I feel extremely lucky to have found him. Not to put other doctors in a bad light, but Dr. Turner is the only one who didn't just ask if I had diabetes, heart disease, breast cancer, or COPD and when the answer is no, says nothing is wrong with me. He knows his stuff, ordered an important diagnostic STAT because there was no time to waste, more help than I got elsewhere in five months. Ukiah and wherever Ukiah Rural Health covers, you are truly blessed. I'm very grateful to have such a skilled physician. He's not bad looking either: :-)

Their doctors tend to be nice but everything else is a mess. Billing.. the worst I've ever experienced. Urgent care? ...nope sorry we don't do that is what I was told. Many ways to slip thru the cracks and no competition so no motivation for improvement. I see that when people post negative comments, Adventist rep posts to please call them to work it out. I guess so they can privately give you the runaround. Checking, NO urgent care in area. But looking at PlushCare.com. Excellent reviews. If I sign up I'll post review on their site. May be able to to completely sidestep Adventist!

I've had to visit this ER twice in less than six months…read more First time I had a suspicion of an undiagnosed condition that I've been trying to get figured out with my primary care physician for over a year (they figured it out!) they were fast with checking me in, They took the time to listen to me, they did exactly what I asked to get a diagnosis and they sent me home with a surgeons referral. If you know the anxiety that comes with chronic illness the you know finally having answers is a win and weight off the shoulders. Second visit again was just as great as the first. I was treated for my pain. I had different nurses and doctors this time . They were all wonderful, treated me with kindness and care. I've never felt like I was being mistreated or dismissed here.

Was thay even a doctor? Stay clear of Howard Memorial, the hospital that doesn't care and is NOT thorough. Santa Rosa is the only place you can get proper treatment and care.
