I lost a piece of the Styrofoam packaging that had to be replaced, and she knew that the requirement to freeze one vial required dry ice so it would freeze in time for FedEx to be able to overnight it. Next day (Tues. March 10, 2026) a hand-written sign on the door says "Appointments only", and directs people to either Novato or Santa Rosa. Service has been OK in past, but I'll try somewhere else next time. Recommendation to owner: find MUCH better ways to communicate with customers about hours.

I've even been sent home from other labs without a successful blood draw because they tried three times on me and their corporate policy doesn't allow them to try any more in one day. He's also just got a great demeanor and easy bedside manor. My kids have to do some blood draws which I've been putting off bc it's hard to find a good phlebotomist - I'm going to bring them in while Michael is working.

I have left A message for the nurse in the past and never got a return call. I still can't walk when I first stand up. My wife just contacted them again, because my being nice is gone now.. The blood draw went OK but they only allow one person in the tiny office at a time so you have to wait out in the hallway. I called and asked for my results and they told me they couldn't send them electronically. (I would have to go back in to get a paper copy.) I had billing problems from day one and when I called to try resolve the issue, the phone would ring forever and then hang up on me. Or if I got really lucky, I would leave a message and no one would ever call back. The next few times I called, the phone rang endlessly and no one would pick up. Do yourself a favor and go to any other lab!
