It was not lit and clearly disgusting. There were no open appointments for three weeks and desperately needed to get this done so had to try to walk in. When you walk in it's all automated so you just sign up and wait. We got there at 11 am and they close at 12 (Saturday). At 11:30 someone who works there comes out and says they will not be servicing anyone after 11:50. At that point we are #6 in line so probably not happening. They come out again at 11:47 to say no one else is getting in. They were kind of rude in how they talked to everyone in the waiting area. Why we had to wait for 30 minutes to find this out is beyond me. There has to be a better way. They could tell you this when you first register.

There is no check in staff to give any information. Then went back with an appointment, waited again and finally got told there is no doctors order. There is no way to confirm whether they have the order or not until you sit there and wait to be called. Hours of wasted time. They need to bring back the check in staff and also have an extra phlebotomist or built in time to see at least a few drop in patients.

She diagnosed me with thyroid cancer and has been monitoring my health since my total thyroidectomy. When I got pregnant she monitored my levels extremely closely to make sure I did not go into hypothyroidism while pregnant. I would have frequent blood draws late in the week and she would message me on MyChart on Sunday afternoons and holiday weekends to make sure I knew I needed to adjust my dosages sometimes by just half a tablet once a week. My baby boy was born healthy with no issues thanks to the excellent care I received from Dr. Sidhu.

Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw.
