be given a little plastic cup!- Yes! Beers on board!! There was a variety of growlers to taste from as we set off on our tour. I was really impressed with the service at each brewery and as we rolled on the party got better and better! You can play your own music through blue-tooth on the bus, the bus driver was fun and engaged, and we brought a couple pizza's on board with us for absorption of the beer as we went! As you arrive at each Brewery you're bring the party with. The bartenders know your from the Brew Bus and jump right into giving you tasters and education on their beers. As I see it this is a win-win for everyone. We get to experience the local breweries, they get business and everyone loves on beer! I highly recommend this to anyone who loves beer -go by yourself, have it be a date night, or grab all your friends and load up. It's worth every penny!

We split a focaccia and olives for apps and then I had a homemade pasta that was like a cross between ravioli and pierogi with a corn and bacon sauce. My friend had the cod with a squash salad. Everything was amazing and we would definitely go back!

The most recent experience was two star--and we will dine elsewhere in the future. Very disappointing. COST: $100 for two adults: bread & olive appetizers, four non-alcohol drinks, and two entrees (no dessert or coffee). FOOD: We ordered a apps along with a fish dish and a pasta dish. Entrees were both extremely salty. The pasta dish was not edible. My wife took two bites and then pushed it aside. I also tried it and couldn't eat it. SERVICE: Slow, unrefined, inconsistent and confusing. They rely on a "liaison " to take the orders, some others deliver drinks and foods, and no one really checks on the experience. Service took a VERY long time--80 min for two adults. Staff rarely checked on us throughout the meal. Once they noticed us an uneaten/touched dish (when they would typically deliver the bill), the staff did not seemed concerned. They offered to replace the meal--almost out of obligation and not sincere concern for the diner's experience. We already waited so long (60+ min after seating to receive entrees) so we did not have time to wait for another entrée. NOTE. We shared with them that BOTH DISHES were way over salted. They did not take either dish from the table for the kitchen to check. IMO, errors occur, but I expect the staff and kitchen to want to know and check to prevent the same error; esp. at higher end establishments. They didn't bother to offer a discount, remove the dish from our bill, or a resolution.
