The best doctor I've ever had, and it truly devastated me when she left to be a concierge doctor.

I cannot recommend Colette Caldwell, PA highly enough. After seeing two orthopedic surgeons and my…read moreprimary care physician, all of whom believed my injury was related to my ankle, Colette correctly diagnosed a severely broken foot within five minutes of evaluating me -- something that had been completely missed for weeks. She immediately recognized key clinical signs that had been documented in every prior visit but never fully addressed. In particular, she identified that my foot being cold to the touch was not due to recent icing (as previously assumed), but instead a more serious issue directly related to the misdiagnosed injury. That level of insight, pattern recognition, and clinical intuition was remarkable. Beyond her diagnostic skill, Colette was attentive, decisive, and compassionate. She listened carefully, connected the dots quickly, and explained everything clearly, which was incredibly reassuring after such a frustrating and overwhelming experience. Colette quite literally changed the trajectory of my care. If you are looking for someone who truly understands what they're seeing -- and who will advocate for you when something isn't right -- she is exceptional.

She makes her patients feel at ease, is very knowledgeable, and gives balanced and measured advice. She also goes above and beyond for her patients...I was in a pickle at this year because I found out my ob/gyn practice didn't accept doulas (they hadn't informed me, and I was 3 weeks away from delivering). Unfortunately most of the other practices were already booked and not accepting new patients. Dr Dijkstra empathized with my predicament, made a few calls and found me a solution. I was relieved and grateful to both her and her staff.

Dr. Tagliaferri is an amazing physician. She is seriously brilliant - very up to date with current…read moretrends in medicine and has a wonderful and kind demeanor about her that makes you feel comfortable, trusting of her expertise and in very capable hands. I saw her recently for cardiac symptoms that I was experiencing (as a young and athletic female, I'm not exactly your typical patient who has heart troubles). Dr. Tagliaferri listened to my concerns, asked key questions, and then thoughtfully explained potential diagnoses...it was easy to speak to her and I could clearly understand what she was thinking. I really appreciated that she did not dismiss my concerns because I am an atypical patient; she was very thorough. I am so, so glad I went to see her because I was referred (very quickly due to Dr. Tagliaferri's perseverance - she got my appointment moved up by a week and a half!) to a top-notch cardiologist who is very concerned about ruling out a serious issue. She even told me questions that I should ask the cardiologist! Dr. Tagliaferri really took the time to listen, investigate and understand what I was experiencing and I am truly grateful for her knowledge, compassion, and attentiveness. It makes me feel so much better to know I can put my health in such good hands.

Sally Ward is simply the BEST! She was my mother's physician at One Medical until she passed away,…read more2 months past 100 years old. So I accompanied my elderly mother to see Sally whenever she needed medical attention. Sally is good! She listens, has vast medical experience, thinks deeply as to what is best for THIS patient, is friendly, medically up to date, and gives her patient the full time they need in her office. I am so appreciative of the care Dr Ward had professionally and personally given to my mother, that I unreservedly give her a 10+ recommendation. On top of all that, I like her as a person, which I think is important too.

I kept saying there were signs of fatigue and weight. She kept saying I was fine. I went to my annual ob/gyn and told her the same thing. She checked my thyroid, found a lump referred me back to Dr. Ward for a follow up and low and behold, Dr. Ward called me on Christmas Eve to tell me I had thyroid cancer. She referred me to a surgeon who was on vacation and busy until after the holidays. After my surgery, one would think Dr. Ward would care enough to at least follow up. No such doctor here. She is probably a really nice person, but needs more medical experience and to be honest, I am not sure what she was thinking if she was at all returning my email with a call on Christmas Eve to tell me I had cancer.

I've been a patient of Dr. Camp's for a few years. I started out investigating indigestion and work…read morerelated stress (too many years of all nighters at startups in the valley, eating poorly etc.) Dr. Camp was the first doctor who took a Sherlock Holmes approach to figuring out what the real problems were rather than just giving me a Tagamet and telling me cut down on my work hours. Digestive system analysis found lack of beneficial bacteria in the gut, leading to poor digestion and nutrition. With targeted nutritional supplements and dietary change my ulcer-like symptoms disappeared and even my cholesterol drastically improved. He's a great doctor to deal with in that he can handle followup consultations via Skype video conferencing if it doesn't really require a personal appearance to discuss test results. I'd strongly recommend him if you want some "out of the box" thinking on your health. Be warned however, he's not in anyone's network, but then again after the number Obamacare did on health insurance, who is ^-^

I started going to Dr. Camp's office in March of this year. I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Marya…read more and sat down for my first appointment. During my appointment, I explained all of my concerns and for the first time in a long time someone understood what I was going through and did not tell me that " you are fine" which I had heard from other doctors. Since, then I have taken tests and have had a couple of appointments and we figured out what was going on with me. I have been very impressed by her dedication and professionalism. Anytime that I would call or email with a question she was there with an instant response. I also appreciate her ability to think "outside of the box" which when you have hormonal issues, hypothyroidism, and extreme adrenal fatigue that is very important because there isn't one prescription for everyone. Currently, I am doing everything that she has advised for me to do and I am feeling better. Based on her advise, I have started to live a healthier life. She has helped me to see how important good nutrition is and she helped me to get on a regular program with my vitamins and supplements. If it wasn't for her, I would still be exhausted, experiencing major PMS symptoms, and have horrible digestion issues. I feel like I am on the right track for me and I am finally feeling healthy again. I would recommend anyone that has issues with thyroid, hormones, etc. to go to this office. I am very thankful that I made the decision to go.

After I asked the women at the desk about it, they got Dr. Landfield to come talk to me. He asked if there was a problem, so I told him I didn't appreciate waiting 40 minutes because he intentionally double books his appointments. He literally told me to be quiet, and he cancelled our appointment. When I asked a second time about the appointment, he pointed at me and said, " I told you to be quiet." I have never experienced such poor, unprofessional behavior. By the way, the appointment was to discuss a $1000 administrative fee he wanted to charge. He also doesn't return calls. It took three calls just to make the appointment. He also completely ignored other calls. This man seriously needs to retire. I gave him a one star rating. That's only because the scale doesn't go into negative numbers.
