I've even been sent home from other labs without a successful blood draw because they tried three times on me and their corporate policy doesn't allow them to try any more in one day. He's also just got a great demeanor and easy bedside manor. My kids have to do some blood draws which I've been putting off bc it's hard to find a good phlebotomist - I'm going to bring them in while Michael is working.

I've had to visit this ER twice in less than six months…read more First time I had a suspicion of an undiagnosed condition that I've been trying to get figured out with my primary care physician for over a year (they figured it out!) they were fast with checking me in, They took the time to listen to me, they did exactly what I asked to get a diagnosis and they sent me home with a surgeons referral. If you know the anxiety that comes with chronic illness the you know finally having answers is a win and weight off the shoulders. Second visit again was just as great as the first. I was treated for my pain. I had different nurses and doctors this time . They were all wonderful, treated me with kindness and care. I've never felt like I was being mistreated or dismissed here.

I won't say which lab I go to but I go without an appointment and I've never waited more than a half hour. My wife insisted on Quest so the first time I came in we waited two hours and we were informed that my daughter needed to fast and no beverages for at least an hour which our doctor said no fasting necessary. So we came back three days later and my poor 8 year old daughter had fasted for an hour and now we have been waiting for another four hours on top of the first hour of fasting. That is no way to treat children. Plus they have called us every day since our first visit and asked us to call them back, but they call after hours and when you try to get a hold of them during business hours it's impossible. Quest you are doing a horrible job and should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never come back here again!!!!!!!! Terrible care for children With all that being said it wasn't the staff's fault, they were understaffed and they were doing their best. Yay staff, BOO Quest. UPDATE After the countless hours of waiting two different days they ended up messing up both of the tests that they were supposed to do. I sent photos back to the Eddie who I ordered from the make sure he knew what type of equipment I was getting. No response. That was my first red flag. Then, on the very first day, the boom was barely moveable - I'm talking snail pace, the slowest I've ever seen. took us almost 2 hours to get about 3 blocks away - I have videos. It's crazy. And then after that, the boom stopped working multiple times - they sent a technician out to fix it the first day blaming user error (the tech called me and explained - told me they had to recalibrate it with their computer, nothing we could have done by phone on our own), but then we gave up on the second day. They still charged me full price without exceptions. Even charged me for fuel at the end. We lost time on this job and without equipment, had to spend even more money on other equipment from someone else. Never again. Just go to United or Sunbelt. Lesson learned trying to work with the small guys.
